It has everything, it was really useful specially when you’re more than 3 people.

- the view (even when you are not at the beach you can still enjoy the ocean and the hills) - location - vicinity to one of our favorite beaches and great food/entertainment - well equipped with all kinds of stuff - cooking utensils, etc. - quiet, never heard a neighbor - communication with the rental company was friendly and very informative - skylights in all rooms - one love :) - beautifully decorated - many storage options, seating options and light fixtures - beach items available - comfortable beds

- lots of stairs in the apartment complex might be an issue for some people - bath towels feel a bit worn out - one a/c on the first floor is not enough for two floors

It was very cozy and close to the beach. Super clean and slept a family of 5. Felt like home for a week. They supplied a lot of items especially for the beach.

The furniture is a little out dated but other than that, we had everything we needed.

We loved the ocean and mountain views from the Leni and the close proximity to shops, eateries, and beautiful beaches. The grounds were kept neat and tidy and we were amazed at how quiet and relaxing the whole complex was.

The condo was a bit warm toward the back of the residence.

An easy walk gets you to many wonderful food options. There was a nice nail place in which my whole family went down and got pedicures the first day we were there. The beach is a very short walk and is absolutely gorgeous.

There was very little air movement in the apartment. We were able to get the fans into place to get the place cooled a little and made it work for sleep.

Great location with beautiful views! Ample parking. Car registration was easy and the apartment was good size and nice to have all the space. We spent most evenings out on the balcony.

Unfortunately the aircon broke the second night and they were unable to repair or replace it (window unit style fan motor) during the rest of our stay (10 night total) . We made do with the ceiling fans and open windows.

Clean grounds. Proximity to restaurants. Walk to beach. Staff.

Carpet. Extremely dusty. We were “fine printed“ on the “WiFi“. It was not high speed and therefore essentially unusable.

First, I absolutely loved not actually having to use keys, the key coded system worked great for our family. Second, the view was stunning and totally unexpected, the pictures did not accurately show the awesome beautiful view of the mountain behind us and of course the pacific ocean in front of us, very lovely. Third, the pool area was the cleanest I have ever experienced, they hosed it down every morning. Fourth, the walk to the beach was under five minutes with cafes and eating places along the way.

The back bedroom was a bit uncomfortable, mostly the bed. The couch and chairs were a bit worn.
