Excellent Location, overall great stay

Hotel is good but don't come to ahemdabad specially if u are from north

Initially room provided was congested and small plus had maintenance issues. After complaint second room was provided but with separate beds still congested. Third room was provided after serious complaint. If this room should had been provided initially than it wouldn't have created such a fuzz.

As we were paying higher rates room prices we should have been provided the Last room first. Breakfast is not worth a penny they don't offer basic things like Juice and cereal. They charge 251 inr/person - not worth.

cleanliness, staff(Vishnu & rest of the staff), free morning breakfast, and location plus how quiet it was at night so could sleep well. They also gave awesome suggestions for Gujarati food! (Gopi Dining Hall😋) p.s. Vishnu called to remind me about the complementary breakfast ending in 30 minutes so I don’t miss it! walkable distance to Agashiye 😍 (Heritage Gujarati Thali)

Clean, big room. Comfortable bed.

when you ask staff for water bottles, they say he housekeeping staff is not available so we cannot provide you mineral water but tap water. when you ask the staff to clean your room in the morning, they turn up in the evening. pathetic attitude of service and completely unhygienic rooms and washrooms. We booked this hotel considering it’s located besides riverfront and would have a good view, but unfortunately it has no view of the riverfront. Never book this hotel.
