This condo is centrally located and has great access to the nearby beaches and restaurants. The owner is easy to work with and has great communication.

Just a block from the beaches in the heart of Kihei - we could walk to all kinds of things. Quick out to S. Kihei Dr., the main road in Kihei down to Wailea. A fantastic location. Apartment was great - well stocked - comfy bed - good A/C. We got what we asked for. Would stay again.

We had an enjoyable time. It was located a short distance to the beach and park. Also, restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay again. Owner stayed in communication throughout.

This VRBO in Kihei is in an outstanding location. There are beaches across the street and there are restaurants to the left and restaurants to the right to choose from. There’s live music most of the week, and there are plenty of places to shop i.e. ABC, Foodland, etc. Steve keeps the property clean and provides a little notes/reminders to help you throughout your stay. Had an experience of a lifetime staying at this property.

Steve did everything from stocking up towels, soap, dish detergent, water filter, and everything you can think of was provided. He was accommodating and even called to check in with us. Location is great, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We loved it here. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the property. Clean and very helpful with instructions (even with all my emails). A quick walk to the beaches and everything was as advertised. I would highly recommend it!

I have visited Maui a few times. Usually we blast the AC because of how warm the room get. This was not the case with this place. It was located in a way where we would get the ocean breeze and 9/10 days it was super comfortable. The AC was on for about 1 hour of our total stay, which I loved because my contacts get dry due to the AC. The place was clean and we enjoyed watching the sunset and drinking a beverage on the patio or gazing at the stars. It was located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Nice place to be if you don't fancy crowded hotels. Short walk to just about all that you ever want; park, shopping, food, bar and beaches. We enjoyed it very much.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo is very clean and location is great- there is so much nearby such as the beach, restaurants, markets, etc. Steve is a great host and made sure we had the best experience possible. If we come to Maui again, we will definitely stay at this condo!! 10/10!

Had a great a time. Condo is just minutes walk from multiple beaches and food options. Steve was a pleasure to connect with and helped make our stay as smooth as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. Most of the time we did not even need to use the air since there was no direct sunlight. That location was perfect for enjoying the beach and it was close to many restaurants. We hope to stay again in the future!

My sister and I loved Steve's place for our trip to Maui. The apartment was centrally located and we could easily walk to Kamaole Beaches or towards the shops near Paia Fish Market. He was super responsive with all of our questions and the apartment was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Would highly recommend!

Stayed at Steve's property for 3 weeks in June. Overall a great experience. The unit was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the bed was comfortable, and TV/internet worked fine. It's a short walk to the beach and the complex is quiet. Didn't really use the lanai since the view isnt great, but knew about that from pictures in the posting. Also make sure to not leave any kind of food/grocery out, the ants in this unit some how detect them right away lol Didn't experience that in other complexes in Kihei, but as long as you dont have any food around, should be fine.

Good location and adequate condo.
Everything worked fine and the owner was extremely helpful. It was one of the few things in my price range, but it could use a couple of thousand dollars worth of updating: the couch, the carpet, and the blinds.

We really enjoyed our stay. So close to many activities (beaches, parks, local beach equipment rentals) and great restaurants (just a short walk). We loved the pool area, too. Most days we had it all to ourselves. Matt (manager of the property) was welcoming and very helpful.

This place had everything we needed for a home away from home. It was very comfortable in every way, and had everything we needed to cook and BBQ there. The location was great too, close enough to walk to whatever we wanted to (restaurants, surf/snorkel rentals, beaches, etc). Steve was helpful and provided great info as needed.We would totally stay here again!

No cable/satellite TV, only 12 channels on an antenna, mostly children's shows. Sofabed has taped together pool noodles under cushions, very uncomfortable seating. Smoke alarm chirping in evening, and no Island caretaker. Please know you must climb 2 sets of stairs to condo. The bed was comfortable and kitchen is updated. Access is configured with lockbox for access.
