We stayed in the same place 5 years ago. We enjoyed it the first time and we’re impressed by the upgrades that had been done. There will also some special touches like a Christmas tree, beautiful arrangement of holiday flowers, and bathrobes. The whole house is stocked with everything you could need. There were plenty of spices, pots, pans, dishes etc…. And the coffee and wine bar area made it very easy to prepare beverages. We will definitely stay again!!

Great place to gather for holiday. This place has everything in the kitchen. From pots and pans to baster and thermometer for the turkey. Went into town (which is walking distance) for the tree lighting, on Saturday night, so quaint, the sweetest little town!

Property was AWESOME husband woke up every morning to fish in the river or lake, literally a 30 second to 1 min walk to the water. Any time of day was great fishing. Georgotwn historic part was so so close. Like less than 5 min drive. The house was set up amazing for a smaller family. 6 diff bed options. Bathrooms were clean and great sized. Kitchen had everything you needed. Front and back porch was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, with everything we needed in this comfortable space. We dined in with the full kitchen for several meals, and walked to nearby restaurants for others. Highly recommend!

The proximity to Clear Creek Reservoir is perfect. There are 8 in our family and anyone could walk down and fish anytime! Three days was not enough time to “do all the things” as one of the kids put it. The house was comfortable and the host is responsive.

Our stay at Clear Creek Retreat was great. The condo had many perks including a stocked wine bar, cooking supplies and a washer and dryer. The outdoor area was a nice addition. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy.

We really enjoyed staying here while we skied several days around the area. It’s close to Loveland, and ABasin, Copper and Breck are about a 35 min drive depending on weather/traffic. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The dining table was perfect for playing games as a family, and the living room area was so cozy for just hanging out or reading books. Our two dogs loved running around in the fully enclosed backyard. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you Richard for such a beautiful retreat after a long day of skiing.

We had a great time staying in the duplex. It is so nice and the pictures do not do it justice. The coffee bar and wine bar are thoughtful additions to the kitchen area and the large table made it easy to eat meals and play games after dinner. The living room was comfortable and we appreciated the Roku streaming as well as the dish TV. We loved the clawfoot tub in the upstairs bathroom and were wowed by the view of the stars from all of the skylights. The duplex is easy to find and Georgetown has plenty of restaurants and stores to get all that you need while still being very close to several ski resorts. We had a minor wi-fi issue come up during our stay and Richard was quick in replying and getting in contact with the provider and getting us back online. The outdoor area is private and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of skiing. There were 2 fire pits available as well,but the burn ban and the snow kept us from being able to enjoy them. Two small changes would have been very helpful. We all used the hot tub and there weren't any beach towels, so we used the bath towels provided in the house. There were 7 of us and 6 bath towels which led us to do a lot of laundry every day. Luckily the washer and dryer worked great so this was a very small inconvenience. Having beach towels and a few more bath towels would be great! Everyone in our group agreed that this is one of the best vacation rentals we have been in and we cannot wait to come back!

Overall good experience. This is our second time renting this property. Would have liked to use the hot tub to soak aching muscles after skiing but the previous tenants broke it. For dining we enjoyed happy cookers, mountain mamas, and pho bay.

We had a wonderful experience at the house. It was clean, quiet. The hot tub was wonderful. Had everything we needed except perhaps some "rag towels" for when we walk in with wet/snowy shoes. Had all the amenities listed, and quick reply from host.

This house was a great place to stay for skiing at A Basin. It was clean, had a hot tub, and plenty of space. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice roomy and quiet place in a cute one Main Street mining town. We were too late in the season to see the towns museum’s that shut down for the winter but used Georgetown as a base to visit the surrounding area. The Hot Tub was relaxing to come back to. Easy check in and very responsive to any issues or questions. We enjoyed our stay!

The location of this rental couldn’t be more perfect for a winter mountain adventure, and the “bonus” features of this property are fantastic. Dog friendly, fenced yard, off street parking, well equipped kitchen, cozy user-friendly fireplace, ski storage, festoon lights, incredible upstairs bath nook, wine available on arrival, I could go on and on. Loved the artistic details in decor such as the unique stair railing and wooden accent wall over the living room. Richard was a wonderfully gracious and communicative host - we hope to stay here again someday soon!

Great location next to clear creek. Nicely appointed condo. Recommend calling the upstairs room it’s the place to stay. Lots of good restaurants. Downtown has nice scope. Close to Loveland ski.

Peaceful quiet large yard with grill and fire pits comfortable beds and plenty of space

Great house in a central location to all the ski areas. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants in town and shortly down the interstate. Property manager was easy to deal with and quick in response. Hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful and the unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with all that one would need to cook meals including the many countertop appliances. The wine and coffee bar was great addition. We especially were appreciative of the coffe maker in the master. It was a great place and a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll be back!

We arrived at the home and everything was perfect. House was clean and well stocked with anything we might need. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Very comfortable and inviting. Room to spread out and enjoy time with family. While it was a bit chilly to be outside the backyard was a wonderful treat. First VRBO we’ve stayed in that was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Close to town yet away from the congestion of the city. We had a couple changes leading up to our stay and Richard was great to work with and accommodated our changes. Future VRBOs-you won’t be disappointed if you pick this property.

This stay was perfect for us....the arrangement of the bedrooms was great for our family because we have adult children and school age children. Everyone had privacy and there were still plenty of together spaces. The bathroom and backyard were spectacular and the proximity to the creek and lake made the location feel remote.

Even better than expected! The kitchen and dining area are very nice, supplied with both coffee pods and coffee for a Keurig and Mr. Coffee unit. There's a TV in every bedroom connected to DISH, the TV in the living room is also connected to ROKU for streaming video. There are a few short steps to access the home via a nice deck, complete with a gas grill. It is nice having two bedrooms on main level, one of which has a door that opens to an impressive patio, complete with a gas grill and patio furniture and oh yes, a hammock! Upstairs is a very unexpected surprise with a beautiful shower, coffee bar and bedroom which we didn't use because there's only two of us, the home could certainly sleep a fairly large group with the second bathroom and the beautiful upstairs. Finally, the property is nestled in a mountainous area, very scenic! Would definitely rent this property again.
