Fantastic unit on the best beaches of Maui. Our satisfaction is evident in the fact that we have returned annually for many years.

We had a great stay at the condo. The location is the best we have had in the area and we’ve stayed at several other locations through the years. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here for future trips. The location is walking distance to all sorts of spots for shopping/food/drinks and right between two great beaches. Gretchen was very great to work with

This is the perfect location facing the ocean right between two beaches and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come again!

Had a wonderful trip. First floor unit right on the water. Beautiful beaches to either side of the condo. Trade winds in the afternoons are lovely with all doors and windows open. Great location with access to everything. Would stay here again!

Our stay was great. Just fyi there is no AC. We slept with the doors open and fans on and it didn’t bother us. It is safe enough to sleep with all the windows and doors open. we couldn’t have asked for a better location next to all the restaurants and a fantastic beach on either side of you. The sand is so soft! Much softer than Lahaina actually. One of our favorite vacations so far! It has a small surf town feel unlike Lahaina which is so commercialized. Only a short drive to wailea if you want to shop the fancy stores. Some EXCELLENT coffee shops directly across the street as well as an organic grocery store if you want to cook a meal or two. The condo was very clean and tidy and we loved that they had organic shampoo and body soaps for us. We had a late flight and were able to do a late checkout. We even left a few items by accident and the owner was nice enough to ship them! Our experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

We booked this at the last minute due to the Maui fire. Loved the whole condo - remodeled, great first floor location, great views right from the condo and patio. No A/C, but didn’t need A/C - fans kept the unit cool day and night. Checkin was easy - with Gretchen and at the site. Lot of restaurants in the area and great beaches ! All in all - fantastic - 5 out of 5 - would definitively stay again!

We loved our stay in this condo! We have stayed in quite a few different complexes on Maui over the years, but this one has the best location and unobstructed views!!! We loved meals on the lanai, walks on the beach right next to condo, the pool, central location, and sunsets directly out front! Despite not having air conditioning, the trade winds and cool nights were perfect even in July. We would definitely book this condo again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this condo! The pictures are an accurate representation of the property! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This location is perfect for our friends and us. The building is adjacent to 2 beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoy the BBQ area on the roof and the well maintained pool and lawn right outside the unit.

In between two lovely beaches. Can’t beat the location and the views of sunsets and Humpback Whales, which spend their winters in the islands between November and late March. I would not say that this is a “Newly Renovated” unit however. It’s nice and has everything that one needs for a great vacation, especially the gorgeous rooftop garden, but I’d guess that the Reno’s were done more than a few years ago.

Great communication throughout our stay , they emailed us the first morning because their was a water leak they needed to fix and they compensated us well for the disruption without me asking for it . Trish was very helpful ! We loved the ground floor and easy access for your morning walk on the beach. We loved the Hawaiian feeling this condo created ! We will be back !

Beautiful location and great service. Love Kihei! The lack of air conditioning was not an issue. Communication was great and everything was in great shape when we arrived. Plenty to walk to and would stay again if given the opportunity.

We stayed here a year ago in 2021 and immediately made plans for our return. We were not disappointed. We love it there so much with the two beaches and turtles, that we didn't rent a car and walked the beaches, read and enjoyed the sunsets! We have referred this to other friends and will definitely go back!

Terrific sunset views, easy access to the pool and local beaches. Short walk or drive to local activities or shopping. Parents + 2 kids easily accommodated, with a pull-out couch if you have more.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, even though we had a few challenges while we were there. The condo is beautifully furnished and in a great location in Kihei on the ground floor with ocean-front view and access. First and foremost though, people should be reminded that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in this unit. I thought this wouldn't be an issue because of the tradewinds that Hawaii is known for, but they are not always blowing (or blowing in the right direction)! Humidity is also always present. When we checked into the unit it was EXTREMELY hot and stuffy inside, possibly from being shut up for a while, but also because that night was extra hot and sticky. There are only 2 stand alone fans in the unit so we placed both of them in the bedroom so we could sleep. If the unit is being occupied by both bedrooms, one fan per room may not be enough for some people. There are 3 ceiling fans in the unit that help a little as well. If the winds are blowing the right way it is very comfortable in the main living room. We did have some plumbing issues with the kitchen sink and the master bath toilet (which did not work for the entirety of our stay so we had to use the guest toilet). The property manager, Trish, who is also the cleaner of the unit alerted us as we were checking in that the kitchen sink was leaking and would be repaired, which it was by that night. However, she was not aware of the toilet issue (would not flush) and we spent the entire week trying to get it fixed. She was extremely friendly and communicative with us about it and had a repairmen out twice to try to fix it, but they could not get the right parts. In the end the owner did communicate with us about the issue and made a fair adjustment to our fee for the aggravation and lack of a working toilet in the bedroom. The pool for the complex is located right outside of the unit (about 20 feet away) so privacy is somewhat of an issue--there were frequently people right outside the unit or walking back and forth and sometimes noise from kids in the pool. Most of the time it was pretty quiet though. Not enough to really bother us, but if you're a very private person it may be an issue. Overall, we loved our time there (Maui is wonderful) and the unit met our needs. I don't know if I would rent a unit without AC next time or one so close to the pool, but this was a beautiful property and the manager was great to work with.

The stay here was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. The location is great- perfect for morning beach walks. The views and sunsets from the patio and property are spectacular and watching the many turtles right from the property was so much fun . We would love to stay here on our next visit. We had an incredible experience at 115! Amazing views and the grounds were very well kept. The ground level with a toddler was a game changer that we absolutely loved! We also appreciated how dark the rooms were during the day and the nonbreakable glasses as well! NO AC? Not a problem. We are from the Midwest and we were a bit worried about being too warm and I’m happy to report it was not an issue at all - the daily temperature was 85/90s. We had a couple hiccups and they were taken care of immediately- great communication! I already can’t wait to book again in the future! Beautiful property with stunning views in an extremely quiet and family friendly complex. We couldn't have been happier with the state of the condo, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building and the location between two beaches!

We loved our stay! Sandwiched between two beautiful beaches, we spent more time in the sand this trip than any other Hawaiian vacation. The condo is exactly as advertised and the grounds are very well attended to, especially the pool which is meticulously cleaned every morning. We could walk to multiple restaurants and with ABC and Da Kine shave ice just across the street, it was so convenient. Watching the turtles at the shore and the beautiful sunsets right from the lania was the icing on the cake. We would love to return to this very spot.

We loved this place! Perfect home base for our Maui trip. First floor unit was incredible - step out to pool, walk around corner to beach, amazing sunsets. Weber Grills on roof were excellent and fun at sunset. Spoke with others who also sang praises that complex was definitely the nicest in Kihei. We totally agree and would definitely stay here again. Unit is fully stocked with everything you need (kitchen has everything you need for meal prep). Our family absolutely loved it here!! We give 5 stars all the way. A couple of things that could make it 5+ and/or some tips… -Master Bed mattress was terrible. Felt like feet were higher than head and absolutely no back support (way too soft at back level). This should be easy fix and would greatly improve the experience. -No air conditioning in unit (none in entire building). Not a big deal as climate was incredible and we just left screen doors open all night (sound of ocean was awesome) but coming from Florida this surprised us a bit. In the end it didn’t matter as we ended up really loving the natural air. Again greatly loved this place an highly recommend!!

Perfect location to explore Maui or just relax poolside or on the beach at Kam 1 or 2. Walk out and watch the turtles around the rocks. Condo has everything you need. Walk across the street to Maui Bread Company and get a Hawaiian Muffin and iced coffee with coconut milk. Walk just south to 808 Deli for a great sandwich and amazing pudding. Can’t say enough nice things about this property and location. Thank for sharing this with my family. We will not forget the experience and look forward to the next visit.

We love the unit’s location and decor. Property is beautiful, but we arrived around 4:30pm, after shopping at Costco for the month to find the cleaners were still cleaning. They let us put perishables in the fridge and freezer but we were definitely in their way. Unit cleaning tools were limited which is an issue because daily winds blow in debris. No mop, the broom was wider than the dust pan, no tools to scrub the showers. In general very grimy corners and windows/shutters. I slept in the queen bed which badly needs the mattress replaced. A topper has been placed on the mattress and is cozy if you can keep from falling off the side of the bed. I couldn’t even sit on the side of the bed. It sagged steeply toward the floor. In spite of all this we loved the property and would rent it again.

Wonderful location right on the water. We saw sea turtles several times just steps away from the unit we stayed in. Comfortable and convenient with all the "home" amenities a hotel just doesn't offer. Mahalo

This home was in the perfect location, the amenities provided were wonderful. It’s located on the best beach. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen is excellent for what we needed to cook meals. We loved the beach play stuff, body boards. Chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. The primary bedroom is quite warm, we Utilized all fans in the house… an air conditioner unit would be a lovely addition, for the hot nights. We will definitely be back to stay. The hosts are helpful and so easy to communicate with.

I firmly believe that Kihei is THE best place to stay on Maui. And this condo is a perfect place to stay in Kihei. ONE NOTE - there's no air conditioning, which is a bit of a bummer when staying with elderly parents and a toddler who are very temperature aware. Other than that - it's perfect. There's tons of food across the street, you're right on the water, literally steps from the ocean (also steps from a very lovely pool with an ocean view). It's great.

We are coming back next year. The place is lovely. we love being on the ground floor.

I slept so good because of the sounds of waves coming into the master bedroom at night. It was wonderful. The bed leaves a little to be desired in terms of comfort. The kitchen was well stocked. The location of this unit can’t be beat. We had a marvelous time.
