Everything went so smoothly and it was a beautiful home on the water. No issues at all, highly recommend!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s hard to say what our favorite part was but likely the views and sitting out on the balcony. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed being close to the chain ferry, Mount Baldhead, Oval Beach and hiking trails. We hated to leave. Also, the host was great to work with throughout.

The home was clean, updated, and just a great waterfront home offering everything you need. Nestled in a wooded area, it's off the road, private and quiet. With great views of downtown across the lake, this east view offers wonderfull sunrises. In addition, it has a dock for a rented or your own boat, plenty of outside seating, gas grill and a two tier great deck. You will love being here. Thanks Mike.

Perfect place to hang out and re-connect with college friends! Comfortable gathering spaces and each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed our stay!

House is great. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living spaces and nice kitchen. However, the highlight is definitely the deck off the main level. We spent lots of time relaxing there and watching the boats. Right across the lake from downtown Sagatuck. Property owner very attentive. We loved it

The house was ideally suited for the three couples that came for a long weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the harbor activity, which was the best feature of the house. The location to the site and restaurants was convenient.
The kitchen and amenities were set up well. But the house need to be dusted, windows facing the lake need to be cleaned.
The overall layout of the house suited our group very nicely.

We absolutely love this house and its location. Being able to bring our boat is the icing on the cake - we've already booked our 4th annual visit for next year!

We had the perfect moms weekend getaway here! It was super easy for our wine tour bus to find, and after we had some relaxing fun floating in the river. The next day we rented a donut boat on the river the house was on, so it was super close and convenient to downtown. The owners made the check in and checkout process very easy for us! We would totally come back!

All four couples enjoyed our accommodations for a sibling reunion. The kitchen was spacious and wonderfully equipped, and the beds were all great for good rest. We especially enjoyed sitting together and chatting while watching the boats on and the sky above Lake Kalamazoo from the 2nd floor deck.

Lovely
Our group of 10 stayed for 4th of July weekend and we could not have picked a better spot. The house was gorgeous. We jumped off the dock in the morning and the water was shallow enough to stand. There was a chain ferry about 10 minutes down the road that took you into the heart of downtown Saugatuck which is one of the most beautiful towns in Michigan without a doubt. Lots of shopping, sunshine and delicious food. It was an amazing stay and I could not be happier. 11/10

It is beautifully decorated and feels more like a decorators showcase home, not a rental. Mike and Jeff were the perfect hosts and prepared the house like we were their own family and friends coming to visit. They responded to our communications quickly and we’re extremely helpful. I wish I could rate this home 10 stars!

It is beautifully decorated and feels more like a decorators showcase home, not a rental. Mike and Jeff were the perfect hosts and prepared the house like we were their own family and friends coming to visit. They responded to our communications quickly and we’re extremely helpful. I wish I could rate this home 10 stars!

Mike's home was the perfect weekend getaway spot for my family. It was very clean and fit seven adults comfortably. The location is great and the view cannot be beat!

Great Girls Weekend!
We had a great time at this house. It had plenty of room for all 10 girls to hang out and catch up after 20 years. We brought a paddle board and used that off the pier. The water was too cold to swim still, but we did use the hot tub and the deck a lot. We walked to the Root Beer Barrel from the house and to Mt. Baldy. We did the climb and walked back home. The location was perfect for us. Mike's communication was top notch. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

This is a very nice house on the water in Saugatuck. It is well decorated and appointed and has great views of the harbor. The pier is a big bonus for bringing a boat. Mike was quite accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great time, house was perfect for four couples offered privacy 4 bedrms each with own full baths. Great porch with plenty of chairs for enjoying the beautiful sunrise and cocktails in the evening. Our group had a wonderful time.

Only not so great thing was that the seaweed was at end of pier so we couldn’t swim and made fishing a challenge.

We will be back!
The home was superb, beautifully decorated and well stocked. There were four couples in our group and we all slept very comfortably. There was no shortage of space or seating areas. One of the cleanest rentals that we’ve ever seen. We spent most of our time on the deck areas enjoying the backyard view of lake. The back yard provided a great area for corn hole. We can’t wait for our next stay. Just a beautiful place!
