Love the ambience, the location and how comfortable the bed is. If you come with a group of friends you should come here. They have space where you can do work, play and eat.

The bathroom in the corner has some stains on the wall. Maybe the cleaner missed it. I forgot to request for the lower bunk bed😅 Be ready with ear plug bcs I don't get enough sleep as the other roommates were packing their things in the early morning so my sleep got interrupted.

The room has a bluetooth speaker that we could connect with our devices. It was really amazing. I love it.

Great common spaces, the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were excellent and helped us book our tours for our two days in Kota Kinabalu. Wi-Fi worked well

the glass pane dividing the room and bathroom is semi translucent. Might be an issue for privacy minded people.

We had a double room with a window and private bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a water filter machine on our floor to get as much drinking water as we needed. The shared chill-out/work space was modern and really nice!

Hardly any space to walk around the bed. The bar on the roof could have been so nice, but it played bad music very loudly, had a poor drink selection and the upper floor was closed when we were there.

I like the environment...very beautiful...I went to the 2nd floor, no mistake...the place is beautiful, there is a pantry, laundry, snooker and there is a table to study or what do you want to do...and while waiting the room..I sat at the cafe and all the corners of the place are very beautiful...just take it easy and see the condition of the cafe.and we relax while ordering coffee.the staff is also very friendly..

I really liked the location, rooftop bar and the people I met! The room was comfortable and the access code storage draw is awesome!! The staff are lovely.

I think the washroom facilities need to be cleaned more often. A shower should be washed like a bath! Also, girls who do not take their hair out the drain need to start being more thoughtful! A score of 7 because of the washrooms.

It was a fair walk from the Center across several busy roads. Breakfast was not included as stated.

The toilet was exceptionally small and only came with a rain shower... No hose ☹️
