Ce condo récemment rénové de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain fait 1656 pieds carrés et peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Nous avons récemment acheté ce condo et nous avons apprécié de passer du temps confortablement là avec nos trois enfants et d'autres familles. Pas un, mais deux piscines sont à proximité. Il est une belle maison propre, a de grandes vues sur le golf, les montagnes au sud et le lac. Pas un, mais deux piscines à choisir. Voir Piscine sur La Paz et Las Lomas dans Google Maps. Il est proche d'une variété de poches de restauration et de divertissement, y compris El Paseo, la rivière et le Théâtre Maccallum.
En plus d'avoir une chambre de maître entièrement rénové et bain de granit et de portes de douche sans cadre, il ya un dortoir pour les enfants. Conçu pour accueillir deux familles avec 6 enfants confortablement, les images disent tout.

Entire property needs to be gutted. Everything is tired and worn, nothing speaks of luxury. Was not cleaned well, (plastic wrappers on floor, hair comb on mantel, debris on kitchen counters, ants) dishes cracked and chipped, cracked glassware, dirty barbeque, uncomfortable beds, etc etc. No pets allowed but owners have pet(s) so dog dander. Easily the worst property we have ever stayed in. Don't know how they had good reviews. If the price had been half of what was charged, then the state of the unit could be better understood. We paid for clean and luxurious and did not get either.

Spent a Coachella weekend 1 here. It was really pleasant - clean, quiet, and close to the community pool. We are an older group so we wanted a chill place to rest after daily events. Highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with our rental! We loved having our morning coffee on the east facing deck, using the gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air in the evening, cooking our meat on the Smoker and our king sized bed was very comfortable! We had bikes to ride and several pools within a short distance from our property! Greg was very responsive to any problems we encountered and we would strongly recommend this property!

Palm Desert Vacation
Excellent place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Adequate amounts of linen, towels and pool towels. Very clean upon arrival. Best part is the patio- comfortable chairs for 6 people plus a lounger. Excellent view of water, mountains and palm trees. Would stay here again!

Good location
The property had an excellent location in the Monterey Country Club with stores and restaurants nearby. It has a pond view and is close to one of the pools.

Enjoyable stay.
We booked the property base on the positive comments on the Vrbo website and we’re very satisfied. The home was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. There was a modern washer and dryer as well as cable televisions in the family room and each bedroom. We had use of the garage and the bikes it contained. The property was part of a gated country club and the groups were very well taken care of. Great view of a pond from the patio. Most of all Gregory and Tiffany Becker, our hosts, we’re very accessible and accommodating.

Excellent Family Friendly Property
Our family stayed here for four nights in November 2021. Two parents, two kids (ages 10 and 12), plus Grandma. The condo was just the right size for our group of 5. There was also plenty of space to invite over other family that lives in the area for meals and a movie night. We took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen and gas BBQ on the patio and we loved sitting at the patio table at meal times and at "happy hour" to take in the view and watch the golfers try to make their shots over the pond which is right in front of the unit. We enjoyed walking to the heated pool and hot tub every day, visited El Paseo for meals and shopping, and also enjoyed Palm Desert Civic Center Park nearby. We'll look to stay here again on future trips to the Desert!

Everything We Needed For A Great Stay
The place was great. Spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed including snacks, spices, cookware, tp, bbq gear. The weather was extremely hot (120 degrees at the most!) but we had AC and a pool nearby to keep us happy the entire trip. Would defiitely rent again.

Fantastic home away from home!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend! The home was clean, very spacious and located on the Par 3 with great views of the mountains. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was responsive, friendly and made us feel incredibly welcomed in his home. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

The contract was cancelled , agreed to by the owner.
This is not a complaint. Because of the coronavirus and. the cancellation of the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament I talked to the owner, and the owner agreed to the canceling the contract. I do not know if he was to return my deposit or if VRBO will be returning the deposit.

Excellent Condo for a Family
The condo came as advertised. Clean and comfortable, ample room for a family of 4 to 6. Pools are close and great for young families. House entertainment system was excellent and modern. Kitchen was fully equipped. The location is perfect to access shopping, parks and restaurants. Owner was accessible and accommodating. A great holiday location.

Great family get-a-way!
What a fun yet relaxing get away with my family! It was just what we needed! I appreciated the cleanliness and quietness in the house. From the family room and kitchen you can see views of the golf course and beautiful water feature. One of the many pools in the community is just a short walk away and and includes tables and lounge chairs for you to relax on. The entire house has been remodeled and and is well equipped with everything you need. There were many restaurants and shops located nearby too. We loved our trip so much we booked a second trip and hope to go back again in the future! I highly recommend this place for your next desert get-a-away!

Condo was very clean, well set up kitchen and living areas, as well as entertainment and wi-fi systems making it a very comfortable time. The proximity of pools and spa very nice. closeness to shopping and activities a big plus.

Winter Escape
A very pleasant, relaxing experience in an accommodation that definitely delivered on what was promised. We appreciated the location close to shops, restaurants and primarily for us, golf courses; we enjoyed the Monterey Country Club community which provided fantastic golf course scenery, pools and hot tubs and leisurely morning walk rituals. The owner was attentive and responsive to our needs. The house itself is in pristine condition, tastefully and functionally decorated, fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked. We were pleased with our choice and would recommend the property to others.

Awesome Desert Escape!
My husband and I rented this place with our 2 boys to attend a swim clinic at the nearby Aquatic Center. Wow! Nicely appointed, very clean and furnished with everything you could need or want. Easy transaction with the owners. It sits directly on the golf course at a water feature, complete with geese. Great patio for relaxing with a cocktail or coffee. The location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and if you have kids or are into swimming, the Aquatic Center is awesome. Having stayed at several of the large resorts in the area, we definitely prefer this route for our next trip out and would highly recommend this place for a short or longer-term rental.
