Ce magnifique et spacieux condo de 3 chambres en bord de mer offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les eaux vives du salon, de la cuisine et de la chambre principale.
En janvier 2015, le condo a été repeint et nous avons installé la climatisation zonée pour chaque chambre et salon, (4) téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents de 40 pieds, des draps de qualité et des ventilateurs Casa Blanca partout.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour un dîner raffiné et la véranda privée spacieuse est parfaite pour le café du matin, les dîners relaxants ou au coucher du soleil.

Recent upgrade very nice! Couldn’t have been happier! Our married kids plus 2 grandkids! All appliances top tier! Lots of beach toys etc. Highly recommend this unit plus the Royal Mauian! Shawna very attentive to our needs plus Mary her on island point person!

Everything about this condo and location were perfect. Amazing view of the ocean, well stocked, extremely clean, and overall just comfy and perfect for our family. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and being able to walk to the beach. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Maui.

Can't add much to the prior reviews as we agree with all the positive comments. Our party was 6 adults and had plenty of room. Great views, central location, plenty of turtles and saw some breaching whales off shore. One thing to add was everything in the condo was first rate including beach equipment and even iron and ironing board which tells you owners want to (and did) provide a quality experience.

Our family trip to Maui was delayed by a year and was worth the wait. We re-booked without any difficulty and full understanding from the owners of this beautiful property. When we arrived, everything was ready for us and the condo was perfect for our large family group of three generations. We had lots of room to spread out, but found ourselves really enjoying time together on the lanai whenever we were there. The view of the beach and the sunsets was amazing. The location was great with the close proximity of the beaches where we spent much time enjoying the sun sand and water. The rooftop patio and BBQ was great to use and enjoy with the even more amazing view of the sunset. The entire building is well cared for and maintained.

This property exceeded our expectations. Newly renovated 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6. Excellent location and view of Kamaole 1 Beach. Well stalked with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and the apartment was a good space for us. It was nicely decorated and was well stocked with everything we needed for the cooking that we did as well as with beach gear, which was nice….beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, an ice chest. There are great sandy beaches on both sides of the complex and lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as a natural foods store across the street. The only drawback I can think of would be that the complex is located on a pretty busy road so you can hear some traffic noise if you are outside on the patio. We would definitely stay here again if we are looking for lodging in this general area in the future.

I've stayed at the Royal Mauian many times, but this is by far the nicest unit I've ever rented in the building. The views are stunning and the deck stays cool because the sun never hits it during the day. The unit was stocked with everything you could ever need in the kitchen, for the beach, and for the bedrooms. We stayed with our whole family and it felt spacious and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Shawna and Chuck and I'd highly recommend to anyone. We will be back for sure!

My family and I loved this place. The condo was beautifully renovated. It's right on a beautiful beach and in such close proximity to restaurants and shops. It has absolutely everything you need to cook meals at home. The closet was stocked with lawn chairs, sand toys, coolers, and boogie boards that were perfect for my family and little one. The owners really thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay and we really appreciated that. You can't go wrong booking this place.

We had a group of 10 extended family staying in 2 condos in the Royal Mauian, and this was one. This condo is beautiful - I cannot say enough about the open floor plan living area and balcony! We enjoyed dinner on the balcony several nights and that was one of my favorite parts of our stay in Maui. Giant TV and couch was terrific for relaxing with a movie after a busy day, and was SO good for the teens. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn't cook anything complicated but found everything we needed and especially appreciated storage containers for leftovers, etc. Thank you for a stay in a beautiful place, we would recommend this to families especially with teens!

Perfect location for a dream vacation
The condo is exactly as pictured inside. Very clean and furnished beautifully. The location could not be better. Steps away from the beach for swimming! Snorkeling and Paddleboarding. All best done before noon when the wind picks up and water is a little rougher. Shops just across the street to eat, rent water equipment and souvenirs. Just a short drive down the road are more shops and restaurants. We spent most of our time outdoors but when indoors we spent most of our time on the lanai. The view and sunset are spectacular from there. There is also a rooftop area with grills, tables and chairs and a great view. Cannot say enough about this rental. We all loved it. Felt like home and we hated to leave.

Fantastic location and views
We loved the balcony. We were right on the beach and we could swim and snorkel. We saw turtles every calm day and had fun in the waves on rough weather days. The condo does have cockroaches but we knew they were going to be there from other reviews.

Beautiful unit but needs some deep cleaning
We have stayed in this complex many times, but this was our first time in a three bedroom unit. The location is wonderful and yes there is road noise, but those in the 2 rooms facing the road used a sound machine (as they always do at home) and had no difficulty.
The kitchen was very well equipped and the unit is very spacious.
The unit fell a little short in terms of cleanliness. On the surface it looked great, but after staying for two weeks we noticed a few things: the baseboards need a real cleaning, the fabric on the patio furniture was filthy and one recliner in particular in the living was quite bad - when you flipped the back support cushion over, it was a totally different color. The fabrics all need steam cleaning.
A couple of pieces of furniture would also help - the master bedroom had no nightstand whatsoever and the dirty recliner in the living room would benefit from a lamp beside it to read.
Guests had left all sorts of spices so the pantry was well stocked that way. No Kleenex or windex was provided (and a lot of the furniture had glass tops). I was quite surprised at how cheap the toilet paper was (it was nicer in the airport!).
It was easy to contact the host management prior to arriving and didn’t need to during the visit. I point out the small things so they can be addressed, but everything else was wonderful and I wish we had stayed even longer. All in all, another great stay at the Royal Mauian!

Beautiful Kihei
This condo is spectacular. The view is wonderful. The condo is well furnished and appliances are top notch. Kitchenware well stocked as well. Beds super comfy. Great location with restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable value and location
My wife and I took our parents to Maui this year and chose to stay at this property since it was a much better value then three hotel rooms. The locations is a few feet from the beach and across the street from half a dozen restaurants. The unit is very well kept and has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and kids floats and toys. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends.

Two family trip
The condo was beautiful and well prepared for our stay. There were 8 of us. My parents rented a different condo in the same building, but ours was recently updated. I wouldn’t change a thing! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Great location/ocean view and very comfortable stay!
I stayed with my family of 8 total people. We had a very comfortable stay (3 bedrooms and 1 full sofa bed) even with that many people. Place was very clean and newly renovated, so it was easy to keep clean. The condo is a corner unit, facing the beach so we had an amazing view from both the lanai and the master bedroom. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful ocean view! They provided a bunch of beach towels, 8 beach chairs and boogie boards/sandcastle toys. Shawna was also very responsive when we had questions during our stay. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The balcony overlooks a grassy park and the beach. We loved that we could go to the pool or sit by the ocean with our books without being in the sand. The angle of the building allowed us to watch the sunset each night without any direct sunlight during the day or evening. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the patio table every night. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed and organized, and the condo was very well stocked. The linens were new and clean. The furniture was comfortable and nice and accommodated the six of us. We appreciated and used the new washer and dryer. The condo is an end unit, which means we used the stairs instead of the elevator all week, which helped us burn off cinnamon rolls and was much more convenient. Honestly, aside from a bit of road noise, it was perfect.
The overall location was fantastic. We were across the street from at least ten restaurants, an ice cream shop, salons, massage spas, two small grocery stores, and souvenier shops. We were very close to a great scuba place. It couldn't have been better!
In retrospect, we would choose the same place again. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Amazing spot
We loved this condo. The outside of the building is kept up very well. Everyone is friendly. We loved this condo better than a condo in the same building we stayed at 4 years ago. Probably the best vacation rental we have ever used.

Perfection in paradise
It was a huge bonus to find that we had the perfect sunset view from the balcony every night and that a relaxing, cozy beach with beautiful views was immediately adjacent to the property. We dinned in 2 nights and every possible utensil, dish, pan, etc was stocked in the condo. Our only bump was the smoke detector went off at 1am so my husband had to drive down to the Safeway to buy a 9 volt battery for the primary room smoke detector. We left a spare in the condo for future guest should that happen again. :) The location was perfect for exploring every direction of Maui and we loved walkable restaurants - Cafe O-Lei, The Cinnamon Roll Place and the shaved ice/blender bowls across the street. With teens, they had some freedom to head to the beach or shops across the street while Mom and Dad relaxed in paradise. We left with amazing memories and can't wait to visit again!

We had the best time! Everything exceeded our expectations. Our adult children felt we had won the lottery with all of the perks and up to date furnishings. We would definitely reserve and come here again!!

Outstanding!
The six adults in our party had an outstanding time!! This unit exceeded all our expectations. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. In addition, every time someone in our group said, "I wonder if they have blank in this unit?" it did!!

Amazing view
Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home is clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do the view justice, it’s wonderful. We stayed with toddlers and a baby and it was fairly easy to clean sand and such from the condo. They had beach towels, umbrellas, a life jacket, boogie boards and beach chairs which were great! The wifi was spotty which was a bummer....the tv buffered a lot and we weren’t ever able to watch a full movie. The Pool is great and clean and the grounds around the condo are pristine. The beach in front of the property is very kid friendly and a two minute walk from the unit. Snorkeling in front of the unit is great and we saw tons of turtles! Highly recommend!

Maui Christmas and New Year
The property is just as advertised, and better. We were just steps from the beach, and have a great view from our balcony. They have beach towels and chairs for guests to use, which is a great convenience. Everything you need to set up a home away from home while you’re there.

The unit is perfect, well equipped with all the comforts of home and some unexpected luxuries. plenty of kitchen items made cooking meals fun and convenient!

Wonderful condo in a perfect location
We had a delightful time. My wife went swimming alongside a turtle one morning off the beach right in front of the condo. The condo is beautiful and fully equipped. (We even found a meat thermometer when cooking Thanksgiving dinner—thanks!)

Condo is newly renovated, new linens, towels, well equipped new kitchen, all very nice. Great view of beach from large balcony. Condo complex clean, right on beach. Great rooftop BBQ area, great for sunsets watching!

Amazing!!
We loved staying here!! From start to finish it was great. Check in was easy, the location is perfect, and 8 of us were very comfortable. It was newly remodeled and exceeded all of our expectations!! Any questions we had were handled easily and quickly. We hope to come back again!!
