We had a great time. Walking distance to the resort. We had the whole hot tub to ourselves and our kids loved it.

Nice property with great views of the mountains and just under 1 mile from the Jackson square. Our group of 4 was very comfortable for the week. One area of opportunity would be to improve the kitchen items. We cooked a lot at the condo and could have used better/more materials. We did donate 4 matching wine glasses which should help.

Great location!
Beautiful views!

It was just what we needed!

We were in town to visit my daughter she lives a block a way it was very convenient

We overall like the space and newness of the unit. It’s location is also a plus and the fact that dogs are allowed are key for us. Also, the elevator is great ! I think the wine glasses, dishes , glasses, and cookware could be better in numbers and quality.

Excellent accommodation, except AC didn't work properly. Called maintenance after first night and got no resolution. Temp never dropped below 73 in the condo and AC couldn't b set for anything lower than 67. I understand rules set by the Management office, but the extensive set of rules of this condo were ridiculous, we were scared to touch anything, as they threatened to charge exorbitant rates for any little thing. Luckily we made it out without being slammed with extra fees, other wise the property was perfect. The area is awesome. I would stay again, if th4 AC situation gets resolved. It was very uncomfortable in the condo.

We had a great place to stay with our family and dog. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

We had a great time at our stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking downtown. And enjoyed skiing at Jackson. We had some
Issues with the washing machine being broken and the management company was quick to fix for us. There were some comforts missing from the home. For example, hot pads, sponge, coffee filters and plastic cups for the hot tub. The management company was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property and this management company for future stays. Thank you

Family and I stayed here for 5 days and had a great stay. We were concerned at first after someone mentioned the place being in rough shape, however we had no issues or concerns with the state of the property. It’s a beautiful condo with amazing views and I would highly recommend it.

We were disappointed in the state of the property, especially for what we paid for the stay. Upon arrival we received check in instructions late. Once inside the property, they property was in a bit of sad shape from stained walls, and rips in the drywall and wallpaper. TV's did not work properly or was functional in the Primary Bedroom. We did use the hot-tub and the furniture around the tub on the roof was all torn and in very rough shape. Overall very disappointed in the condition of the property and the stay for what we had to pay, and all the additional fees that didn't even help make the stay that more special.

Great location for all of our excursions including walking into town. Quick response when you use email only.

Hiking in the Tetons
Great couple weeks of hiking and biking in the nearby Tetons. Condo was well stocked. Could use a bit of cosmetic upkeep.

This 3rd floor condo was the perfect choice for our family ski trip to Jackson Hole. The check-in process was super easy and having 2 reserved parking spots right next to the elevator was a definite bonus! The location was optimal in downtown Jackson Hole and super close to all of the fabulous resturants and shops! Snow King Mountain was just a 2 minute drive and Jackson Hole (Teton Village) was a quick 20 minute drive. The condo itself was clean, very spacious and exceedingly comfortable for our family of 4! We loved the center fireplace and it warmed us up perfectly after a long day of skiing! We had a minor issue with the stovetop burner knobs, but after a call to management, maintenance showed up literaly within 5 minutes and resolved the issue. The only item "missing" in the kitchen was a large baking pan/aluminum tray- that might be a nice addition for future renters :) Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! We'd love to return in the summer to explore everything else the area has to offer!

We spent 4 nights at the King's Ridge Outpost between Christmas and New Years. Let's start with the really good. The communication from the management team was great. Very attentive and always available to answer any questions. 5 stars for their efforts. The property itself though I'd have to say is just ok. It's in a good location if you like to stay near downtown Jackson. Just a short drive or walk away to the town square as well as Snow King resort if you happen to ski there (we did not). Unfortunately the condo is well worn. Lots of marks all over the walls, cracks in the drywall, etc. Not the end of the world, just not the greatest look. On check in our door was open for some reason. Guessing because it sticks and no longer will close on its own as intended. Because of this we didn't have to use our code and discovered when we left for dinner our code didn't work. Annoying but not the end of the world. The property management team had a back up code to me quickly. The condo was missing one very key item, a can opener. Not discovered until we were trying to cook dinner one evening. Again, annoying, not the end of the world but paying what you do to stay in condos you don't expect to be annoyed. I'd say my biggest concern was the dog hair everywhere throughout the condo. All over the rugs and collected in various corners. I'm guessing it might have been vacuumed before we arrived but either not very well or there's just so much embedded in the carpets vacuuming doesn't help. We have and love hairy dogs but the property has a strict no pet policy so I'm not sure if it's perhaps the owners pets or someone who stayed before us or what but I wouldn't expect to see the amount of pet hair in a no pet condo. Again, I will call it annoying. Bottom line, fine location, great management team, but well worn and could have been much cleaner particularly on the pet hair front. For the money I would probably look elsewhere next time.

I would not define this property a “penthouse” - however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great condo. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Open concept. Please note that the roof top deck (one floor above this unit) with the hot tub is shared access with the entire condo building.

Comfortable, central location for Jackson Stay
We had a wonderful week-long stay at King Ridge. For 4 adults and 2 small kids, it was the perfect setup. Outpost allows you to request anything you might need for your stay before you get there and it's tucked inside upon arrival. The property had high-quality finishes and the kitchen was fully furnished with everything from a toaster oven to a roasting pan and two full-size ovens. We loved waking up in the master to beautiful sunrise views of the valley and Teton mountains.
One note: Based on the map, we assumed it would be easy to walk from this property to downtown Jackson. In winter, with snow piled on any sidewalks, it's treacherous. In summer, it's probably fine.

A Real Stunner stepping in the Front Door
From the moment you enter the front door this rental is a stunner. The view of the Tetons is amazing. The location is perfect for anything and everything to do in Jackson and the parks. The Outpost Crew was great to work with throughout the whole process - efficient and professional. They will be our first choice for our next trip to Jackson. Hopefully that will be soon! Overall we were very pleased with everything this condo had to offer.

Nice pad
Nice pad. Well stocked kitchen which is really important. Convenient location. $300 cleaning fee is way too much.

Simply beautiful
The views are amazing, the place was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very spacious
Great location! Walking distance to Snow King Mtn ski rental, lifts, roller coaster, tubing hill and several restaurants.
Great covered parking with an elevator make it easy to get your gear upstairs. The bedrooms are all very large with lots of storage and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels are provided. Pillows were all a little overstuffed for my liking but that is nitpicking.
Kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating at the table and bar area.
Access to the roof top/patio hot tub was also nice.

Awesome Location and best property Management company in the business!!
This was our 3rd trip to Jackson, but first time over Christmas. We were looking for a property that was close to town with access to everything Jackson Hole has to offer! This completely fit the bill. It is accross the street from Snow King Resort and walking distance to pubs, churches, parks, rodeo arena, shopping and much more. The condo was clean, had a great view of the Tetons and even included two parking places!!. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our puppy.
The best part about this property is the Property management company OutPost!!! The entire staff was quick to respond and let me ship our christmas gifts to them and had them waiting in the Penthouse when we arrived. They assisted me with the best places for sleigh rides, skiing, dinner and spas. In addition they gave me a great contact to have the condo stocked with food when we arrived. This by far was the most efficient and professional group I have ever had the privilege of working with. Thank you Outpost Crew for Making this Christmas amazing for my family!!!

Great Get-away Spot
What a great place for friends to gather. 5 of us went on a 3000 mile trip on our Harleys. Salt Lake, Boise, Kalispell, Glacier, Great Falls, Billings, Cody, Yellowstone ant then Jackson Hole. We spent two nights. It was great to relax and do some shopping in town. Just to have a place to relax and talk about our adventure was awesome. we had time to relax, reflect and visit. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will all recommend this experience.
Thanks for allowing us the privilege of staying in the King Ridge Penthouse.

A little piece of Heaven
Our whole experience in Jacksonhole was amazing and this condo made everything so convenient. The modern architecture, high ceilings and beautiful wood colors made us feel the jacksonhole charm. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Mekki had all the details covered. We had large bottles of shampoo conditioner, Plenty of towels, blow dryer and various other details. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and modern coffee maker. We used the BBQ grill to cool one of our nights there and the mountain view from the large windows and patio are breathtaking. We used the jacuzzi in the evening and we were the only ones there. We enjoyed coming during this early May season because so many things were less crowded. The covered parking is great and the keyless entry made it easy to not forget keys. Mekki was so easy to reach by phone or email and returned all emails within a few min to hours. He also coordinated with Gaper guide to have it left for us on our kitchen counter for our use while in jacksonhole. I can't wait to return and stay at outpost again. King ridge 6 is the best! It's so close to all shops and restuarnts also. A very short walk. Thank you for letting us stay at this awesome place !

Fantastic Apartment in Jackson
I stayed with my wife and 6 month old along with my 2 brothers and their partners for a week in Feb. The apartment was amazing with plenty of space for all of us, a very well equipped Kitchen and luxurious accomodations. Mekki and the outpost team were only too happy to help with any request we had while on the ground and their suggestions for Restaurants and entertainment were exemplorary. We would all go back in a heartbeat and were obviously particularly unhappy when the time to check out arrived!

Fantastic Stay @ Outpost
I stayed with two friends at King Ridge 6 3-Bedroom for a week in December 2014. The condo was incredibly beautiful, so clean and everything you could want in a vacation rental ... from the enormous kitchen to the beautiful views of the Tetons, a convenient location in town, fireplace, hot tub, parking, the list just goes on. The keyless entry system is so convenient, as is the underground parking & the washer/dryer in unit. The accommodations made our trip so easy, enjoyable and hassle-free. Mekki was incredibly helpful through the booking process as well as checking in to make sure the accommodations were to our liking. They were more so! It was a fantastic trip and we would absolutely stay again!
