Très agréable, nouveau propriétaire, donc nouvelle décoration, et un tout nouveau look. Situé dans le bâtiment "B1", une propriété au cinquième étage avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique! Cuisine bien équipée et entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, ustensiles et laveuse / sécheuse inclus. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Il y a deux piscines dans ce complexe, des courts de tennis et une marina. Ce complexe est situé sur certaines des plus belles plages du monde, une grande étendue de sable blanc de sucre et une eau bleu clair vous attend.

Comfortable and cozy condo with an amazing view just steps from the uncrowded, sugar sand beach, Gulf of Mexico, and Lake Powell--Absolute Perfection!

Negative:
The condo was very dirty. The shower had scum on the walls, when you flush the commode, water would come up in the second sink. Trash under tables. Feet got black if you walked around in socks or barefoot. The air would not go below 70. There was grease on the stove, the silverware in the drawer had dried food in it.

Great location, nice pool, restaurant on the premises was good. Not over crowded.

Great property. View was great! Unit not very clean. Needs updating in 1 of the bedrooms and Bathrooms. Carpet needs cleaned, feet black if walked on. Definitely going back but picking a different unit.

We Love Pinnacle Port ! This was the 4th time staying in our 10 yrs of having a Mother / Daughter vacation and this Condo did not disappoint ❤️ Comfortable, perfect location, great amenities, secure, close to grocery and drug stores . Communication with the renter was very good. 100% recommend !

The property management was amazing! They called the day before to make sure I had all the correct information with me. Also, just in case she emailed it to me. We were able to check in early!
What kind of surprised us was the dust and old carpet. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the carpet. There was dust on various items, and mold in the master bathroom.
Overall, we had a great stay with an amazing view!

Very nice property. A little dated, but it didn’t take away from an incredible location - beautiful ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom and extremely close to the beach.

The condo and broader property weren’t especially updated but were in decent shape nonetheless. The secondary bathroom in the unit left a lot to be desired. The private beach was absolutely amazing! The unit had some beach gear for us to use, which is always really appreciated.

First off, let me say this is not our first stay at Pinnacle Port. We LOVE this resort because it is so quiet, peaceful and family friendly. Unfortunately this unit had an awful odor. It had a very faint smoke smell but mostly it was a mildew type odor. It was strong snd has remained on the clothes we brought since we arriving home. We were at the resort with 2 other families and their units had no odor at all. One of them had a dehumidifier in their unit which I'm sure helped alot. Also, the master bedroom mattress really needs to be updated. It was an old spring mattress that had bumps and left our hips and shoulders sore. I have NEVER left a bad review of a stay before. If this issues get addressed then it would be a great unit to rent.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times. This unit was laid out nicely, decorated well, clean, and a great location. The view from the balcony was excellent. I would definitely rent this unit again. The only downside was the elevator which had issues throughout our stay.

Nice resort and great location. Burks Beach Rental for chairs and umbrellas is a must. I'm afraid owners aren't getting their money's worth from cleaning service. Food found in living room under coffee table and in kitchen under cabinets. When we walked across kitchen floor our feet were dirty. Fridge was dirty inside and out. Nice having a full bathroom for each bedroom.

Bath towels were left unwashed in the washing machine when we arrived. I had to wash them with my own laundry supplies. Other than that it was clean and in a great location. Also someone came into our condo during the day. Thank goodness the door was chained.

The location was great, the view was great, and I would stay there again!The only issue was the water in the shower was difficult to adjust hot and cold. But not bad enough to give a rating below a 5!! The lady at Seagrove Rentals was so nice when I called to get the door code more than once. The beach was more private than others we had stayed at in PCB. A really great place!!

We have been coming to pinnacle port for over 20 years and this condo was as nice as any we stayed at . We love the amenities here and love the private beach area past the condos. So thankful for Seagrove beach property for working with us last minute when another condo had a water leak and cancelled the day before leaving.
