Beautiful Gulf Front Home with private pool & gorgeous views!
Belle maison du Golfe avec sept chambres et cinq salles de bain avec cuisine gastronomique et salon en contrebas. Le niveau principal de cette maison offre une cuisine de luxe, salle à manger traditionnelle, wet-bar avec salle à manger supplémentaire, salon en contrebas, roi chambre avec salle de bain privée et de la reine chambre qui partage une salle de bain avec la salle de séjour. Le côté sud de la pièce à vivre est composé de toutes les portes et fenêtres en verre offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Le dernier étage de la maison a été rénové au printemps 2014 et propose une suite parentale avec une luxueuse salle de bain principale et un petit balcon privé donnant sur le golfe. Il y a deux chambres doubles supplémentaires sur ce niveau qui partagent une salle de bain salle. Le niveau inférieur de la maison offre deux chambres et une salle de bain. Une de ces chambres a quatre lits jumeaux, l'autre a un lit queen et deux jumeaux. Il y a un garage pour deux voitures disponible pour les clients et un parking pour environ six voitures supplémentaires dans l'allée. C'est une maison charmante pouvant accueillir toute la famille élargie. Location was perfect and the access to the beach and pool was ideal especially with small kiddos. Only problem is there is mold on the lower level where there is a king size bedroom and the bunk room. Bunk room does not have any windows which surprises me because in an emergency you can’t get out. The people that stayed in the lower level in those two rooms got sick due to the humidity and mold. We ended up having to relocate everyone in the house and couches. Aside from that everything was great.

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for mutitudes of people!
Directly on the beach with it's own lovely, walkway to the beach! Swimming pool was amazing! Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was so well organized with everything you could possibly need! Love the ice maker!!!
Keep in mind that to get to the den area, you go have to go down 3 steps. We had my 95 year old mother-in-law with us and a 3 year old, so this was the only draw back for them. But I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! We rent every summer on Pensacola Beach! Love everything about this home!!!

You Can not get any better than this house. If you have a large group that wants to visit the Beach this is the house. Everything looks to be freshly painted. And new furniture. Just a painless and relaxing time at the most beautiful beach / beach house. Paradise beach rentals were amazing we had No major issues. Look forward to coming back again soon.

I couldn’t have picked a better location for our wedding. The place and view was beautiful. We had the whole bridal party stay along with some family and everyone enjoyed the whole weekend. There’s a reason some of the local vendors know this as the “wedding” house.

Overall this is a great rental! I had my whole family with kids ,spouses, and grandkids! This house is right on the beach with a great walkover out the backdoor… the pool is fantastic…. Great for my younger grandkids at only 4 feet deep…. The outdoor furniture was also great…. Very comfortable!
The kitchen was also phenomenal…( once we got the gas problem fixed) the range is great the two dishwashers was an extra bonus! We had 8 grown adults with 6 teens and two toddlers and the house was plenty big enough…. Barely used the big bunk room which houses 8 people!
A couple of negatives were that the house is older and had a few little problem… we had a heck of a storm one night and had extensive leaking by the sliding door by the back …. The rooms are a little chopped up but still cute for our group as we had mostly teens!
All in all we truly enjoyed our stay…. The house has its very good points and small negatives and we would return again! The staff at Paradise also took care of all of our needs and were very receptive to any complains we had!

My Family had a wonderful week stay in the beautiful property on the beach.
We snorkeled, swam in the private pool ,watched the crabs come out at night on the beach . And there was one lil crab that lives under the walkway to the beach that we called doc . We would definitely recommend this property.

we have been coming in Pensacola almost every year and ofcourse we get larger and larger as a family group- this home is AMAZING, no falling short with amenities which I LOVE. We didn’t even have to ask for dish soap or towels or toiletries! Everything from linens to furnitures is superb! Space for 27 was plenty. HOT HEATED POOL WITH TOYS WAS A HIT. Kudos to the team at PARADISE homes - you have outdone it again and again. I love the text features for needs or just saying how things were. Fishing enthusiasts would love this location, total pampano during stay 16 wow! Sandflea everywhere. White sand beach as you step out - wow!
Few notes: grill was filthy but was changed immediately.

Filter for fridge changed immediately
Complimentary laundry soaps, towel for pool and seasonings for cooking ALL THERE.
Side note: need bigger boiling pots for pasta etc but otherwise we managed!

We loved having all of our family under one roof for our very small intimate wedding right across the walkway to the beach. Our kids can't stop talking about how much they loved the place and the adults are already trying to figure out when we can return! House, layout, cleanliness was superb.
Of note, the gas range is in the island and leaning into the nozzles makes the sound like the stove is attempting to light. Need caution with this and to check each night as there was one night that the smell of gas was present and turned out that one of the burners was on leaking gas. Thankfully we were awake and able to open all windows/ doors immediately, but want to make sure any future guests are cautious of this!

This home was perfect for our gathering of 25 family members. The kids loved the bunk room! The pool was a huge hit and there were a lot of pool and beach toys at the house. The only complaint was on the housekeeping side that the house was lacking in paper products. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no extra garbage bags. It would have been nice to not have to run to the grocery store for these products. It’s also time to fumigate the house, but overall it was an exceptional house with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Our group has been coming to the Florida beaches for years and this house was one of the best we have ever stayed in!!! The access to the beach simply can't be beat and the pool area is unbelievable!!! The house itself was so nice and clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Paradise Beach Homes employees were all phenomenal!! From our initial booking, to the many questions I had, to our booking already for next year...every single person I came in contact with was absolutely great!! We are so excited that we have found our new summer getaway for years to come!!!

This house was spectacular. It looks just like the pictures. They don’t have pictures of the bottom floor (king bedroom, bunk room & full bath) but it is also amazing. The little kids bedroom inside the 3rd floor master worked perfect for our 2 young sons. The direct access to the beach made it so easy and the pool was fantastic! This was an incredible house with a great location and we will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our overall stay...house had plenty of space/bedrooms for 10 adults and 7 kids (all under 6 yrs). Good location and we liked the direct beach access. Areas of improvement include replacing some of the worn out pots/pans, at least two of the mattresses are beyond their useful life and the wireless internet access needs to be updated as it was not useful most of the trip. House was very clean and well laid out. We'll consider this house again if we return to the area.

The house and the accommodations were good and the staff was professional and courteous. The only exception inside of the house was a shower door that came loose from its hinges. Outside of the house, the rail on the beach access walkway was in need of repair in spots and one of the two wooden seats that was built in to the rail gave way under the weight of three people who sat on it at the same time. The seat was large enough to accommodate at least that many people so weight was not an issue. The bolts used to hold the seat up were sheered off and appeared rusted. No injuries occurred. Other than these two events all else was as advertised.

Fantastic beach house for large group!

We had a great time. There were 8 adults and 9 kids 12 and under and we had plenty of space. The house couldn't have gotten closer to the beach! The house itself was beautiful inside with two dishwashers and two stoves, which was super handy!
