Overall good experience, very good location, comfortable beds, enough furnitures though bit dated. We did see roaches in the kitchen and also thermostat may need little fix to make it work all the time.

Out of the last 10 Vrbo's I've stayed at in the past two or three years nothing comes close to this one. I loved every bit of it. The time I chose to stay was off by a week and I tried to move it forward and I couldn't even within the time frame I had, but that's a problem with Vacasa. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and maybe even sooner than later.

We loved this unit. It was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular! And you could access the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. Balcony was a nice size. Location was great; close to everything without being in the chaos of the main strip. Short walk to the beach-literally steps away.
Beds were comfortable. Only two negatives: power recliners have no power (not plugged in and no way to plug them in) and the tv lacks the ability to stream or cast.
We definitely plan to rent this one again.

When we walked in we couldn’t even see the beach from how nasty housekeeping left the windows. Not one mirror or window was cleaned! The balcony had food, candy wrappers that wasn’t cleaned up. Stuff spilled on the table. Inside the tables were nasty and haven’t been wiped down in awhile. There was hair in the shower, master bedroom and bathroom also in bathroom drawers.
I own my own business in housekeeping and would never leave any of my houses or condos like it was when we walked in. I told Vacasa and they asked if I’d like someone to come back and clean.. umm no thank you! If you clean like that I don’t want you back I can do it myself. We were only there to sleep for one night and made sure we were there for only a few hours but I paid too much money to have to walk into that!! Vacasa you need to do better!

This condo was beautiful. Had comfortable beds and furniture. Everything we needed was there only wish there was more than one recliner. The love seat and couch appeared to be recliner but we’re nonfunctional. We loved the views would definitely consider staying here again.

Anything that was good about the condo was ruined as soon as we walked into the door by the massive scaffolding blocking the ocean view from living room and dining room. We weren't told about this before we got there and after repeated calls and emails to Vacasa and manager before we even took our luggage off dolly, the manager never called to help and Vacasa and VRBO was no help at all . This is the second time we used VRBO and this will be the last. We should have been told about the scaffolding outside attached to the balcony. We paid for ocean view and didn't get it. They got our money and we got a terrible view. We asked Vacasa for another condo and after 2 hours of waiting and promises of a resolution and they would make things right, our request was denied. Tough on us . And we were not compensated. This was very upsetting and ruined the start of our vacation.

The resort was in a great location and would stay here again. I gave it a five star rating because we loved it. Just a few minor things. I would suggest updating the televisions so you are able to cast to them from a mobile device. Reclining couch would not work because they needed power. Would recommend provide power adapter or just get standard powerless reclining couch. Coffee pot had a crack. Air conditioning unit worked perfectly and the best of any unit I have stayed in in the past. I highly recommend this unit.

The place was nice on beach great pools there was 8 staying which was max but don't suggest for that many couch didn't fold out to bed just two electric recliners which did not work but we did manage would stay again just not with 8 people

great location and floor plan BUT….
lacks basic amenities like dvd player and or netflix access via through a firestick, this condo can be a great one if check off basic needs , beds very squeaky not very comfortable, patio furniture add cushions, the experience could be better if the basics are accessible at this condo , great location and great ocean views from both bedrooms just make it more appealing for families wanting to watch their dvds and or prime , netflix, disney ect via a firestick 3rd floor is perfect view and easy access to beach dont have to rely on elevators

Breath taking views!
Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, clean condo with unbeatable views of the Gulf! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there and will definitely be back. Best part was sitting on the large balcony enjoying the views. This condo complex was less hectic than others nearby. The private beach with loungers was wonderful!

The condo was great. Very spacious and great beach views. We had eight guests, 4 adults & 4 kids, and I feel like everyone had decent space. One kid slept on the couch pull out bed and another slept on the side that doesn’t pull out. The big pool and pool bar was nice and had delicious cheese fries that the kids loved! A few things that were a little off putting. The couch definitely needs a deep clean due to stains on most of if. Water runs off the front and back sides of the master shower/tub and soaks the floor. You can see where they’ve tried to rectify with a little plastic partition. Just doesn’t cut it. Also, it would have been nice to have a heads up before the Lowe’s delivery guys showed up at 8:30 am Monday morning. Over all a nice place and would recommend.

FILTHY...
Floors were filthy, couch was beyond disgusting, everyone's feet were black within 10 min of walking on tile floors. If you like to cook and prepare meals for your family, this is not the condo for you. Condo books for a party if 8. There were no prep bowls, storage containers and the 3 pans available, need to be replaced badly. There were live bugs crawling in the drop lights in kitchen ceiling. I have always liked Long Beach condo, but they have really let things go down hill. You would think with the pandemic and being unable to rent most of last year, that things would be spotless. The Main entry and elevators were filthy too. Last, but not least... The master suite, king bed. Absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on. The day before we left I found the guest book. Reading through the comments, almost all mentioned that bed.. $300-$400 nightly fee, buy a NEW bed.. The condo needs a thorough cleaning, new pots and pans, bowls and for god sake, atleast steam clean the furniture! Very disappointed.

Great Location!
We really wanted to love this unit because the location was great - oceanfront, steps from the beach, great Adirondack furniture in the balcony area, killer views and very close to a variety of restaurants. It was amazing to go down the elevator and walk right onto the beach. But the unit does need to be updated. Pots and pans need to be replaced. There were too many stains on the furniture for our comfort and they really need to leave instructions about which remote for each tv turns on the power, raises volume and changes the channel. We also had to call for a few maintenance issues- tub shower knob was stripped - couldn’t turn off water, toilets didn’t flush well, the arm on the front glass door was gone, wall paper was peeling in places and the master bed was very squeaky. If these issues can be addressed it would be a go to place for us.

Best view in Panama City
I have stayed at Longbeach Resort many years and have always been pleased with my unit. This unit was very nicely decorated with wonderful views and close to the lagoon pool. We had a little hiccup no fault of the owner and they quickly made it right. Would definitely rent this condo again!
