Nice property location great!

We really loved this home. It was even prettier in person than we expected. We had four generations of our family on the trip and from the oldest 81 to the youngest 2, we all had a wonderful time. The home was clean ,comfortable and spacious. The balcony was very large a d my parents enjoyed sitting out there getting some sun, watching the waves and seeing the great-grandchildren playing. We would definitely recommend this home.

LOVED our time here. We had everything we wanted for a beautiful family vacation. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, all appliances were in top notch working condition, the view was amazing! We cooked most of the time and the kitchen had everything we needed. I had one issue and that was that the furniture could use a good cleaning as there were many stains. Another thing we wished, which has nothing to do with the condo, is that we could have kept the umbrella and chairs past 5:00 like the property next door. We felt like 5:00 was way too early to pack it in for the day when you’re coming for beach time. This would not keep us from coming back though. Great memories made.

We loved the beach area as t was not crowded compared to other properties we've been to. Made the experience that much more pleasant.

This was our second stay in this unit. The property was again well maintained and the perfect location. We will continue to return to this location, as we can count on it being clean and having great accommodations for our family.

Everything was amazing! We loved the property, the decor, and the easy beach access. The area felt safe, clean, and relaxing. We enjoyed the fitness facility as well. It was quiet and we all slept wonderfully. Everyone enjoyed reading on the balcony and listening to the waves. The beach was so clean and the water was so clear. The waves were fun but not too intense. It was fast and easy to call an uber to get anywhere we needed to go. We would love to come back!
The only issue we had was not receiving the access code to get in when we arrived, but we called the management number which was able to get us in within 5 minutes of our arrival, so it didn't end up being much of an issue at all.

This place is amazing and has ruined us for any other property! You cannot get a better view, clear water and uncrowded beach. The condo was beautiful and spacious. I had high expectations and this condo and beach exceeded them. The pool was still heated in April which was perfect for our little kids! We will be back!

This property did not disappoint. Ocean view was fabulous and condo was a comfortable, good fit for our group of 9. Three baths was a plus, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was heated and a nice size. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property. Extremely clean. Can’t beat the location. One small thing, the property is on the second floor and there is a building just to the left that slightly obstructs the ocean view. Still a 5/5 property with amazing views.

Just one suggestion for the queen size mattresses, it may be time to change them to memory foam.

property was nice, but would,have liked information on paper ,regarding facility and gym location/hours etc... too small to see on phone. Also, would have liked there to be a few beach towels available for use. we stay in crystal beach each year, and other condo's have provided them. which is very helpful, as they take up too much space in luggage. Departure information was unclear..never found red button on website to notify of departure. overall lovely condo,and comfortable bedding

Beautiful view, great accommodations
We loved this property. We had 5 adult family members for this vacation. We made some delicious meals, walked on the beach, read books, enjoyed the deck, hung out around the pool, rode bikes , & used the gym. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We would stay here again for sure! The only thing to note is the Logitech remote for the av was no where to be found.

Spacious and Comfortable
Nice condo with great view. Carpet in bedrooms needed cleaning and oven door didn’t close properly. Very spacious for a family. We had difficulty getting TV to work in living area.

We had a great stay at Villa Coyaba! We had a minor cable issue arise but after calling they had someone there to repair it within an hour. I couldn’t be more pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance of this condo. Will definitely be back for future visits!

Great stay in 201 Villa Coyaba May 2019!
We stayed week of Memorial Day, and it’s a very nice condo with great beachfront views of gulf and beach; amenities top notch and everything previewed turned out like advertised; central location close to Destin Commons and short drive to anywhere you want to go in Destin area; we really enjoyed our stay; when we come back to Destin definitely stay there again in 201 for sure;

A perfect beach vacation!
Wow! Where should we start?! What a wonderful week we had at your condo. We loved sliding the glass doors to the patio open at night to listen to the waves in real life vs our normal sound machine. The end unit was an added plus to have windows and natural light in all the bedrooms. The master bed was amazing! We felt very well rested after a nights sleep in it. How convenient it was that you had a pack n play for our little one as well. She slept like a dream after playing in the heated pool everyday. Villa Coyaba is such a peaceful place and everyone from the guests we met to Daniel who was in charge of the chairs on the beach were very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and appliance you would need. The condo was very clean and had a very nice style and taste in decor. What a treat to have been able to kick back and enjoy ourselves the way we did at your condo. Thanks so much for a perfect getaway!! Needless to say we will be back!!

New mattresses in every room is a MUST!!! Several reviews below state the same...invest in new mattresses please, please, please. The dips in every mattress are unacceptable and completely take away from the wonderful view, fully stocked kitchen and great T.V.'s in each room. Cleaning staff and office staff absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and condo is very nice, Had an issue with the internet and it was promptly corrected. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Loved the stove and the ice maker for the beach cooler. One negative is that the condo could use new mattresses. Several had "dips" and were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend unit 201. Thank you!

We had a grand time! I'm a Disney travel agent and have planned some fantastic Disney getaways in the past couple of years for my family, however my 6 year old assured me that this has been her favorite vacation of all! The water and weather were magnificent. The condo was very nice. The 360 Blue app was so user friendly & helpful. We can't wait to do it again!!!
