Some rooms need upgrades

The service and house keeping was very pathetic.

The location was convient.

As we were Radisson Members we were "supposedly' upgrade to Business Class, thought we felt like is was a downgrade instead. The room wasn't as clean and a level up in class as we had hoped and shower needed an upgrade along with the rooms decor. We asked for an extra bed however it wasn't in the room when we arrived and when asked as reception they seem to be hesitant but they asked that we request it again when ready (which we had already done before arriving). The bathroom door didn't have a lock, so not convenient if you're travelling with little kids. The bed was too soft, so ended up with a sore back and lack of sleep. The breakfast buffet was ok, but very underwhelming as not many of the usual options available at other Radisson hotels (especially ones kids like Waffles and hash browns) were present. The pastries, danishes and donuts were stale and not enjoyable.

Very good hotel and location very The IT manager Mr Priyaranjan was extremely helpful and sorted my work with computer and also came to see us on the last day even though it was his day off Very friendly staff

Booked for the World cup cricket - location near train station and not that far from the airport or cricket ground. Well connected to the places I wanted to visit like Dwarka, Rani da vav Biggest stepwell in India, Narendra Modi Stadium(Largest Cricket ground in the world). The staff where exceptional - it was my birthday and they gave me a lovely suprise! All welcoming and accomodating - early flight they provided us with hot breakfast to take to the airport! Breakfast was good and location again was central to where I wanted to go - Statue of Unity - the tallest statue in the world was a 3 nice drive, The Sun Temple - was astonishing, Mahatma Gandhi Ashram, Adalaj stepwell. Some exceptional customer services from the staff Suman she looked after us in the dining area, Pranjal went that extra mile to see if we needed anything, The manager think name was Pradeep was amazing!

The services were very bad and hotel staff doesn’t know how to treat customers - Internet wasn’t working almost everyday (complained multiple times), the locker wasn’t working, the hotel charged me twice and I had to follow up multiple times to get confirmation for refund. I have sent another follow up email and still haven’t heard back.
