Il est situé à distance de marche des belles maisons victoriennes, des boutiques du centre-ville et des restaurants qui composent cette communauté de montagne pittoresque. Belle Clear Creek borde la propriété comme il se jette dans le lac de Georgetown.
Le condo a deux chambres privées et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le maître est meublée d'un lit queen size, tandis que la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être mis ensemble pour former une reine si désiré. This 3rd floor condo fit our trip perfectly! Perfectly located within walking distance to the lake, a Brewery, and quick easy access to the highway!
This condo hit everything we needed with the right amount of beds, bedding, towels, etc! The kitchen was fully equipped and it even had a washer and dryer!
The owner was very easy to communicate with, polite, and very helpful.
So thankful they shared their vacation home with us for our trip!

The condo was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer access was great. The checkin and checkout process has multiple codes. The listing did not clarify the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. I would not have been able to take my luggage up to the room if my adult children were not with me. It met our needs but I would not have chosen if I had known these things ahead of time.

If you really want glamour or an ultra-modern space this might not be the place for you, but but our party found the space to be a perfectly comfortable but no-frills launch point for a ski trip to the Ikon pass destinations near the divide. Do note that when there's snow there can be a lot of traffic near the tunnel which sits between georgetown and dillon which might substantially raise travel times.Kitchen felt small at times but was enough, and we appreciated the flat top stove.

My friends and I rented the place for a pond hockey tournament and everything went well. Location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Very nice condo in a perfect location. My friends and I drove up from Kansas, were able to pick up our ski rentals in Idaho Spring, get dinner and check into this condo all in the same day. It made a weekend ski trip a great option and I hope to do it again soon.

The condo was so close to Georgetown and had beautiful views of mountains on both sides. The lake was right there and there were some walking trails to walk.
We had a difficult time getting into the condo, so be sure to read all the access instructions, but Nick was patient and gracious in helping us get in. I also didn't see in the description that it's on the 3rd floor. We weren't used to the high elevation, so with less oxygen, it made us out of breath climbing the stairs at first.
Other than that, the condo was very clean and comfortable and, as I mentioned, the owner was quick to respond. I would recommend this condo to others.

We had a lovely time in this Georgetown condo. Super clean and strategically located near many of Colorados best ski areas. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds and the two bedroom aspect was ver nice. Georgetown is a charming little town to walk around. The library is an absolute gem. Five star for cleanliness, location and overall condition of condo.

We loved staying here because of the quaint beautiful town. The lake was like steps away from the condo, and our kids were able to ice fish there and both caught. Plus the town has a mining tour right there and it was very cool and reasonable on price. This condo is like 15mins to loveland skiing and that place is great extremely friendly staff and once again reasonable. If you are like us, we wanted to see as much as we could, and this condos location gave us the ability. Breckenridge, frisco, keystone, and WinterPark are all at the most 45 minutes from the condo and that was what we loved as well since we visited almost all of them. If your looking for a great place to call home for a lil while this is the place the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need in order to make breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. I could go on forever, but ultimately this is a great place to stay.

Short stay. Quiet building and condo complex. The pictures and descriptions match the property well. Easy to park and access property. Close to the Georgetown Christmas festivities and train.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this location. We live where it is located and it is very clean and cozy. Always a treat! Love the trail along the creek that is just outside. You can literally walk along the creek all the way into downtown Georgetown! We will be back again!

Great location
This was the perfect spot to land during our travels in the area. A short jaunt to tons of great activities. Highly recommend white water rafting!! Our only complaint was no a/c…so it was a little warm in the afternoons. It cooled down nicely at night though, so was comfortable with the windows open.

Exceptionally Clean
The property was exceptionally clean. Compared to other places we've stayed it was quite spacious. Big closets, well stocked kitchen, very organized. Close to ski areas and much less expensive. Big screen smart TV was ideal for watching March Madness and movies. We spent much time in the rental as our purpose in staying here was to acclimate to the higher elevation (in the acclimation process my husband sleeps and I read books). The rental gets some afternoon sun. The view of the mountains can be seen from the deck or by standing in front of the patio door, which was a small disappointment. We are older but did not find the 3 flights of stairs too much of a problem. The thermostat is locked at 68° which felt a little cool in the evening, but there were plenty of soft snuggly blankets. We appreciated the washer and dryer located in the rental.

We skied at Winter Park and A-Basin, and this is located in the perfect spot!
This is on the third floor, so make sure you are ok with climbing stairs.
Very nice hot water, great water pressure and roomy bath tub!
We enjoyed playing cards and watching DVDs.

Nice getaway
Convenient location on the newer side of historic Georgetown. Condo worked out great for the two us, although kitchen is pretty small so might be a little inconvenient for a family (2nd bedroom has two beds). It's also 3rd floor with no elevator, so keep in mind if you have any issues with stairs. Nick was great with communication, and we will definitely check availability next time we are out there skiing. Thanks!

Great stay; nice neighborhood; hope to stay again
Nick's place was clean and had everything we needed for a great place to stay while working remotely. All the necessary services were close by and easy to get to. The location allowed us to explore lots of different areas. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook in if you don't want to go out every meal. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again!

Beautiful Georgetown June 2019
The apartment is clean and well stocked with condiments and other necessities. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the fans to cool the rooms as it was hot outside during our visit. The town is small but cute! We had drinks at the Alpine Restaurant close to the condo and prices were very reasonable. Take the walk around the lake! Nicely maintained trail- very enjoyable. There are trails you can hike on the east side of the lake up into the hills/mountains. Our family likes to geocache and had several good finds in the area of Georgetown. We drove to Silver Plume and enjoyed the train! Also there is a cute bar there called Bread (it used to be an old bakery). We had a great time in Georgetown for a quick weekend escape!!

Georgetown is prefect! Lots to do and really good food! This condo was a great size for my family of 3. The owner was easy to work with and replied to my emails quickly.

Year round excellence
We loved staying in Georgetown at Nicholas' property! My wife and I traveled with another couple from our church in mid May to hike and vacation in Colorado (not skiing/snowboarding), and were pleasantly surprised with 8 inches of snow. This is a fantastic spot for spending a skiing vacation, but was also excellent for summer activities. There are many hikes nearby, including 3 14ers (Bierstadt, Gray's and Torry's). Unfortunately for us, the snow prevented us from summitting a 14er on this trip, but we will certainly try again on another trip.
The condo itself was perfect for 4 people. The best part was the pantry was very well stocked, and we left some of our food as well for the next guests. My only complaint was the single bathroom was small-- if you're considering coming with more than 4 people be prepared to share! Everything was clean, instructions for entering/exiting were clear and easy to follow, and the common spaces were great for playing cards/board games and relaxing. Would highly recommend it!

Great place to enjoy your stay in the mountains.
Very nice apartment with a lot of recent updates. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials you need to cook for your family. Shower has amazing water pressure and the beds were very comfortable.
Good location to stay if you are skiing at Loveland, which is only 11 miles away.

Great Space; close to Loveland Ski area
This was great space - well furnished and the kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Two big pluses were the covered plastic containers for leftovers and lunches and the kitchen staples beyond salt and pepper. Nick was easy to communicate with and very responsive. One note regarding a prior review that complains about I-70 traffic noise: This is a windy area and it was wind we heard, not the traffic from I-70. Not that we could not occasionally hear the traffic, but it was not at the level a previous review indicated. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we were to come back!
