Nous avons une belle maison à un étage de 3 chambres à louer qui est située dans la région de Treasure Valley, à proximité du couloir I-84. C'est à moins de 30 min. de presque tout dans la région de Boise. Planchers de bois franc dans l'entrée, la salle à manger et la cuisine complète qui a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un grand réfrigérateur. Salon confortable avec écran plat de 55 ", TV satellite, DVD, Internet et WiFi. Il y a deux suites parentales (chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète) et une 3ème chambre (avec salle de bain complète séparée partageant les espaces communs) avec des lits Queen Size pour dormir confortablement 6, baignoires profondes, carrelage design et douche à l'italienne. Grand garage attenant pour deux voitures et cour clôturée avec meubles de patio. Settlers Bridge (HOA) possède une piscine communautaire (ouverte du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail), des rues bordées d'arbres, des passerelles et des terrains de jeux, y compris un Tot-Lot à environ 100 mètres de la propriété. Nous fournissons des serviettes de piscine pour votre commodité. Le quartier est proche d'Eagle Road avec des magasins de détail, y compris une épicerie.

The house is perfectly described and the neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and walkable. The pool was an added bonus. Everything you need for cooking is present and master bed was comfortable.

The neighborhood was beautiful. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The barbecue unit was perfect and there was a cool pooper scooper in the back yard to perform poop patrol for the dog. All in all the stay was perfect. Thank you for taking such good care of all the details.

The property was excellent. Plenty of room, well-furnished, easy check in/out process. This was our first VRBO experience and the property owner made it so easy. We will definitely recommend to family when they visit from out of town.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our stay in-which we’ve never had to do before. The owners, JoAnn and Danny, responded very quickly to our email, we’re very polite and courteous in not only explaining the process but helped walked us through it as well. What was a rough, sad and stressful event for us in not being able to make our trip the owners made the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Being that we come to Idaho often, we will definitely be using these owners and their properties as a place to stay in the future. If their properties are indicative of how they treat their customers, then am sure they will and our stay in them will be exemplary. Thank you again Danny and JoAnn for all you kindness and help.

The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, clean and close enough to shopping, groceries, entertainment and freeways. Nice layout and very comfortable. Quaint backyard and patio. Greatly appreciated the simple accommodations upon arrival - laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and coffee! Would stay again and highly recommend. Also very pet friendly!

Great place, clean and stocked. Responsive owners. A little too much furniture that was unnecessary and could be arranged for better comfort. Primary bedroom bed could be placed on furthest longer wall to accommodate both nightstands for use rather than only one. Extra table in dining could be used for an end table. Just minor inconvenience. I would suggest updating tv instructions. :) otherwise really nice stay quiet neighborhood. Would have felt more secure with chains on door to garage and front door.

We had an absolutely awesome trip to Idaho! And, this trip was complemented perfectly by this outstanding home! The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and both (highly popular) wedding venues we attended. The home had everything we needed for a family coming from out of state. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

The host provided staples not always found in other places we have stayed. Coffee, filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and more. They provided access to the garage. They accommodated our small requests which deviated slightly from their rules. Very clean and spacious. Freshen up the outdoor furniture to make the outdoor living more inviting, would be our only constructive criticism.

We had a great stay at Danny & JoAnn’s. My whole family enjoyed it very much and were impressed by how clean it was and how thoughtful the layout was for a family group. We also loved the patio and having somewhere outside to lounge and hang out. Conveniently located near everything you need and so close to Boise. Excellent value for all you get. The community pool was wonderful as well—sparkling clean and much appreciated on those hot days. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

We were in town for a birthday party celebration spanning 4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and were very comfortable. Loved all of the space, walk in closet, walk in shower! Thank you for having available everything we needed from plenty of towels, paper products to kitchen accessories. Enjoyed the pool area for a bit and really liked the neighborhood. Only downside would be driving downtown took 20-25 mins each way, but as far as the house goes we were extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!

We were fortunate to stay in this property for several weeks. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was perfectly appointed and felt like home. The neighborhood offered a great place to walk, play, bike, and swim.

Quiet neighborhood, would stay again.
Good location, seemed to be a safe area, clean house, everything worked, owners were great at communication when we were blind and could not find the garage door remote.....lol. I even left my watch there and they mailed it back to me! Thank you, we would totally stay again!

Wonderful property and location!
Very comfortable 3/3 house in a beautiful, quiet, centrally located neighborhood of Meridian!! Great beds and baths - especially the master soaking tub! Fully equipped. Oversized garage, laundry, and cute backyard for our furry family member. Can’t wait to go back next year. It’s nice to start a new tradition. Our daughter lives in Meridian, and it wouldn’t be a great Thanksgiving without her!

AWESOME!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is centrally located to everything ypu need,, perfect for children with a playset across across street, and the pool less than 5 minutes away (walking). We have rented many homes via VRBO and this home is by far the cleanest (can't rave enough about how clean it was), most accommodating, and has everything you need. We would recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful house
The house is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and close to shopping, restaurants etc. It was the first time for us to visit the Boise area and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend.

Beautiful community
Lovely VRBO in a wonderful community with nicer homes and a community pool with waling trails. House was clean and well stocked with essential items. Beds and linens were top quality. Mauds need to clean patio furniture as part of process but that was an easy fix with a hose. Excellent property! Thanks for having us!

Great convenient location with beautiful pool.
The owner is responsive and a great communicator. Easy keyless entry and comfortable home. I would kindly recommend an upgrade on bed linens, pillows and a king sized bed in master.

Fantastic!
The house had a great layout and was a perfect size for our family. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the amenities of a washer, dryer, laundry soap, full kitchen (with a great fridge!), grill, games, and ample towels for the house and pool. Access to the pool was awesome! We made a lot of great memories during our stay! Five stars!!
