Friendly staff, great breakfast!
It was decent. Just needs more cleaning. The tables were greasy and the restroom was not so clean.

The desk staff is amazing. They are always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I have now stayed there twice on visits to Boerne within the last six months and I don't think I would stay anywhere else. They are lovely.
The only thing I noticed in the room was the bathtub was a bit worn this time. However, it was clean and certainly functional so not really an issue at all. No complaints.

The room is very large with an oversized desk, a sleeper-sofa, large closet with mirrored doors, and decorated to feel like home. Coffee and ice water are located in lobby. Convenient parking.
I can't think of a single negative. We didn't have time for breakfast, but based on the rest of our stay, I'm sure it was above average.

Janie and Vanessa did a fantastic job. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, inside and out. We so enjoyed the beautiful pool area and outdoor fireplace.

the employees were extremely helpful. Breafast was very good. Andrea King was in charge of the dining are and was overly helpful to every guest there.

Breakfast and fitness room
Staff was indifferent to the reservation actually made. Was placed in a room that I DID NOT RESERVE! And the room had paper thin walls. If ya like hearing your neighbors conversation, you’ll love this place!!!

The pool area was really nice and i wasnt even there to use the pool. Location was close enough to everything i needed.
Additional toppings for pancakes was a nice suprize.
Bedding is a little heavy. I'd rather have a blanket and a lightweight comforter instead of just a heavy comforter.
But it wasnt enough of an issue to keep me from coming back.
