Very clean and functional house on a very quiet street. Host was always available for questions and was very responsive.

Such a cute little house in a great location. Maria's house was clean and very well stocked - beyond what you expect with the basics, it was extremely thoughtful. Super location, we walked everywhere during our entire stay - and the 2 parking spots were a huge bonus so we could leave our cars and not worry about finding parking at all. The street itself was quiet and quaint. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the outdoor spaces, but they looked lovely as well. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay. The house was perfect and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere. It was a lovely quiet street with parking in the back. So much fun. Already working on a return trip and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for St. John's graduation weekend. The house was clean and very cute and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Nice lighted backyard and screened in front porch. Easy walking to downtown Annapolis and lots of restaurants nearby. Off street parking behind the house/yard. Easy communication with owner. Will stay here again if we are back in Annapolis.

This was a really cute place to stay with great outdoor space, a light-filled kitchen, comfy beds… and a great location with parking on site. Could not ask for more. Maria was a responsive host with excellent communication. This was a great choice.

If I could rate our stay with more than 5 stars I would! The home was just as described and communication was superb! There was parking, every possible amenity, and the home was within walking distance to downtown. The house was adorable, clean and very comfortable.. so quaint! We stayed for two weeks, it was so hard to leave! Would highly recommend if your looking to stay in a historic home with charm and walkability!

Victoria was a wonderful host and has a lovely property on a quiet cul de sac. The house was everything we expected and we had a great stay. The one (minor) issue that developed (needed more towels) was rapidly remedied by Victoria and we would gladly stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and efficient. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The futon in the basement was satisfactory. There was a nice amount of free closet, dresser, and cupboard space for our belongings. The outdoor spaces, both front and back, were very enjoyable. The location of the house was perfect. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and an easy stroll to the historic downtown, Naval Academy, etc. The only thing to note is you will need to provide much of your own supplies. For example, there were no dish towels, ice cube trays, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc., napkins, and very minimal kitchen condiments, etc. compared to other long term rentals we’ve visited in the past so come prepared. Other than this one minor issue, it was a very good choice for our visit to Annapolis. We would stay here again for a future visit and would recommend this rental for your visit too.

I stayed in this nice home with an old classmate for our USNA reunion weekend. The location was perfect as the “HQ” for most of the events was the very nearby Graduate hotel. We were able to walk to the Yard and the Football game on Saturday, and the parking behind the home was very convenient when needed. Inside, the house was neat, clean, and met all our needs, Maria contacted me to make sure everything was ok, and she was very responsive in making sure our stay was comfortable. GO NAVY!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. Was in walking distance to everything. Slept 4 people comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet. Loved the front porch, spent a lot of time there. Would absolutely stay again!

If you’re visiting Annapolis this home can’t be beat! It’s within walking distance of everything you’ll want to do, and it’s very thoughtfully decorated. The front porch is wonderful for enjoying your morning coffee :)

Lovely home with delightful yard. Good size kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. Owner provides quick response to questions and requests. Perfect location for pleasant walks along historic district. Will consider booking again.

Nice town house right down from downtown Annapolis night life.

The location is close to everything. Whether it is a five minute drive or ten minute walk into the center of town (Main St). The screened in porch was awesome for combating the mosquitos in the mornings, afternoon, and evenings. Parking was secure and very convenient to property access. Maria was always available to answer questions if there was ever a concern. The home was extremely clean and the property was well maintained. Although we were not able to make the most of it, the fenced in backyard with patio and grill were beautiful. The house is located on a quiet residential dead end street but has easy access to the the main strip with 7 eleven, Dunkin Donuts, and several restaurants. This is definitely a home I would recommend and when visiting Annapolis again, it is one that I would rent again. Thank you Maria for an awesome weekend!!!

Great rental for a family visiting Annapolis. The perfect blend of being within walking distance to everything but on a quiet street off the beaten path. House is old with lots of charm. Quaint, quiet and comfortable screened front porch complete with rocking swimg for relaxing. Owner is a great communicator and really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay close to home while some renovations were being done on our house. Maria’s property was perfect for what we needed. The home is exactly as pictured. It was very clean, cozy and had nice nautical decor. The finished basement space is a good spot to watch TV/movies and hang out. The backyard was great! It is beautifully landscaped and had a nice space for the dogs to run around, play fetch and frisbee. Just a note, it is not completely fenced. There’s a small spot on the side of the house that is open. I ended up blocking it with the trash can and recycling bins and it was fine. The kitchen is nice and roomy. The appliances are very high end. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, and silverware. However I found myself hand washing the same items over and over again because there was only 1 and I needed it to prepare the next meal. Like 1 cutting board, 1 wooden spoon, 1 skillet etc. so a bit more cookware would be helpful. We enjoyed the house and the yard and had a very pleasant stay. Only issue was the propane tank was empty on the grill. So we cooked inside (the oven is awesome) and ate outside. There’s patio furniture for dining and it was a beautiful day. We would definitely stay here again! :-)

This is an amazing home. On a quiet cul de sac street. Home is great! Beautiful back garden. Front porch screened in also very nice when weather cooperated. The home is wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. We stayed one month and have not one complaint. Tempurpedic bed was awesome. Plenty of supplies during our trying times. Very wonderful stay.

This property was perfect for us...retirees visiting family for the holidays. It’s a cute, comfortable, cozy home in historic Annapolis with easy walking access to downtown shops and great restaurants. The owner kept in touch during the visit with offers of assistance, if needed. The lovely welcome of wine & fun foodstuffs was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/relatives traveling to Annapolis.

We enjoyed our weekend at this house so much! The house is in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to DTA and the stadium. Maria was very accommodating and we were very informed prior to our arrival. We will definitely try to stay here again!
