The staff were efficient, helpful, and very pleasant.
We were met by Kapil at the reception. He processed our booking and very kindly accompanied us to our room. My mother is infirm and elderly. He helped her to the room. Offered a wheelchair and offered to provide anything we needed.

This is as you would expect from a chain Hilton hotel - good facilities and excellent breakfast, very modern and generally decent.
Bedroom was clean but not properly hoovered, there was quite a lot of dirt.
Swimming pool is fine but infested with pigeons and right by a noisy generator so not a very calm spot.

The concierge staff were very rude, not helpful and put the phone down on me when I needed some help I had to go down and speak to the general manager to assess on my enquiry.

The hotel is nice, easily accessible, has a restaurant that can cater to western kids who aren't used to spices. The room was spacious even with an extra child bed.
At the restaurant, there was a waitress named Gagandeep, a special thank you to her for being very helpful and playful with my child. It made a difference.
The bathroom looked like it needed an update. It was also very small and didn't feel very clean to me either. It was a comfortable stay but certainly wasn't 5* experience.

Resturant ambiance is good. Staff are excellent. Few of the food like Puri, Alu curry was great
The spread and south Indian taste ( Idly & dosa are very ordinary) You could have added local delicacy for out siders.

The air-conditioner and the shower.
This was the first time I took my bags up as there was no one at the gate. The guy at reception sounded like he was doing me a favour by giving a room in the busy weekend (the room which I had already booked a week ago).
I didn't get the welcome cookies either.
The room wasn't clean like our previous stay. The door to bathroom didn't work properly, the glass tray on which bathing kit wasn't fixed properly, could fall any time. The dental kit wasn't given.
The safe inside the cupboard was not working properly either. Only some digits were visible on it.
In the breakfast there were only 2 waiters, one of which who served us, was not all courteous. The khakras in the breakfast were stale.
There were plates lying outside some rooms that were there since morning till night.
All in all it was a complete 180 degree from our previous stay which was so nice, and hence we came back again but this time it was a letdown.
