We had a phenomenal stay. They were very responsive and helpful. The townhome was very clean and we loved staying there!

My husband and I stayed here during Parent's Weekend and it was the perfect spot...exactly what we wanted, a nice and convenient place to stay not too far from campus...would definitely recommend!

After driving to Tallahassee after a convention in Orlando, this wonderful little townhouse was such a comfort! It was clean and had everything I needed, including a washer/dryer. It also had a nice big sofa where I could read and relax in the evenings. The bathtub was soothing after a long day and the queen-sized bed was firm enough that I was lulled to sleep easily. The neighborhood was quiet despite a bus stop being very close-by. The townhouse is close to mid-town and is convenient to just about everywhere you want to go in Tallahassee. I spent some time at Florida State University and was pleased to see that the townhouse was only 2.5 miles or so from the college. Parking was easy, nobody blocked me in or parked in the assigned space. One evening I reheated a sandwich for dinner and was able to find a pan under the oven that I could use to reheat my food (sandwiches never taste good after being microwaved!). In summation, this one-bedroom house is close to most everything, it's quiet, and comfortable. When I return to Tallahassee, I would love to stay here again!

We visited Tallahassee to attend a football game at FSU. The location to the campus was perfect. Townhome was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple days stay. Communication was great with all details for the stay given ahead of arrival. Thank you!!

This is an incredible, comfortable spot that was perfect. Close by to FSU and TCC, and the location was phenomenal as it is next to all the main restaurants and shops. Hosts were attentive and available when needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

Clean, quiet, well equipped. Good location close to many areas to eat, etc…. I liked jogging because there is a really nice park nearby with trails.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location (perfect for getting to college town and midtown). Townhouse was a great size, easy to get to, and check-in was smooth. It could use a coat of paint for walls and baseboards- it would really make the place sparkle. We will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the locations to the Tallahassee FL areas and the home is in excellent condition. I will stay here again when in Tallahassee Fl.

This is a nice place the only problem I had was the hot water heater was off when I got there so I had to wait to shower and the place had roaches they came out when you ate so I just packed up and got a hotel

The owner was friendly while businesslike, very responsive to questions. The townhouse is immaculate and equipped with everything anyone would need to be comfortable. The location is very handy to stores and gas stations. This was a wonderful 'home away from home' while we visited our family without staying with any one of them! We will plan to return!

Condo was convenient to activities. Code is difficult to accomplish in the dark. TV did not work. WiFi code did work for computer. Comfortable and quiet.

I continue to enjoy staying at this location. It’s appearance is consistently as advertised. It’s in a safe neighborhood; a high priority for the places that I prefer to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovey townhouse. The location was absolutely perfect for Graduation weekend and I hope to be back for a stay during a Game weekend! Go Noles! I would like to thank the Rehberg’s again for such a comfortable stay.

Super cute, quaint townhouse. Location was great, super easy and close to anything needed. Check in and out was easy. Bed was comfortable as well. Overall, great stay and would recommend.
