Sanibel 1701 est un condo d'angle ouest avec trois chambres, trois salles de bain et une vue incroyable sur le golfe et la petite lagune depuis le 17ème étage.

Wonderful condo! We cook in the condo a lot and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Condo was large enough for our 7 person family. The access to the beach is a little walk but not too bad. Its the public beach access right before you get to condo parking lot. Itrip was so helpful and nice when I contacted them. They also called to check and make sure that everything in the condo was fine when we checked in. We will definitely be using them again.

We absolutely loved staying here. We had 8 people and it was the perfect amount of space. The place was very clean and well kept.
We were very close to food, activities, shopping and most importantly ... the beach!
We felt very safe in this location and allowed the kids a bit of freedom to walk to the beach on their own, hang out at the pool, and even take a short walk down the road for ice cream.
With the beach right across the street, it was an easy (less than 5 min) walk with our wagon and items to spend a nice warm day in the sun. Would definitely recommend and look forward to heading back to the same place next summer!

We had a great time on this trip. We’ve stayed in the Sanibel units multiple times over the past 10 years, but this was the first time using VRBO. We had zero complaints! They were easy to reach via text message and sent messages throughout the week to check on us and make sure things were going well. We will definitely use VRBO/I trips again!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It did not disappoint. The condo was more than we could have hoped for. Very Clean, and oh the views were AWESOME !!!

I booked this condo because my family and I needed to make a trip down to Foley for a family emergency. I was in charge of finding a place to stay for myself, grandparents, siblings, and mother. Booking and splitting a condo was the obvious cost effective choice. After checking multiple listings, I found this condo. I sent this link to my family who all agreed it would suit our needs. The biggest appeal to this condo was the view and amount of space it has. The condo is on the 17th floor and gives you a stunning view of the ocean from the front balcony. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was needed for my family for efficiency and privacy. The open kitchen and living room also had a huge impact for us, having enough space for my family of 6 to hangout, cook, and eat multiple meals in the condo. The condo was very clean, updated, and offered a fair nightly price! To me, this condo was the perfect choice for my family and I would stay here again!

The location was just as stated and couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the beach was 5 min tops and building manager was friendly and gave great advice! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. The only thing I would probably share with new visitors is to realize that that property management provides very very few starter soaps and some really cheap toilet paper that feels like sandpaper. (Honestly, a small issue, overall, I just want future visitors to be prepared!) Make sure you walk in the condo with hand soaps for all 3 bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, and of course your personal toiletries. Also, the only condiment provided is salt and pepper.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent from them again!

picture depict the condo is on the gulf, but it is not. it is across the street from the beach and beach access is a little ways to the east from condo. the condo was very nice and very tastefully decorated. matresses are very firm. you have to buy a 25 dollar parking pass per car in addition to required nonrefundable damage insurance along with the other fees that arent mentioned initially. As i said before the condo is one of the nicer ones we have stayed at but you really need to get on the upper floors for a great view. We were on the 17th but if lower to the ground you wont be happy if your looking for a view. i definitely thought the additional parking pass was inappropriate. just one more way for them to get your money.

I rented this condo as overflow for a family vacation where the beach-house we occupied wasnt large enough. The condo was a short walk (shorter ride) to the beach house and the beach. The views were better than the house and the ease of hopping on an elevator as opposed to climbing 3 flights of stairs made this an excellent choice for my group. The place was nice and clean!

Summer Vacation
We had a great experience staying at this property. The location is in a less commercialized area and has easy access to restaurants and shopping but still provides the tranquility we wanted. Property had everything we needed to cook our own meals, hang out on the balcony, and access the beach. Would recommend the property and would definitely book again.

Perfect Unit
I have stayed @ Sanibel numerous times and this was by far the best and cleanest unit I rented. Tastefully decorated and anything you would need was available . Will be back! Keep up the great job of keeping the unit in pristine condition

Gulf Shores beach condo
We really enjoyed our stay it was just like the pictures showed! We loved that we had 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms! It was close to walk across the street to the beach! We only wished the pool would have been done being repaired from Hurricane Sally it would have been great for our 2 12yr olds! Easy check in process! Great response from the property manager! We would definitely stay again!!

Excellence room and view
This was our first time at Gulf Shore and definitely not our last. Our condo was the perfect size for all of us and the view from the 17th floor was great and just a short walk to the beach.
We did have a tv in the room with the queen bed that would not work, it would say no channels available, we tried and tried but nothing. If you ever need a 3 bedroom condo I would highly recommend this one.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there were more than enough cooking untensils!. Everything we needed was in plain view. No need to constantly contact the owner!. I would like to rent again the exact condo. Thats how satisfied we were. Thank you!

Overall 4 Star
Initial impression was positive. By the middle of the second day little things stared to be bothersome. Cheap paper products, a parking permit snafu including delayed contact with the manager and then finding out it was a cash only permit for $5 more than was advertised. Then in preparation of a coming storm folks came in while my teen daughter was there alone and stacked all the deck furniture in the living/eating area and bedroom making that space unusable. Basically eliminating that space we paid for.

Great time!
The Condo was great for our 5 adults and 2 yr old granddaughter. No stairs to contend with so that was good for my mother-in-law. Beach access is very close and we enjoyed walking down to the small beach on the bay side where our granddaughter could play without the constant waves. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, lots of fish and one jelly fish while there. Also walked the beach at night and saw several blue crab. Restaurants/shopping are not within short walking distance. This wasn’t an issue for us. Be prepared to wait 2 hours to eat if you go out in the evening. Pool is 3 to 3.5 ft deep, so you might like that with little ones. Currently limiting the pool to 15 people due to COVID-19. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room for social distancing.

Great location
The Sanibel is away from the busiest streets of Gulf Shores, which we appreciated. This room was perfect for our three family group that vacationed to the beach. Each family had their own privacy with their own bathroom. Great location across from the beach.

The condo was spacious and the best location to all restaurants and gift shops. The walk across the street to the beach was not bad at all. We had a great stay and renters made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!
