My family and I spend about 6 weeks a year in Kihei . This unit was by far the best unit we’ve stayed at. Because the location. Also how equipped the unit was. With not only beach gear. But also for basic household items. My family and I would love to stay here again. For the month of November.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with spices, etc, and had an uncluttered feel to it. It was also within easy walking distance to amenities. Great BBQ areas, with well working BBQS.

The location of this condo is amazing! A two minute walk to the beach, how can you go wrong!
It was clean and a lot more spacious than I expected a one bedroom condo to be! Having two full bathrooms was key for our family of 4! Having the beach gear was awesome. My son and daughter loved the boogie board! We would definitely stay here again!!

I highly recommend this condo. It had everything I needed and wanted- all the kitchen tools, and beach gear I wanted; quiet, with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to the pool and close to the ocean. Michael the owner, and Jon the local assistant were kind, patient, and helpful, sometimes going out of their way to get what I needed, or share information and answer my questions. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd come back to this condo in a heartbeat!

We have stayed in Kam Sands about 20 times in various units. This unit was nice, but neither the best or worst of units we have stayed. Would stay again

Condo was clean and comfortable, located 2 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed early morning beach walks daily and slept soundly on a huge king bed. Condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Best complex in all of Kihei. Centralized amenities and spacious condos with easy access to the beach. Building 9 is not located directly adjacent to the amenities, but a very easy walk to the pool, tennis courts, grills and green space.

Great location as described. Our second time at Kamaole Sands and we loved it. This unit has a great view of the sunsets as shown. The bed was very comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull out and said it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of only two coffee filters. We did not contact anyone on this as it was a minor inconvenience to get some when we went to the store. I have no doubt that John would have made sure they were brought to us had I said anything. We had a plumbing issue come up and after texting John he had someone come immediately to take care of it. This was handled well by the owner and we would definitely stay here again.

Condo very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen and great beach gear that save a lot of time we would have spent in rental shops. Jon- the on-island representative as particularly helpful including some great locals recommendations. thanks again so much!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is well equipped with both kitchen and beach/snorkeling gear. The lanai invites you to soak in the ocean view. The bed is comfortable and the South Kihei location provides easy access to Wailea and Kihei beaches. We had a small equipment issue and the property manager was very responsive in resolving it.

Overall the stay was amazing. Mike was able to accommodate a late checkout which allowed us to enjoy the last day fully which was not expected but greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything (even tho we didn’t cook at all) and there were lots of beach supplies which also made it easy so we didn’t have to rent things. Overall great and looking forward to staying again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location with walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Communication with the owner was very efficient and prompt. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Michaels property was perfect for our family's Holiday vacation! We had plenty of room to sleep and relax together. The large lanai was a bonus and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy.

900 sq foot 1 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms and all amenities located across the street from the beach. Quiet condo complex with an excellent location just a short walk to restaurants and shops in south Kihei. Condo has been recently remodeled and fully equipped for every culinary and beach need.

Nice one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms. Very easy check in. The location is convenient to other areas of Maui and nice beaches. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub seemed a little run down and crowded. The kitchen was nice and so was the living room.

My husband and I stayed for a week and we loved the location, we loved the quiet and AC in the living room after an active (hot) day and although the price point is a bit lower (YAY), the room was clean enough (and I am super picky about cleanliness.) We'd stay here again!

The condo had everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful. Nice updates and great location. Close to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. We were able to visit natl park and go on snorkel cruise. Easy to book and Jon responded quickly to questions/requests. A great place to stay!

Perfect getaway
My wife and I were so happy with this apartment, located just across the street from a beautiful Kihei beach. The kitchen was really well stocked, everything was clean and well-kept, and the guitar was an extra-special bonus.

The rental was clean, beautiful and quiet. Other than the wifi password and gate codes being incorrect, everything was great. There were only two of us and there was more than enough space. The property manager was helpful and the experience was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
