Clean place location exactly as described. Walkable to most things you could want but on a quiet street. Detailed check in instructions were sent several days prior to arrival and everything went smoothly. Would stay here again.

I booked this spot for my sister bachelorette. It was perfect! Clean, good location, easy to walk to anything, cute, spacious. Parking it’s tight, but luckily we made friends with the renters above us and it worked out. Definitely would book again!

My wife, two grown kids, and I stayed here last weekend, and could not have been happier. The property exceeded all our expectations. The vibe, inside and out, was pure Santa Barbara-esque! Working with Ian was a real pleasure, he was super responsive and chill! The property was immaculate and well appointed. The location was fantastic, easy short, walk to harbor, State Street, the Funk Zone. Do not hesitate to rent here!!

Charming Old California home minutes away from State St and many local attractions. Owners were quick to respond, gave detailed instructions for check-in/out. Off street parking made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.

This is the perfect place for a Santa Barbara getaway for a small family or friends trip. Short walk to the beach, State Street, the Funk Zone and more! Nice quiet neighborhood, off street parking and so much charm! We will be back for sure!!

This location was beautiful! Walking distance to everything! We didn’t use car once. House exactly like the listing. No surprises. Host was great at communicating. Even sent us a chat with restaurant recommendations. Check in was a breeze.

My family and I loved this property. It is a beautifully maintained residence, and doesn't feel like a rental. It is located only a few streets from the beach, state street, and the Funk Zone. We will definitely stay here again.

My fiancé and another couple stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. The location is amazing, just a couple blocks away from the beach and from old town and the Funk Zone. It was plenty big for 4 of us though note there is only 1 bathroom. The residence is older but everything worked well. The check in process was easy with a lockbox and a code (2 keys provided). AC units in each bedroom was huge!!!! They had just finished up some major electrical upgrades with some final work still ongoing while we were there but the host was communicative. Worked out great for us overall and would recommend

The property was perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. The neighborhood is friendly and safe for us to walk at night.

We stayed here last year and liked it so much, We rebooked it for this summer. The house is so well appointed. We had everything we needed. Great size and layout. We loved it. Probably the best part is the location. We could walk to the beach and downtown, to restaurants, etc. It was perfect for us.

Easy access to the beach and State Street. The floors have been updated with wood and AC installed. It’s an older home so if you’re looking for modern, this won’t be for you. I personally love the charm!

We had an excellent time. The property was just as described and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped. The quiet location is perfect - short walk to the beaches, restaurants, etc. Ian provided all the information we needed.

We were comfortable but the pull out sofa smelled like pee so my son just slept on top of couch and requested that we bring him back to ucsb so you may want to check out couch ??

We stayed 4 nights over the New Year's weekend and found the home to be very cozy and comfortable. It is definitely "old California" style with original cupboards, doors, etc., but all is very well maintained and, therefore, charming. Communication with the host was good, although we needed almost nothing more than what was listed in his extensive instructions/information. The master bed mattress was very comfortable. The location is perfect - near the beach and wharf and many restaurants. It's a beautiful neighborhood for a walk and seems very safe.

Fantastic location: walking distance from waterfront, beaches, zoo, restaurants & cafes, etc. Neat and clean home, very responsive owners to a couple of questions & requests we had. Would be nice to stock some spices and laundry detergent.

We absolutely loved our overnight stay. The property was perfectly located close to town. The house is cozy and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs.

The home is pretty, large, well kept, and a fantastic location. There were some issues - ants in the upstairs closet, broken dishwasher, and a problem with the plumbing, which translated to a few hours without water one day. Wouldn’t usually be a big issue, but it was the day before my wedding, and I wasn’t able to shower. So, a bummer. I feel we should have received a credit for this inconvenience. The process before arriving was not good. The management is rude and unhelpful. We had two issues - the app to book kept stalling out, and it looked like my (extremely responsible) then-fiancés card was getting charged multiple times. He called for help, and they were rude and unhelpful, like it was his issue, rather than theirs. And then closer to our stay, I wanted to extend for a day. I called, and got a bizarre run-around about the fees (“you don’t have to pay a pet deposit if you are not bringing a pet, but you have to pay all fees that are listed, and a pet deposit is listed. No I cannot give you a break down of the fees, because you have to pay the fees that are listed.”). Just bizarre and terrible. Then they told us that, after all that nonsense, the property was booked for the extra nights - why not just tell us that in the first place? So. We would likely stay there again but, if the owners are reading this, please consider moving to another rental platform!

We fantasized about living there all week it was so perfect. Ian is the epitome of what all VRBO owners should be. You can't go wrong. Beach is close. State Street is close. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The hummingbirds chased each other around while we sat outside in the perfect weather. Personal note: Ian, that wasn't us with the fiesta confetti in the driveway!
