Right next to Plaza de la Concepción, Al-qazeres offers an excellent location: the liveliest streets in town are round the corner. Rooms are spacious and the inner courtyards feel cozy.

We loved the location and the staff was really nice as well. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very clean.

I had an apartment facing the plaza. Convenient location, bed very comfortable, adequately furnished, big&modern bathroom, lovely view.
1. Host never responded to my pre-trip requests asking which bus to take to come from Bus Station (I made the request 3 times, twice through booking.com, once submitted the question directly on property's own web site) 2. No receptionist at desk at all time, hence must call host at least one hour before arrival to arrange for check-in, 3) No secure locked luggage storage room in the building. Took me one hour to bring luggage to store in bus station locker and back to center for more sightseeing. 4) guests need to supply own paper towel and dish washing detergent.

This property bills itself as luxury but doesn’t have the management nor the finishings required to match up to its self given title.
- poor communication
- property refused to return lost property and stated their policy is to hold item for one week only
- rooftop deck only open four hours a day (11am - 3pm no idea rationale behind this)
- common areas unfinished (check in room floors are unfinished and broken tiles scattered, rooftop deck has a large unfinished hot tub)
- cheap furnishings and fixtures, for example Persian blinds ripped off wall after gently pulling to open them
- property slow to reply to messages
- absolutely abysmal views on google regarding cancellations

Large apartments, the best bathrooms (large) and showers, fully functional kitchen. Sparkling clean. Centrally located in the historic area, all within walking distance.
A clothes dryer to complement the washer would be nice. We had to walk six blocks to a laundromat to dry the clothes after washing them.

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment with lovely views over the square. Very easy to access the building with key codes and a reliable elevator. Quiet location
Sofa was a little uncomfortable for general sitting and watching TV in the lounge as it is a sofa bed. I think that's something common to all sofa beds though!

2min walking from main square. Very cozy and well furnished apartment. It includes a nice kitchen for long stay travellers. Plenty of gastronomic choices nearby
Keep in mind the new owners may not accept only 1night bookings. It has a nice terrace with terrific view, which they plan to renovate and give more nightlife. If you go by car, you may need to park a bit far.

The Host were amazing they called us prior to our arrival waiting to hand the kids, a place well situation and my top need was a pet friendly location.. Love it Highly recommend this Guest Apartment..

We were the first guests under the hotels new managment. The new owner was super nice and very excited to meet us. The location was amazing and the view from the terrace at the top of the property breathtaking. It was winter so we didn't use the loungers or the pool outside
