Les travaux se dérouleront dans le champ d'herbe vide du côté est de Honua Kai (côté non océan) au-delà du chemin qui entoure la cuvette située entre les deux tours. Ce sont des maisons en rangée de 2 étages. Une clôture sera construite pour limiter la poussière et les vues sur le travail. La construction commence le 5 février 2018.
Cette construction n'affecte pas ce condo.
Konea # 325 est parmi les très beaux 3 condos chambre dans toute la station.
Cet étage Troisième condo offre une vue magnifique panoramique sur les jardins du complexe entretenus et les piscines à Ka'anapali Beach. Les magnifiques panoramas étendent sur la plage et les chaînes auau et Kalohi à l'île de Lanai au-delà. Les couchers de soleil sont rondes spectaculaire de l'année de la véranda spacieuse. Observer les baleines batifolent dans la saison directement à partir de la véranda et condo.
Ce condo offre un superbe emplacement.
# 325 Konea surplombe la piscine calme, ce qui permet de se détendre et profiter de la tranquillité de l'environnement et les couchers de soleil.

This unit was spacious, clean, and right in the middle of resort. Views were great. Open spaces, had great time sitting around with family around dining table and deck. The owner Fereshteh was so friendly and responsive to questions leading up to our stay. Parking was very easy, even if garage was full it was easy to find a spot right outside. Beach was great. Kids loved the pools and slide. It was fun to walk over to all the food trucks in evening. We were very happy we stayed here.

This was our 4th trip to Maui, and 3rd time staying Honau Kai. This was our largest group yet, 3 young kids plus 2 grandparents so we booked this 3-bedroom unit. As in the past, a beautiful property, great location and family-friendly. The property manager was excellent, keeping in touch with regular emails. She was also very helpful when the keypad code on the unit door spontaneously reset. She called me within minutes of my text and had the issue dealt with.
Lots of space to have grandparents sleep in 1 bedroom on one side of the unit; 2 boys had shared a room, and we had the baby with us. Unit came with highchair and pack safe as advertised. Kitchen was great - 2 ovens! Everything you need in the kitchen.
Fantastic views of the main courtyard and the ocean, easy to see sunsets as well as whale activity.
Would stay again next time we go.

I would say this was exactly as advertised. The views were great, the pool was not over crowed. the condo was very nice and very comfortable. All good, nothing bad. I would recommend this to anybody with a family of 6.

This VRBO is perfect! The rooms were spacious, ceiling fans, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, some of the best views on the entire property, great location, beautiful patio for am coffee/meals and just beautiful upgrades condo overall. I took my grown boys on this trip and needs a place that would allow everyone to have their own bed.. and this was perfect! The owner was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Would defiantly stay here again!

Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked if you decide to cook. Everyone had lots of space. The decor was pretty, overall clean- just some wear on the bedroom carpets and drapes. Perfect place for my family of 5.

This property is fantastic. Great location near a grocery store and food trucks. The accordion doors to the lanai are great and creates a true indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Fereshteh was amazing and quick to reply to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

The 3-bedroom condo had everything we needed for simple meals and a cocktail EVERY night from the lanai to watch the sunset. The property was great, Duke’s restaurant had variety and the Hula Pie was outstanding. The pools were very busy though and getting six chairs was very difficult. The beach though, was gorgeous and we saw turtles swim right next to us every day. The property manager was very on top of every question asked and provided great service. There was limited underground parking and we needed to valet car a few times, but easy to do it. The beach walk was perfect for morning strolls and to check out the other resorts. Look for the cats along the beach walk, there are probably 25 different ones keeping watch. Great family vacation for all ages.

The 3-bedroom condo had everything we needed for simple meals and a cocktail EVERY night from the lanai to watch the sunset. The property was great, Duke’s restaurant had variety and the Hula Pie was outstanding. The pools were very busy though and getting six chairs was very difficult. The beach though, was gorgeous and we saw turtles swim right next to us every day. The property manager was very on top of every question asked and provided great service. There was limited underground parking and we needed to valet car a few times, but easy to do it. The beach walk was perfect for morning strolls and to check out the other resorts. Look for the cats along the beach walk, there are probably 25 different ones keeping watch. Great family vacation for all ages.

Improvements
Guest shouldn’t be charged for additional towels. Insects were a issue throughout the stay even with traps laid out. Bedding in the two masters were uncomfortable, pillows as well. Stains on curtains and furniture, but overall loved the view and the fact that it was big enough for my entire family to be there. Loved how it can with an ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Host always responded in a timely manor, and was able to answer all questions and concerns even notified us when we had a package delivered! Overall really great place to stay for the family vacation! Close to pretty much everything!

Honua Kai well situated and this unit is close to the general store (and coffee!!) and the gym. Parking in the garage was next to impossible but we always found an outdoor spot within a 5 min walk. Love the food truck park within walking distance.. Would 100% stay here again, if we have the chance to come back to Hawaii.

It is a family resort and you can see other families enjoying their lanai. The pools were great and the kids enjoyed the pools more than the beach. The beach does have rocks in the water. I would advise to wear water shoes at all times in the water. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for you to use. It was nice sitting on the beach and watching the whales. The host was easy to communicate. The keys to the condo are bands that you wear and everyone in my party wore one. It made it very easy and the key band was also used to get your beach towels. We had one breakfast at Dukes, it was alright. There are food trucks in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was the garage. It’s not very big so if you come back late to the resort, you’ll be parking outside and far. Luckily, I felt safe and enjoyed the walk back. I rented a large SUV and even when I did find a spot in the garage, it made me nervous but no dings on it. I booked the luau at the Sheraton Black Rock and it was 5 mins drive from Honua Kai. This is an amazing condo! The views out to the ocean are great, the condo was clean and well-equipped. We have no complaints! We would definitely go back. Drawbacks: hard to get our placard to surface park the second car, the palm trees completely block the ocean view so you can not watch for whales from the lanai, Duke’s is usually full unless you go at off hours.

We stayed for a week with my adult daughters and it was perfect for 4 people. This condo is exactly how it presents. It is spacious and includes high end appliances and fixtures. It was very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked, an added bonus. We had no issues during the week. The view of the beach and resort is complete. We cooked a few dinners and the kitchen is very well equipped - sometthing hard to find in short term rentals. Perfect paradise!
This is an amazing condo! The views out to the ocean are great, the condo was clean and well-equipped. We have no complaints! We would definitely go back. Drawbacks: hard to get our placard to surface park the second car, the palm trees completely block the ocean view so you can not watch for whales from the lanai, Duke’s is usually full unless you go at off hours.

Luxurious, great location and well appointed condo.
We stayed for a week with my adult daughters and it was perfect for 4 people. This condo is exactly how it presents. It is spacious and includes high end appliances and fixtures. It was very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked, an added bonus. We had no issues during the week. The view of the beach and resort is complete. We cooked a few dinners and the kitchen is very well equipped - sometthing hard to find in short term rentals. We also enjoyed all the resort offerings - beach, pools, fitness center and on-site restaurant. It was a shoulder holiday week so busy and lots of children, as expected. This was the best stay! After leaving Honolulu, we decided to spend some time in Maui to really unwind and relax and it was the best decision ever. The unit looks exactly like the pictures, but even better! The view of the ocean is amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. I had a very small issue with one of the shower heads and the host handled it expeditiously. We had a rental car but everything was in walking distance from the beach, to the grocery store, and the amazing food trucks. I will definitely being staying here again for all my future visits to Maui!!!

We have nothing but compliments from the host to the cleanliness of the condo and detailed amenities. It was the perfect condo for our adult family ! Everyone had their privacy as well as a great living space to play games have morning coffee and eat together! Will definstley be back! Thank you Fereshteh!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of communal space meant we had plenty of space to spread out. View of the ocean and resort every morning was lovely. Beach towel system was brilliant. Only issues were the shortage of sun loungers around the pools and the fact that Duke’s restaurant was fully booked 3 months out. To get sun loungers we needed to be down at the pool by 7:30 am. And to get into Duke’s as a walk-in at around 6:30 pm we needed to be on the list by 4 pm. Once we worked all that out and explored further down the beach we were good!
