Merci d'avoir pensé à notre condo avec vue sur l'océan au paradis! Notre condo est juste en face de Kamaole Beach Park II dans le bâtiment G sur le côté sud du Maui Banyan Resort. Le bâtiment G est le plus recherché car il est le plus proche de la plage sans être juste à côté de la route.
Notre condo «G» est un troisième étage, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain. Le condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée en acier inoxydable. De luxueux carreaux de travertin entourent les douches à l'italienne. Avec trois unités de climatisation et trois ventilateurs de plafond, ce condo rénové vous gardera au frais et confortable toute la journée. Des lits King et Pleine grandeur confortables vous permettront de passer un sommeil réparateur après une journée amusante. Gazebos couverts et barbecues près de la piscine offrent une fête tropicale amusante et relaxante. Le paysage tropical de Maui Banyan avec des palmiers majestueux, des oiseaux de paradis et des bambouseraies entourent le complexe et ses deux piscines et jacuzzis. Un court de tennis garde votre revers en forme pendant que vous êtes loin au paradis! C'est vraiment un super endroit où séjourner sans les frais haut de gamme des stations haut de gamme.

It was perfect for us. We loved our balcony view and ate breakfast there every morning. Close walking distance to our favorite restaurant and the ocean with great snorkeling was across the street. We got a condo with two rooms. We thought the second door was locked but pushed hard and it opened. The place was clean and beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Well worth it!

Pretty clean, although the cleaning lady was still there when we arrived a little past 4 pm. We had texted the host asking if they can let us know when the room was ready because we were hoping to check in a little earlier, but we never got a response back. Next, the parking spot was not reserved, which wasn’t a huge problem but still disappointing. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome gifts, however the box of chocolates was expired and moldy. Additionally, the beach umbrella was broken and unusable, but we did use the two beach chairs. We also found ants and a cockroach on the stovetop, so overall can use some improvement.

The location was fantastic, the pool was nice, great balcony views, the property was older but still pretty good. It was clean but it was almost as if the cleaning person left in the middle and left their things on the counter. There were not the things listed in the listing (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc) and the property manager said he would contact his cleaning person but we never heard back. If those things were the only issues it would be fine but I also tried to change our dates before the 50% refund period was over and didn’t hear back until I reached out again- still haven’t seen a 50% refund on those dates. Lastly, there was a horrible chemical smell that caused us to go to another hotel for a night in the middle which was expensive and a huge hassle. Overall, if you don’t mind buying your own toilet paper and don’t plan to change your dates, this is a lovely place.

The condo was clean and well-equipped! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the beach right across the street (the provided chairs, umbrella and boards were perfect!). It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we also felt close to other restaurants and amenities. We'd happily stay again!

This condo is very clean and comfortable for four people. It is very nicely appointed with all the necessities for home cooking in the kitchen. Roomy bathrooms and bedrooms, plus very comfortable seating in both the dining and living areas, and a nice balcony with pleasant views as well Many extra touches were appreciated, like boogie boards, and new beach chairs and umbrella. Great beaches and good food are easy walking distance. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive to our questions and resolved our minor issues quickly. Overall terrific experience.

The condo is in a great location with pretty grounds, the layout of the condo is great, and the host was very responsive when i notified them that there were missing supplies. Unfortunately, the condo is very outdated. The air conditioners were dirty, the linens were very worn, the knives were so dull i was unable to cut pineapple or mango without crushing it, the ceiling fans were intermittent, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I know Maui is expensive (i grew up in the islands and saved for a year to bring my son to Maui to show him where i grew up) but the price is high for this condo.

We've stayed ay multiple units at the Baynan, and while this particular one might not be newly remodeled as some, it still was comfortable and had exactly what we needed for our stay.

We bought before the devastating August 2023 wildfires, but so glad we went!
We were delighted by the location, amenities, and walkability.
A wrinkle at check-in was promptly and easily addressed by telephone. The host was very responsive to report of a running toilet. We were very pleased to have flexibility on check-out timing.
Highly recommended.

This condo is located on the other side of the street, right next to a beautiful beach. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo was very well equipped with beach amenities. All you would need in a kitchen is there. The pool was very nice and the barbecues were always clean. The condo was also very clean when we arrived. I strongly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very good at communicating and quickly taking care of a couple of issues we had. The location right across the street from Kamaoele 2 and the proximity to the pool made this a really convenient place to stay.

Overall the condo was great for our family of 5; condo complex was quiet and had great views, easily walk to the beach and food spots, space of the condo was adequate for a family, beds were comfy. Took off a star because the Wi-Fi was awful, the beach gear (boogie boards & chairs) were super beat up so we just bought stuff to use instead, it would have been nice to have a vacuum and mop…definitely recommend grabbing some cleaning spray or Clorox wipes since there aren’t cleaning supplies, also the assigned parking spot wasn’t worth the hassle (cement wall on one side and cement pillar on the other so we couldn’t park in the spot and open our doors - we just parked on the roof instead). Great place to stay with a family, we had a nice getaway.

This property was in a great location. We are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping! The garden view from the unit is beautiful and it never gets the sun on it to make it too hot. There are two swimming pools to choose from if one is crowded. Our place was clean. We had a hiccup with the garbage disposal and the owner was great to help us figure out how to fix it. I will definitely be back!

Overall nice stay at Maui Banyan. We loved the pool and easy access to the beaches across the street. Several restaurants and stores within walking distance. We really loved Cafe O’Lei, Beach Street for breakfast and Maui Thai Bistro. Definitely recommend renting mopeds from 808 Rides and drive to Makena beach!!
We had a few issues with the door code and the toilets but the owner was very responsive and called the handyman. The beds were so comfy and AC was good. Limited supplies so we had to buy beach cups, toilet paper, etc. If you’re staying over a week, you’ll need to shop for supplies.

The location was perfect, easily accessible to all the things we wanted to do on the island. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. The beach was right across the street. The property was clean and other guests were friendly. Definitely plan on coming back again in the future.

The Maui Banyan building is the perfect location!! The pool is always clean and relatively quiet. The building is well looked after! Our unit was equipt with everything we needed.
The only thing we noticed was 2 out of the 4 beach chairs were broken, but still usable!
Can't wait to visit again soon!!

Condo is great, exactly as advertised, super clean, and well maintained aside from a couple light bulbs that needed replacing. Definitely one of the best units we've stayed in in this building (our fifth stay in the Maui Banyan).
My only issue and the one thing preventing me from rating the full five stars is that the beds are so soft and saggy that they're super uncomfortable. The one in the master isn't terrible, but the two in the extra room are just awful. No support at all and oddly ... loud. Kind of a shame because everything else about the condo was great.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Overall it was what we expected. I appreciate the easy check in -especially after seeing other frustrated travelers in the lobby trying to access their units. Owner was easy to deal with. Location is ideal across from beach and walking distance to restaurants.

This condo was sparkling clean. It was filled with all the amenities of home. There was even a variety of spices available. We felt very welcomed and right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this cozy condo. Close to the beach. Amenities galore. It would have been nice to have a working washer and dryer at the time, but the owner returned some of the deposit. Everything was clean. The grounds were gorgeous. Partial ocean view from the lanai. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics. The available beach gear was so useful. We didn’t have to rent or buy anything extra. Beds were so comfortable.

Loved the property but it was its location that impressed us the most. Right across the street from a great beach with awesome snorkeling (saw many turtles and even a small shark off the point!) Great restaurants and shops just a 2-5 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Maui!

This condo was perfect for our needs- 2 adults & 2 teenage kids. Right on the south edge of Kihei with beautiful beaches right across the street & shops/ restaurants within walking distance. We drove all over the island & felt it was nicely/ centrally located to enjoy everything. Loved that it came with beach chairs/ towels/ boogie boards. Everything was very clean & well- equipped. Location in building/ complex is nice- Can see pool & beautiful view of sunset off lanai & is in same building as office which is convenient if you have any questions. Overall, wonderful condo and we will definitely stay here again!

I really liked the place, the reviews were spot on. I only had to contact management to get a code to get access to our room. The only complaint if any was the pans were a bit hard to cook with. The food kept getting stuck to them. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Maui Banyon family vacation
The Maui Banyon is centrally located in Kihei. Beach access was a short walk across the street. The property is well maintained, very family oriented, and a great location.
