Le condo Mana Kai est situé sur la plage de Keawakapu, la partie la plus au sud de Kihei à côté de Wailea sur le côté sec de l'île. La plage de Keawakapu, longue d'un mile, s'étend jusqu'à la plage de Mokapu à Wailea. C'est l'une des meilleures plages de baignade de Maui et moins fréquentée que les autres plages en bord de route de Kihei.
Notre condo offre une vue stellaire sur la plage en forme de croissant de Keawakapu; et les îles voisines de Kaho’olawe et Molokini; et majestueux 10 000 pieds de haut Mt. Haleakala. Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez profiter de l'observation des baleines à partir de notre condo où les baleines à bosse viennent tout près du rivage.
Notre condo avec vue sur l'océan 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a un lit king size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux extra-longs dans une deuxième chambre. Nous avons des unités de climatisation à deux zones qui refroidissent toute l'unité. Nous avons également 4 ventilateurs de plafond situés dans les deux chambres, les salles à manger et le salon. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une télévision par câble, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un coffre-fort et d'un téléphone.
Mana Kai est un paradis sur terre où le magnifique océan et les plages dorées ne sont qu'à quelques pas du condo. Il offre également la commodité. Le complexe propose un restaurant primé, Five Palms Beach Grill, et une épicerie qui propose une grande variété d'articles, notamment des plats chauds et une grande sélection de boissons. Vous pouvez faire réserver vos divertissements à un bureau d'activités.
Kihei est situé sur un côté ensoleillé et sec de Maui où vous pourrez profiter de nombreuses activités. Profitez de la natation et de la plongée en apnée juste à l'extérieur du condo avec de nombreux poissons tropicaux. Faites de la plongée près de l'île de Molokini. This is the most amazing place to stay in Maui! The view from the balcony is stunning and the sunset view is perfect! Our kids loved the easy access to the perfect swimming beach and pool. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and easy access to laundry. This property was everything we could have wanted and more!

The condo was exactly as described in listing. The view is just perfect and so relaxing, and it’s oceanfront! Our family eats breakfast at the lanai every morning as we look and admire the beautiful Keawakapu Beach. The condo has everything we needed, from beach chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, seasonings, etc. There were a few constructions and maintenance (pool) going on while we were there but Keiko and the property manager was very responsive to inquiries and concerns. We will definitely come back to this unit.

Prime location on the beach with spectacular views. We spent a lot of time enjoying the large balcony. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 8-night stay with my wife and 2 adult kids. Everything went smoothly from the reservation to check in. Well managed.

The description of the unit is very accurate - unit was clean and exactly what we needed for 2 teens, a gramma and my husband and I. There was always a custodian cleaner doing rounds all day - wiping little things that showed us the place is well cared for. The best was the view and that the pool is on the ocean. It was so easy to go sit pool side, then go swim with the turtles at the beach right off of the property. The beach and grass areas we public but not very busy or loud with music and beech parties. It was nice and quiet. The pool code kept the pool secure and our family loved that the pool was 7’ deep so they could really “swim” … the beach is clean and has good snorkelling in the morning. The unit itself isn’t super updated but the twin beds have nice memory foam toppers for excellent sleep. The King bed is comfy - there were ample pillows and blankets. The laundry was not busy and fine for what we needed to be washed. Lots of dishes and Tupperware and containers etc - we didn’t need the coolers but they were there. It was exactly what we expected. The outdoor hallway was clean and the elevators worked well. There are big cargo carts in the lobby if you need to bring in lots of stuff when checking in or out. The little tuck shop had essentials. There are restaurants 5 minutes away either direction. We felt safe and secluded and would highly recommend! Check in was easy and we could change the door code to a number we could remember. The resort exceeded expectations as it was right on the beach and had nice amenities. The on-premise shops were very nice to have. There was great snorkeling directly in front of the resort. We enjoyed walking along the beach and boogie boarding in the ocean.
The condo had great views from both the front and the back. The included amenities were nice to have: beach chairs, boogie board, pots, pans, beach towels, soaps. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
The only complaint is that when the condo above is occupied, you can hear a lot of noises that sound like furniture getting moved around. I'm guessing it doesn't have carpet so you hear chairs moving around along with doors and dividers opening and closing. Luckily, the condo above was only occupied for less than half the nights we were there.

This was the perfect spot for our week-long vacation for two adults (friends) and their sons. The condo was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, boogie board. Host was very helpful with questions prior to our stay. Local contact assisted with one request. Very convenient to Wailea shops & beaches. Highly recommend this! But keep a week free for us to return! Mahalo

Without a doubt the Mana Kai is the only place I want to stay at on Maui. I've been coming here for 35 years and have tried different condos and you just can't beat it in my opinion. You have a great beach right outside with amazing snorkeling and sunset viewing. It has a very nice lawn with lawn chairs and a beautiful pool. There's a general store that is now managed by someone who gets it. They have great fresh food and a selection of so many things you either forgot or didn't know you needed like that Roselani ice cream! The rental shop has whatever you need from kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear. There's even a concierge that can book your excursions if you need help. And don't forget orange kitty! So sweet. The unit we choose this time was perfect. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Loved not having to rent chairs and umbrellas. And a plus... the sofa bed is comfortable. It is decorated nicely and one of the best locations closer to the beach. Thank you for having us!

Great location. The condo was clean and well equipped for guests wanting to cook. There were maintenance issues. The patio door lock was broken - its on the 4th floor so unlikely to be a port of entry by criminals but it would have felt better if it would lock. There is an electrical outlet on the patio we would have used but it did not work.
My big reservation was slow internet speed. We had 2 days of rain when I tried to work. There are 2 radios you can use. The faster of them, that I measured at 20 Mbps was not working and the slower ran at only 1.56 Mbps which is paralytic.

You won’t find a more incredible stay in Maui. You are literally beachfront/oceanfront, with panoramic ocean views with palm trees from your huge sliding glass doors that open up onto a patio with seating looking down onto the oceanfront and Kweawakapu Beach. The condo is impeccably furnished and kept very clean, with two full bathrooms and full kitchen with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella and cooler to take the few steps down to the beach. The beach is beautiful and perfect for all ages with long stretches great for swimming and boogie boarding, and there is a great reef out front to snorkel at as well. There is also a small store in the hotel itself to pick up all sorts of items and a rental shop for boogie boards and surfing equipment, SUP boards etc. The owners couldn’t be more pleasant and responsive, they checked in with us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I will never stay anywhere else in Maui. There is no where else where I am that close to the beach and have the huge beautiful views right from my condo. Amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mana Kai. The views, location and beach were amazing! We did have issues with cockroaches and the dishwasher. Every time you’d open the door cockroaches would be on the outside seal. Emailed the housekeeping contact with no response. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mana Kai. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen, beach, and hanging out. Loved the Tommy Bahama chairs. Made things so much easier with those. The cooler was great for the road to Hana. 2 Pool noodles and we left 2 more..a snorkel set (had my own so didn’t use it)… an umbrella,..and more. Games in case you are stuck inside which we never were! Keawakapu Beach is now one of my favorites. Nice mix of guests and locals who were all friendly and welcoming. We made friends on the lawn and watched the sunset every night. They lit the torches and someone always blows conch shells. People start getting spots to watch around 5. The sunsets are gorgeous and so is the weather. Really enjoyed the south side. Great snorkeling right there at the condo, but make sure you go in the morning if it’s calm. The balcony provides beautiful views and it’s nice to eat out there. The A/C units worked great and I was worried about that. Shampoo, conditioner, ample toilet tissue and a starter paper towels. The General Store at the condo has lots of supplies and laundry pods. The food there is good too. To many things to say about our stay, but I think you can tell we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Aloha!

We just returned from our week in paradise and we couldn't be happier with the location that we stayed. The Mana Kai is absolutely fantastic! The beach is AMAZING, the snorkeling off the beach is great, and the tide pools formed by the rock added extra fun for our family. Unit 405 is WONDERFUL! The unit was wonderfully clean when we arrived (we even got to talk to the cleaning staff as we arrived and they are wonderfully nice and even shipped back an item that we forgot in the unit after we left Maui). The view from the unit is breathtaking. I also would like to note that this is THE BEST STOCKED VRBO unit we have ever stayed at! It had everything we needed except for some sand castle toys for our kids, but we bought some at the local store and left them in the closet for the next family that stays here. My kids loved visiting the orange cat that live at the Mana Kai (Meow Meow). I just can't say enough good things about this location and this unit. If you are debating between this unit and another one, this is the one you should choose - hands down!!

We had the most wonderful family vacation at the Mana Kai Maui Condo. The Owner did a great job of communicating registration and check-in at the property. The email correspondence was very thorough. The Condo itself was as described and well represented by pictures, clean, well maintained, everything we needed for the weeks stay. The direct access to the most beautiful stretch of beach was too perfect! We ate breakfast and lunch on the lanai every day, couldn't get enough of the views. Many restaurants were easy driving distance for dinner. We snorkeled, swam, boogie boarded, built sandcastles, played football and paddle boarded right in front of the property. To top off every day, we had incredible sunsets! Can't wait for another trip to Maui.

Beautiful view!
Our condo was very comfortable with all of the conveniences. The view was to die for. We listened to the ocean waves every night and sat on the patio enjoying our coffee every morning. I love Maui and it's laid back feeling and the beauty. The host made sure we had all the amenities we needed and had suggestions for restaurants for go to places. Mana Kai is a great Condo location!

A Dream Come True
This was our last destination on our first visit to Maui. We spent a few days in Hana before heading to Kihei. Mana Kai is gorgeous and 405 is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better. We had everything we needed and then some. Snorkeling is right there and it’s home to a few turtles…huge plus. Keiko and Gaby were both very responsive if needed. I had the best time at Mana Kai. Mahalo for making our vacation so memorable

This place is extremely clean and well maintained. There are lots of pots, pans tipper wear utensils. There was nothing that was lacking in the unit. Beds were comfortable. The view was perfect. Everyone we spoke to said that the Mana Kai is a secret gem.

Location cannot be beat. Property was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 kids, but will be crowded if more than that. Too bad the deli and restaurants are closed, but at least we could not hear the construction. The elevator was under service too, but didn't have to wait long to ride one.

Keawakapu Beach Perfection
We loved everything about this condo. The location couldn't be better. Located in South Kihei, you get a true tropical vibe on this beach. We enjoyed majestic sunrises over Mt. Haleakala right from the balcony. Snorkeling with sea turtles right in front of the condo. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked. HIghly recommend this property!

Best Vacation EVER!
Location! Location! Location! This oceanfront condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for our family. 4 COMFORTABLE beach chairs with two umbrellas and a cooler! A kitchen that had everything for making breakfast, lunch or dinner! We rented snorkels for the week on site and the snorkeling at the condo's beach was fantastic. We saw turtles everyday! So many different kinds of fish...everyday except for two were perfectly clear! It's close to the harbor for a sunset cruise and snorkelling cruise. Laundry was just down the hall as well as recycling and trash drop. So easy!! Restaurant was terrific and there was a little general store that had anything that we forgot! Thank you to Keiko for being very responsive and hospitable.

Raves for the Waves!
There’s nothing like going to sleep to the sound of waves on the beach. It was delightful! Our view was stunning and the beach walks were amazing. Though the unit was smaller than I had expected and bedroom two was separated from the living area by a screen, we were VERY pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend it!
