Imaginez vous réveiller, remplir le bain à remous avec de l'eau chaude et vous imprégner des magnifiques sons du golfe du Mexique. L'unité dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et fait partie du magnifique complexe Beach Colony. Chaque étage est privé et empêche les invités indésirables d'accéder à votre espace. Nous avons 2 chaises de plage et un parasol sur la plage inclus dans la location.
Comme mentionné précédemment, ce condo se trouve juste sur la plage. La plage a du sable blanc luxueux et lisse et de l'eau bleu émeraude claire. La région est parfaitement peuplée, pas comme de nombreux lieux de vacances surpeuplés.
Les commodités du condo sont énumérées ci-dessous. Certains méritent d'être notés cependant sont la cuisine entièrement équipée, la baignoire jacuzzi, les douches de carreaux, la laveuse, la sécheuse et un balcon enveloppant spacieux qui se connecte à la chambre principale. Le plan d'étage est super. Un coin petit-déjeuner, une salle à manger et un coin salon coulent parfaitement. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision, un dressing, une douche et une baignoire jacuzzi. L'autre chambre accueille deux lits doubles, un grand placard, deux commodes et une télévision. Le salon a une très belle télévision pour se détendre et profiter de certains de vos films préférés.
La région est incroyable avec d'excellents restaurants à proximité. Notre restaurant préféré, le Tiki Hut, est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du coin. Ils ont une excellente nourriture pour le petit déjeuner, y compris des pâtisseries pour la routine du matin.
C’est une courte promenade ou en voiture vers de nombreuses activités que les gens recherchent. L'endroit est idéal pour se détendre et se procurer des R&R indispensables. Les locations de coureurs de vagues sont proches, les pistes cyclables, le beach-volley et une très belle piscine sont les favoris.
La plage est idéale pour profiter pendant la journée. Tirez une chaise, imprégnez-vous des rayons, remontez dans la pièce et profitez de la vue pour un déjeuner rapide, puis allez profiter de la plage ou des activités. Our stay was fantastic! No problems and property owner was super helpful! Great location and great beach access. Stayed with two adult daughters and my elderly parents. Elevators were impressively fast unlike previous places we have stayed. And the guys renting umbrellas on the beach were eager to help everyone and very friendly!

This property was in a perfect location in Navarre and included all amenities listed on the website!!! The property manager was very attentive and communicated with us regularly. Only bummer was that the ocean was double red most of the week, but you can’t control Mother Nature!!! However, the weather was perfect!!!

Beach Colony is in a great location. Walk to the pier or beach-themed restaurants. Andy D’s Fried Cheesecake with praline sauce is a MUST! The property is under construction/repairs but did not affect our enjoyment. Be aware, you will need to reserve chairs on the beach WEEKS in advance for front row seating. The condo is beautiful & we enjoyed the balcony when we weren’t on the beach. Missy was an excellent host.

This is a great place to stay, will definitely rent again. It’s very convenient, with the pier and restaurants in walking distance. The view and the large balcony are amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and all of the furniture is comfortable. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were definitely an added bonus. The property owner is very accommodating and attentive to detail, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

First time to Navarre Beach. Wonderful place for beach vacation. Property was clean and well represented by photo's and oh that view of the beach from the balcony :) Didn't disappoint!

What can be better than a beautiful condo on the Gulf of Mexico? If you love sunrises, this is the place to be. Beautiful beach, Large pool, nice workout facility.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo after Christmas. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Missy was easy to communicate with and checked in to see that we had everything we needed.
It was a stress free, relaxing way to end the year. We will be back.

The owner communicated with us prior to arrival and ask that we text on arrival to make sure everything was ok. The condo was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again.

From start to finish, everything about this condo exceeded our expectations! First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. She really goes the extra mile to ensure her guests are pleased with their rental experience. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior and the view of the beach and pier is absolute perfection! The furnishings are of high quality, and the kitchen is well stocked to ensure you have everything needed to cook meals. We will definitely be returning soon!

My husband and I came to Navarre to spend some quality time together after being married 31 years. We loved the condo! It was lovely and so comfortable. The beach was breathtaking as always! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo for couples or families!

TL:DR--Look Elsewhere
Upon arrival, we noticed the front entry door appeared to be damaged and the locking plate in the door jamb had a screw coming out. This was immediately reported to the owner. The owner asked for the repair to wait until after we checked out.
The door was in working order until halfway through the stay when the lower screw came out -- which then made the latching mechanism inoperable. This meant the dead bolt had to be secured to ensure no one could enter the condo. Because we can't lock the dead bolt from the outside, someone had to remain in the condo at all times until a repair.
We contacted the owner again, as well as VRBO for assistance. Only at that point, the owner contacted the condo maintenance who came to repair the latch.
While speaking with the owner, we discussed the unkempt appearance of the condo. Explained there are holes in the ceiling of the laundry room (which were stuffed with paper towel) and damaged and missing blinds in the bathroom. The missing blind faces the shower, providing an excellent view to the pier -- however, the glass is not frosted, so those people on the pier can also see you in all your glory.
If you choose to stay, know that most of the household linen (bath towels, dishcloth/ towels, etc) are threadbare. Which wasn't a huge deal, but worth mention because we wished we would have packed our own.
Upon checking out, bed linen was stripped (as requested) & blood was found on pillows/ mattress pad. Ew gross.

I stayed with my mom and we had a wonderful trip! The condo is so beautiful and had everything we needed. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and enjoying the views. We felt right at home. It was our first time staying at Navarre Beach and we loved it. We walked on the pier at sunset. Very relaxing vacation and we hope to stay here again!

Location, location!! This property was perfect for our quick girls beach birthday trip. Beach facing balcony, 2 bdrm/2 bthrm (11B). When we first arrived we had concerns about the fridge/freezer so text Missy at 9:30 pm. She was immediately responsive and willing to do what was needed. Turns out we may have just had the door open too long when stocking it and it was fine in the morning. Beach was perfect and the umbrella w/2 chairs was an excellent bonus. The storage closet full of floats and additional beach items was useful. Fully stocked kitchen appliances & tools made it easy to stay at the condo for all meals. Would def stay again 😎

This was an awesome place to stay! The view is gorgeous from inside the condo and on the balcony! We have stayed in many condos in Navarre and this one was the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Everything we needed was provided for us. The master bed mattress was super comfortable and the beach chairs and umbrella that are included were icing on the cake! The owner was helpful to talk to and nice work with! I cannot wait to go back and stay in this condo again! I HIGHLY recommend it!

We didn’t make the trip. The bad weather kept us from driving to Navarre Beach. I thought we had purchased trip insurance; however, upon review of the policy it appeared to only cover Covid infection. The prospect of icy roadways and damage to our home due to below zero temps kept us from traveling.

Missy was very nice and check in process was easy We loved the keyless entry The unit was well stocked The balcony view was great as well. Our biggest complaint was that the 1 of 2 elevators were broken down all week and the 2nd one was down at some point every day The unit is on the 11th floor.

Very spacious condo. It’s a high rise but felt very residential. Perfect views from the balcony even spotted dolphins several times. Missy was wonderful to work with. She communicated with us more then any other property manager I have dealt with.
