Notre condo de style Key West à Indian Shores est une chambre à coucher impeccable; unité de rez-de-chaussée située dans une nouvelle station sur la voie navigable Intracostal de Indian Shores. Great beach access, nice pool and a beautifully beachy decorated condo!

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is great, just across the street from the beach - a very short walk across a crosswalk. Beautiful and quiet area. The beach was wonderful and not crowded. The condo is so clean and organized. Loved all the hooks everywhere for swim suits and towels. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels provided. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Owners and cleaning staff have thought of everything. Pool is great and there were plenty of chairs. Lots of things to do nearby (we loved the Seabird Sanctuary, and Caladesi Island). Grocery stores are just a short drive and shops that are within easy walking distance for convenience items and souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The location is perfect. Cross the street to the white beaches and in back of the condo is a lovely pool. Great restaurant near by. Very relaxing. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We hope to visit again.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more - unless we could have added a few more days. This condo is cute, cozy, clean and CLOSE to the beach. I have never stayed in a more organized rental. The owners were wonderful to work with and were very responsive. We can't wait to return!

Our hosts clearly take pride in their condo. Every single thing is decorated impeccably and provided thoughtfully. The condo community itself is an older property, but very well maintained. We had an issue (that was our fault) with our check-out, and Steve got on it literally in the middle of the night to help us. We definitely would recommend this condo and these hosts!

Perfect location, quick walk to the beach and the pool was nicely maintained. Our 4 and 6 year olds had a great time! The condo was clean and super organized with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. Loved it!

This was our first family vacation with our 6 and 3 year old and it could not have been better. The hosts were amazing and the condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was right across from a nice beach. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer 😆

We have stayed at many rental places and this by far has been the most organized place and had the most extras we have experienced. Loved the smell of the place too. I need to find out the name of that scent. Lol. We were so appreciative since we had a flight and didnt have to pack as much. Plus super convenient being straight across the street from the beach.
Check in was easy. Communication was fast.
We just had the one child who was 7 and he slept great on the pull out couch.
I could go on and on about the pros of this place.

From the very start of reserving this condo, the communication has been excellent. I found the condo very clean, labels on things that I needed and if I had a question, I was able to have a very quick response. They very short walk to the beach and nice to have beach, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. The location is perfect Looking forward to returning.

We loved our stay here. Communication was excellent from the minute we booked our trip. Description of the place was right on. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Bedding and towels were nice quality, better than normal. The little sitting room was my favorite place in the house. Enjoyed the little extras that were provided. It has obviously been well cared for and maintained. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do our own cooking. We spent hours enjoying the large pool on the property and walking on the lovely beach just across the street. The owners were kind and friendly. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Condo was very clean, very organized, everything was labeled. Beach and pool was wonderful. Might want to inform future guests that you have an iron onsite and to make reservations right away if you want to eat at Salt Rock. Just a couple of suggestions. Great condo, great owners and great experience.

We were lucky to stay here on this holiday. It had everything I needed, so it was as comfortable as my own home, and it was really clean. The decor of the house, in particular, was perfect for the beach vibe.

We rented several units for my daughter's wedding and this unit was by far the best equipped. The attention to details made for a relaxing and effortless stay. It is beautifully decorated and so clean. The unit is located close to the beach access, which was convenient for my mother-in-law who struggles to walk long distances. I own a short term rental and can tell when the host has put thought into their property. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property and for your excellent communication! The property was as advertised. Had everything you could possibly need. Great location, across the street from a beautiful white sand beach. We used the Sun Coast trolley to travel up to Clearwater for a day. Excellent option if you don’t want to rent a car, inexpensive $5 for all day pass to travel up and down the coastline. Walking distance to a great coffee shop for breakfast, very nice restaurant virtually next door to the complex, Good food and service. We enjoyed our stay so much we are hoping to come back soon.

This was a beautiful and cozy place to stay. This went above and beyond our expectations. The welcome gift was adorable and memorable. Close to the pool and beach. Close to the many options to do including shopping and the boardwalk. The property manager was easy to reach and thoughtful with the amenities that are there whether you are staying one night or several. Definitely a place we will return to and recommend to friends and family. ❤️

Comfortable and Cozy
Great condo; organized and very comfortable. Walking through the complex other guests were very friendly. Access to the beach was easy and family friendly. Owners were very informative and offered lots of helpful tips for Resturants and fun activities. So thankful to our gracious hosts for sharing their slice of paradise.

Beach vacation
We have stayed at Barefoot twice before, and this condo exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful beachy decor to the attention to details that the owners did, we would give it an A++ rating. Everything you would need is there for your use...beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. We enjoyed playing some games that were provided as well. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed watching the Rays and Lightning games on the comfy couch. We were not ready for our week to end and will definitely be coming back again!

I was 110% pleased with the location of these condos. The condo is right across the street from the beach access and the trolley pick-ups for both directions. You CAN drink alcohol on this beach, it’s not crowded and the location is perfect. Overall the condo was nice. I was able to connect my work computer to the wifi and work remotely without an issue. The office space was nice. When selecting this property I read a review that made mention of the worn down couch, yet I overlooked it because I didn’t see a trend with couch comments. Without question the couch should be replaced; the seat cushions, or springs, are worn to the point that when you sit down, you end up leaning forward. I removed The back cushion to give me more space to sit back so I wouldn’t lean forward, that helped a little bit. Also this condo is supposed to sleep for, but this couch is like a two person couch, so it may be able to sleep two small children, but definitely not two adults or teenagers. I did not open the couch bed so I don’t know what the quality of the mattress was and I am unable to comment on that

Mother Daughter Spring Getaway
My daughter and I stayed four nights at Steve and Nancy’s condo. We were so happy with our stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and the condo was spotless when we arrived. Steve and Nancy were very responsive and helpful prior to arrival. They sent tourist recommendations beforehand and very graciously allowed us to check in early on the day of our arrival! This was very helpful as we landed at 9am. The location was perfect with the private beach access only a few walk steps away. Indian Shores was nice and quiet which was just our speed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful family-friendly property
Having never been to this area before, we booked for a Spring break trip in April and were absolutely thrilled with our experience in the condo and resort. Steve and Nancy were the most amazing hosts - they guided us every step of the way with suggestions and ideas to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. The condo itself was well appointed and ultra-organized, updated and tidy; it was perfect for our family of 4 with the pull out sofa. Having the pool super close (warm water!), beach just a few steps away and inter coastal waterway also made the experience special and fun for our kids. There was a great little coffee shop nearby too that I enjoyed after a morning walk and several other attractions in the area. While it’s kind of hard not to love the incredible weather in this part of Florida, this vaca was one of our favorite ever and I was prepared to book again for the following year before even leaving!

Better Than I Imagined
Everything, EVERYTHING, about this property - including the owners, was exceptional. I was traveling for my sister's beach wedding. All of this trip was so sentimental and joyous. Her 1st husband passed 10 years ago and her journey led her to a man that absolutely treats her like a queen. She spent one night with me at this rental and we loved everything. All of the wedding prep for her was in this unit so this location will always hold a special place in our hearts.
For anyone considering units at this property, select this one! There wasn't anything that we needed because everything was there AND labeled. A place for everything. The owner's were proactive, timely and pleasant in all of their communications. My sister and her husband rented a different unit and, it was very nice as well, but we were able to compare several things and this one won out BY FAR on every check list. Their interactions with their property owner was VERY different than mine and, if possible, we would have canceled and had them stay at the unit I was blessed with.
My husband and I usually stay at Anna Maria Island but it was nice to stay here and learn that there is another fabulous option to consider! If you are torn between a choice and it includes this unit, let me tell you, choose this one.
