Great place to come and relax but I think every room should have a tv

The house was so clean and the layout is perfect for a large party. The rooms are tidy and the beach access is perfect.

The home was perfect for a large family and friends to stay and enjoy meals and the pool. Surfing was great. Unfortunately there is a lot of trash on the beach - hopefully the government will find a way to remedy this - but the caretaker, Mario takes our section everyday. He also got anything we needed and fixed anything that needed fixing. There is no hot water for showering - but it wasn’t freezing, and each Bedroom had a private Bath. There is air conditioning in every Bedroom - although no electrical outlets in several of the Bedrooms. The Kitchen was adequately equipped - no dishwasher, but dishes dry quickly. All and all, and especially thanks to Mario, we had a wonderful El Salvadoran experience.

Our family enjoyed Ke-Linda for a 7-night stay. Great place for walks along the beach and swimming in the ocean. The beach was quiet and felt private. There were plenty of hammocks for everyone to enjoy and the pool was a great way to cool off and relax. The balcony seating area was a great place to watch the sunsets and evening thunderstorms. The ACs kept the rooms nice and cool, and our bed was comfy. Mario does a great job maintaining the property, making sure everything is clean. He was also very helpful whenever we had questions about pretty much anything relating to the area... food, transportation, etc. Just one little thing that was missing was the boogie boards listed as one of the amenities. Bring your own if you're looking forward to that. We had a hard time finding them in town as well, so my teen missed out on that. Overall an amazing and wonderful stay that our group of 9 enjoyed. I'm sure we'll be back again.

The property was well maintained. The biggest importance was that there was A/C and that didn’t disappoint. The beach was clean and the city Center was only a 5 min drive away. We will be back!!

Amazing place . The swimming pool is very clean. The beach is nice and all the room’s are clean with AC work properly. The kitchen have all we need..

This house is nice and the service was phenomenal, reason for my low rating is due to the surroundings not clean, not nice. Upon arrival I noticed the trash all over the beach directly behind our gates next door is a burnt down house with trash burning all day. Again the house is nice and clean the pool was perfect temperature and clean. The yard was very well kept up and the house has great a layout for family gatherings. We noticed there was no hot water in the showers but not a big deal water was some what warm. To summarize, this place has a lot of potential maybe in the future with proper improvements the ratings can definitely be better.

The beach house keeper is the Most helpful and humble person I have ever dealt with. The place is quite and all to yourself, beach access is wonderful and the rooms are great plus having AC units in every single room is a huge plus as if you ever travel to El Salvador you know the tropical weather is quite hot. Restroom are kept really clean, the kitchen is very specious and has everything you need to cook and with all appliances working properly. I can go on and on but I’m really happy with my choice this year as I travel down to the area every year.

The place was nice , but a few things were not. In one of the bedroom the one with 2 beds a/c wasn’t working , the shower was clogged. And the Pool , the bottom was rough, scraped the feet. And the feeling of being watch all the time , wasn’t nice either. I will think for the price , everything should be working fine. But we had fun.

Property was beautiful, clean and cozy. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The housekeeper Mario was very attentive and would go above and beyond for us. The property was very clean, and the neighborhood looked very safe. Will definately be coming back.

The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the ocean every morning is something to experience. The owners were also awesome. Second time I stay in that house and won't be the last.

Great property, nice and clean, very well equiped, nice location only 4 minutes drive from main town where you get everything you need, but once you get past the gate, you feel a world apart from all, house is right on he beach, beautiful sunsets, we went for early and late walks in the beach and it was very safe, house was super clean, I was very impressed with their service, first day one room had a faulty air conditioning unit, we notified Mario who lives on site, and also sent a message to the owner, in a few minutes, professional a/c crew showed up with a brand new unit and didn't leave until it was working properly, thank you for that quick response. We liked the fact that the house has five bedrooms each with private full bathroom and a/c unit, it was great for our group of 12 adults. Mario was very helpful and cleaned trash from kitchen, pool, pool deck, and also the open dining area daily, every two days he fixes the rooms, but he is in hand to open the gate for you every time you leave or come back to the house, even when we went to a nightclub and were back late.... Ke-Linda was a rewarding experience on our 4 day stay, we will definitely recommend this house beach with confidence, you will love it as much as we did. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

We had a good time at the Ke-Linda house. The only no so good we encounter was there is no restaurant or someone to cook close by but in general we will go back without a doubt. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at the house close to the beach and we were able to see a turtle that came from the ocean to lay the eggs on the beach that was really neat The person that took care of the house very nice person The pool was very nice

The perfect beach house! Everything was fabulous. The place is perfect for relaxing, waking up with the beach view and the sound of the sea is just priceless. Each room has air conditioner and bathroom. We felt very secure all the time. Our kids keep begging us to return next year definitely Ke-linda will be our first choice. Mario was amazing he was always helping and taking care of our needs. He deserves a big pay raise for all the work that he does. We forgot our credit cards and money immediately Mario advice the owner, he was really honest. We just had an amazing vacation. Thank you Ke-Linda

We had an amazing stay at Ke Linda. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioners worked great! The pool is just the right size and has a shallower end for smaller kids, but a deeper end for teens and adults. The hammocks were super comfortable and a great place to relax. WiFi worked great and Ke Linda has all the amenities you could ask for. Playa del Tunco isn’t far and Super Selectos (food store) is within 5 minutes driving. Mario (the gentleman who cares for the place) was incredibly helpful and attentive. Yvonne was easy to contact and followed up on our stay afterward. She also recommended someone to assist in getting to and from the airport and that worked out extremely well. Overall a lovely place to vacation and have some time with family.

We were a party of 10 staying for 12 days and the house was perfect. 5 bedrooms with A/C and bathrooms in each one of them. Kitchen fully equipped and the outdoor space is just awesome; we already miss waking up to the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. Neighbourhood is quiet and location perfect. Mario, who lives at the end of the property, is always there to help if you need anything. He keeps the property very clean without you noticing him. Enrique, the owner, is also super accessible if you have anything to ask. It wasn’t our first time in El Salvador and we have rented many properties before. I absolutely loved this property! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Right on the beach and Mario (the housekeeper) was very helpful and always available to help. A/C in every room and plenty of beds to choose from. Loved waking up and seeing the ocean right outside our bedroom. Beach was clean and a few steps away. We felt safe and the house was easy to find. We will definitely be back for our next vacation. Thank you! :)

I really enjoyed my stay at ke-linda's house it was pretty good and me and my family felt really secure. Mario the takecare is really helpful and responsible and he's always making sure that you feel comfortable. The house in front of the beach it's so beautiful and you can enjoy everthing the sun the beach the pool

There is a sick little beach break out front with some fun fast sections. Got really good one day after a storm and there were perfect barrels all over the place. The house is super well maintained. Mario will be your guy. Super helpful and makes you feel safe and will get you anything you need. Only like 3 minutes away from a supermarket and some good fast food chicken. And then only about a 7-10 minute drive to Punta Roca. Definitely would stay here again

We loved and enjoy the house it had all we needed it and more Mario the housekeeper was great and such a nice person he was always ready to help.

Nos hospedamos durante algunos días en esta bella propiedad. Primero y lo más importante, la casa está en excelentes condiciones de mantenimiento y limpieza impecable, es muy cómoda con habitaciones con baño en cada una de ellas, televisión por cable y aires acondicionados trabajando en perfecto estado. En la planta baja la cocina extremadamente limpia y bien equipada. Al lado de la cocina está una mesa grande para tomar los alimentos junto con la sala y la zona de hamacas. La piscina agradable. La propiedad está convenientemente ubicada muy cerca del puerto de la libertad, totalmente cercada lo cual la hace muy segura. Por último y muy importante: su propietario es un excelente anfitrión, preocupado todo el tiempo por la comodidad y satisfacción de sus huéspedes. Definitivamente recomendamos esta propiedad sin duda alguna! Esperamos volver pronto!

Best experience ever!!!!! All my family of 12 did not want to come back. We were very concerned if the area was safe and we were happy that we didn't feel scared at all, it was s sooo much fun the house is very beautiful , amazing and most of all the house sitter Don Mario is very respectful, happy always on task, a great person, and very helpful. We didn't want to come back 😩
