Boerne Hill Country 3000 Sq Ft Guest House with Pool on 5 Enclosed Acres, Sleeps 12
Venez visiter le Texas Hill Country et de rester dans cette immense entièrement rénové 3000 Sq Ft 2 étages Guest House avec piscine sur 5 Gated Acres. Nous avons deux grands espaces de vie, 4 chambres à coucher - 1 lit King, 1 lit Queen et deux lits superposés superposés (tous les lits ont un surmatelas en mousse à mémoire de forme - le matelas gonflable Queen peut accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires, si nécessaire.) 2 salles de bain complètes (et une douche extérieure!) et la cuisine pour tout le monde pour recueillir entièrement équipée. Juste à l'extérieur de votre porte est une piscine et un spa. Détendez-vous près du foyer et faites cuire quelques smores. Et notre douche extérieure en plein air est une excellente façon de terminer la journée. Les installations comprennent 2 télévisions à écran plat, wifi, câble de base, DVR, laveuse / sécheuse, trampoline, jouer fort, barbecue, beaucoup de stationnement supplémentaires, et bien plus encore. Il y a même un bureau ou ceux qui ont à faire un peu de travail (BOO!) 2. 5 miles de centre-ville de Boerne, à 12 miles de Six Flags, 22 miles de Sea World, 30 miles de la River Walk à San Antonio, et quelques minutes des vignobles locaux. J'ai deux chiens qui errent dans la propriété, les deux femelles, les deux amicales, mais l'un est territorial, alors désolé-pas d'animaux .. gestionnaire de la propriété (ce serait moi) vit dans sa maison de 80 pieds de distance, donc réponse à toute question qui peut se poser est très rapide. Non fumeur, s'il vous plaît.

We took our grandkids for a family vacation and could not have picked a better place! Our grands range from 20-7 and each one had a blast at this home. Beautiful home and pool with plenty of toys, hot tub, games in the house as well. Robert was extremely helpful and available if needed. This by far has been our favorite rental of the many we have had. Boerne is a great town as well! Everything you need just minutes away!

We (two families - total of 4 adults and 4 children all 10 and under) had an excellent time in Boerne Hill Country. The house was amazing with plenty of space and stocked with all the necessary amenities). The kids loved the pool, trampoline, and open space to run around!
Our host instantly replied and answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property for families and children! If we are ever in the Boerne area again - we will return!

We really enjoyed staying in this property while we visited family in Boerne. It was very relaxing and the house had everything that you could want. Kitchen was big and well stocked with the basics. Was not happy with the idea of two bunks for 4 people. We are all seniors and no one wanted a top bunk. Only had 2 to stay in bunk rooms, so bottom bunk was fine, (full size) bed. This was a golf outing, so we didn't take advantage of pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful. Our host was courteous and very helpful.

Great oasis outside of San Antonio. Surrounded by amenities and downtown Boerne. The guest house comfortable fit all of us with a wonderful open downstairs area and a great arrangement of sleeping quarters upstairs.

When looking at this property for our vacation rental we were impressed with the pictures, but pics have impressed us before and we ended up underwhelmed. So we read the reviews and suspected they were too good to be true but we but the bullet and rented it and were so glad we did. This place is beautiful in every aspect, the pics and reviews don’t lie! I loved looking out and seeing deer among the live oaks on the neighbors property, the pool was clean and crystal clear, the house was spotless. The owners communicated well via email and phone and were very pleasant. They have items stocked in the house in case you forgot something and even some medical supplies of the need should arise. I would gladly give this property a rating exceeding 5 stars if it was possible.

This is an amazing property. We took our 3 grandkids and my mother for a family reunion. The grandkids loved the pool, property and dogs. Honestly, we did not leave except to go to the family reunion. Everyone had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guest Ouse was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and three children. The pool is very nice. The property of in a beautiful location in a very quiete country setting. We loved watching the deer and wildlife and spending time in the beautiful Texas weather! The landlords dogs are especially friendly and our kids enjoyed watching them patrol the property. The landlord is on site and available to help in an instant! Despite them being there we had to a of privacy and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend this to any family needing a nice getaway. Lots to do!

DJ + Robert were so kind + the property was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend retreat. We had the BEST time, feel refreshed + relaxed, + are already making plans for our next trip. Boerne has a small downtown worth visiting. The Rim (shopping in San Antonio) is about 20 minutes away + Fredericksburg about 35 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.

This vacation house was beyond terrific for our family of 10 plus a dog. The home had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, linens & pillows. There were 2 bathrooms with great showers. Toiletries & plenty of towels were provided. Our family of varying aes had plenty of room to be comfortable. The property also has a beautiful pool with hot tub & waterfalls. Pool toys, lounging chairs, & umbrellas were available. The owner was available by text throughout our stay (even though we didn’t really need anything). We would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful property for big families
I stayed here with my wife and 4 young daughters , ages 3-8. The house and the pool seem to have been made for big families with small kids .
The pool is great, not much else to say about it other than we used it every single day of our trip .
The house is spacious . There’s one bedroom downstairs for mom and dad and the kids have the entire second floor to themselves .
Of note, the stairs are very safe for small kids . Very wide, handrails on both sides, carpeted , and a landing at the halfway point
The owners allowed us a great deal of privacy .
There are an immense amount of wasps. They pretty much leave you alone, but it’s worth mentioning for those more intimidated by them. One of my kids has a stinging insect collection, so it was actually a plus for us. We also found a dead scorpion for her collection , didn’t see any alive. And there were no insects found inside the house at any point.

Perfect getaway
This location is perfect and the home is beautiful. Is what slightly further than we wanted to drive from San Antonio but once we landed we enjoyed our time. Most everything was provided that we didn’t bring. Two families with 5 children total. All boys had a blast with the toys and the play areas. We even saw a snake by the trash and had a small egg hunt out front. We were able to explore nature and just relax. I was given the gate code but everything else was provided and taken care of.
