Excellent exceeded expectations host was outstanding

My Family and Extended Family had the pleasure of staying at this house for 10 days. We had 8 people staying in this home. There was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms were big and had very comfortable beds. All the bedrooms except 2 had their own bathroom in them. Even with 8 people showering we never ran out of hot water. The house was decorated nice and had everything you needed. The house was stocked with all the supplies we needed. The house also was supplied with a refrigerator full of waters. The hostess was very nice and easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating! She left many treats for us to enjoy while we were at the house. The house is walking distance to many cafes, pubs, and shops. It is also down the street from Hyde Park. The tube is also within walking distance from the house. I highly recorded staying here and would definitely stay here again.

One glorious week in London with our children and spouses. The property was so convenient and very well appointed. There were 12 of us and the beds were very comfortable and the whole property was lovely. We cooked our own breakfasts and enjoyed the evenings gathering for games and visiting. Highly recommend this property!!

You will not be disappointed with this house! Bedrooms are light, bright and airy! Modern bathrooms with plenty of towels. Outside areas are amazing! Host is very responsive and nice! The location is definitely a plus too. Hired a private chef for my family of 8 and he had plenty of kitchen room. Host also set up a crib for my 16 month grandson, which was very nice!

Property was perfectly located for my family of 13 and was beautifully maintained. But the best part was the owner / host, Qadar. She is terrific! I give this property and host an excellent rating!

Outstanding in all respects! The location could not have been better. Owner communications were timely and responsive to our questions. We needed seven bedrooms and the bedrooms and bathrooms fit our needs perfectly. The first floor living room and kitchen/dinner areas gave us space for family interaction. Outstanding value.

This is the perfect London home! Spacious for large families (we had 13 people), yet cozy enough for 2 (I’ve also stayed here with just my wife and I). Facilities are modern, comfortable and has all the comforts; location is as ideal as it comes; host is very welcoming and accommodating! We’ve booked this home twice and will certainly book again when our travels bring us back to London! Very highly recommended!

unfortunately we stayed in a heat wave and only.3 of the 7 bedrooms had AC so a few of the guys mived to a Hotel, otherwise the property was great

We were a family of 11 with children 2 to 12. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Qadar was an excellent landlady, very attentive and helpful. Great location for restaurants and transportation.

Everything was perfect.

This wonderful home suited our family of 11 quite well. The entire space was perfect for gathering together or having time alone. Our walks through Hyde Park, which is one block away provided delightful conversations. As far as the house itself, it was stocked with everything guests needed. There are many restaurants and pubs around the neighborhood and a tube stop very close by. In addition, Paddington Station is a few blocks away where we shopped for groceries and took the tube. We recommend this house highly and would come back in a minute! It was obvious our host cared about the comfort of the guests.

The house was spacious for our family of 11, nicely appointed with all the necessary utensils and amenities as advertised, and a great location near Hyde Park and local bakeries, pubs, restaurants and shops. Our host, Qadar, was always responsive and graciously accommodated an early check-in request. We will definitely be back.

The flat was perfect for our family of 8, with kids ranging from age 2 to 16. The host was wonderful; kind and helpful. The flat was clean, organized, nicely appointed, and plenty of space and beds for our family. A great location. We highly recommend.

We stayed at this wonderful house for 8 nights. We were a family of 10 traveling together. We loved that there was 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Everyone had their own space for some quiet time. The location of the house was perfect, just a block from Hyde Park and a 5 minute walk to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate station. There were lots of restaurants, pubs and shops along the way to Paddington station. There were convenient grocery stores at the station. The owner of the house was very responsive, quickly answering all my questions in a very timely manner before we arrived and during our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group. The living room area was a great gathering place in the evening to plan our next day. We loved watching the horses and riders come by everyday on there way to the park.

Property was everything we expected and more; Clean, spacious and perfectly located. Qadar was amazing and I would highly recommend this location to others.

We stayed at this location for 1 week in January and had a lovely time. We are a family of 11, which included members from 14 to 75 YO. We loved the fact that this is clearly a family home, with photos as momentos all over the house. We felt home :) The house is very well situated, close to the subway station (although we mostly used cabs as it was more cost efficient), my favorite grocery store in the UK (Waitrose) and all sorts of tourist attractions. The is a wonderful gastro pub just around the corner (The Victoria- make sure to make reservations!). Qadar answered us promptly when we had to reach her and we can only say good things about our time at her house.

We could not have chosen a more special and lovely home in London. Our family of 15 gathered in Qadar's home for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We had plenty of room for everyone- grandparents, our 3 adult children, spouses and 7 grandchildren- ages 15-1. The home was very well equipped with all linens, well appointed kitchen (even a high chair) and large comfortable living room. The home was ideally located near Hyde Park, easy walking distance to shops and Paddington Station. We would love to stay there again.

We were a group of 9 people from two families staying in London for 10 days, needing space and flexibility. This property was perfect for us. With seven dedicated bedrooms and a basement level office/living room, not to mention the main living room we had plenty of space to spread out. The configuration was thus: Basement level (with door to outside)-- queen room, single room, kitchenette, bathroom and office/living room. Ground/first level: living room, dining/full kitchen. Second floor: two queen rooms, each with a full bathroom. Third floor: single room and room with two twin beds sharing a hallway bathroom, queen room with its own full bath. The location was great for us. Steps from the north side of Hyde Park (you can see it from some windows) and adjacent to Sussex Sq. the neighborhood was very residential and gave some peace from the touristic center of London. However, within minutes you can find pubs, and cafes and Lancaster Gate for the tube and Paddington Station for the train/tube. Fro us it was great to explore further west (Notting Hill) and south (Kensington) by foot, and even walk to Oxford Street and Trafalger Sq. on a longer trek. Communication with Qadar was great. And she very graciously allowed for an early check in (off a red eye) and late check, out as no other bookings were happening. This made our stay even more smooth as we didn't need to figure out luggage storage for those off hours. For a large group who likes a bit of peace at the end of a busy day, this property was perfect. The views from the two west facing rooms were amazing, and the clip clop of the horses from Hyde Park Stables made the experience even more fairy tale like.

Beautiful property super equipped few steps from Hyde park in a lovely area close to Paddington and to Lancaster Gate station of Central Line. The host Qadar very kind and careful of the guests. Perfect

This property is as nice as the pictures depict. Very comfortable, spacious and great for a large family, very clean, and excellent location. Owner/host is fantastic and very helpful with our needs. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely make this reservation again!

You simply can't beat this location - we walked to or through Hyde Park each day. The location was also less than 5 minutes walking from the Lancaster Gate tube and no more than 7 minutes from Paddington Station. Now that the Elizabeth line is open, this makes everything even closer. Qadar was a very kind host and extremely responsive both before and during our trip - thank you!

This home was perfect for my family. We were traveling with my parents and siblings/spouses. 12 adults total. It was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean and very well maintained. The property manager was very kind and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better!! 5 stars from us.

The host was remarkable in attending to all of our needs in advance of our stay. The house is gorgeous with lovely appointments and fresh linens, etc. the location perfect to all London attractions and day trip excursions. I can’t say enough about how comfortable our family of 11 adults and children. I have visited London over 40 times over many years, stayed at the finest hotels, and would recommend this house over all.

Qadar was a wonderful host and the house was excellent for our group of six. We had plenty of room to spread out and the location was in a perfect spot to explore London. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and pubs and loved the quick access to the subway system. My son took full advantage of the fast WiFi and the back patio to complete an on-line course as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home! It was in a perfect location - close to the park, tube and cute local pubs for a night cap! The home was well stocked with comfy bedding and plenty of baths for our large family, and umbrellas for a rainy day. Host very welcoming! 🙌🙌

The property on Sussex Square is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and it is very easy to get around the city from this location (Buses, Taxis, and the Underground). Some of the appliances were a bit hard to figure out and some bedrooms do not have A/C but the property is very good for larger groups (8 or more).

We had to rebook our stay due to covid in December. Qadar was very accommodating and even though we didn't get to go over the holidays, our trip with friends ended up being even a better time in London. Excellent location..the Victoria one block away!...Hyde park 2 min walk away, Paddington Rail for the Heathrow express was a 5 min walk...beautiful outdoor space in back..easy uber to the Chelsea Flower Show...5 friends, plenty of space to enjoy the house and easy access to all we wanted to do in London.

Her home was conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the Paddington stop. The home was comfortable and met all our needs. I definitely recommend staying here!
