Gorgeous House With Large Private Pool
Cette grande maison individuelle de trois étages se trouve sur 1/3 acre à seulement 200 pieds du magnifique golfe du Mexique avec une vue imprenable. La grande salle avec une grande cuisine moderne, un salon et une salle à manger possède des plafonds en cyprès de 20 pieds de haut et un grand mur de fenêtres offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe.
Surplombant la grande salle est un loft de couchage avec lit king et demi-bain surmonté d'une coupole qui fournit une lumière abondante.
La spacieuse suite principale de la chambre principale avec lit king-size a un sol en érable, un plafond de 9 'et des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur le pont arrière donnant sur le golfe et notre piscine privée de 20' x 40 'Gunite. Il y a un bain à remous dans cette chambre. La salle de bain principale est améliorée par un bain à remous pour deux personnes, des lavabos à double vasque, une salle de commode privée et une douche de 5 pi x 8 pi avec 3 pommes de douche, 4 vaporisateurs corporels et un banc - fantastique!
Une autre chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain carrelée privée avec douche vitrée. La troisième chambre au niveau principal a un lit queen size et à côté d'une salle de bain complète avec douche dans la baignoire.
Le niveau inférieur de 850 pieds carrés comprend une autre immense chambre des maîtres avec lit king size, dressing, portes françaises menant au patio et à la piscine. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec grande douche carrelée avec banc. Il y a aussi une deuxième cuisine avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec porte française et frigo à vin (pas de cuisinière / four). Le salon confortable dispose d'une télévision HD 57 ', d'une Wii, de sièges et d'un canapé-lit queen. Ce niveau est parfait pour les grands-parents ou ceux qui ne peuvent pas monter les escaliers facilement.
Il y a un système de CVC central géothermique personnalisé pour votre confort. La piscine est entourée d'un patio en briques. Sous le pont, le patio est ombragé et parfait pour la détente. Le reste de la cour est votre propre bac à sable privé. Les enfants adorent ça! Attention cependant à ne pas jeter de sable ou de coquillages dans la piscine! Il y a une douche extérieure sur le patio. Je viens d'ajouter un terrain de beach-volley / badminton!

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was large enough so we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and that was a great plus. The location to the beach was awesome too; only a few minutes walk. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after the beach too. There were plenty of floats, chairs, and toys at the house to use. We love this area and come back every year. This house is a great price for everything that is included. Highly recommend.

Lovely home with tons of room for everyone, perfect location just a short walk out back and you are on the beach which was never crowded all week!! Large private pool right in the back yard for family fun, volleyball on the side of the house, gas grill on the deck. The trolley stop is just one block up the street we used it a lot instead of driving everywhere in the evenings!! The home itself is lovely, and very comfy. The host Tim is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is a great one!! We will be back yearly, thank you again Tim!!

The house was perfect size for our bunch. Everyone had their own space. The pool was used more than any of us thought it would. The owner was very easy to work with! It is a little bit farther down than we typically do but with use of trolley and golf carts it was perfect.

Nice 5 bedroom, easy walk to beach and great pool. Owner responded fairly promptly to issues. Home has everything needed for a family stay including toys and a toddler bed. WiFi was not reliable so just plan on using your mobile hotspot. We would stay in this home again.

The location was perfect the house was setup very nice. We had an issue with the air part way through the week but was resolved quickly with one phone call. Would definitely recommend !

We were not completely impressed with our stay. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues (ex. Termite infestation, owner unresponsive for 12-24 hours two different times when we had major problems, AC went out in lower level. After most of the time had passed he offered to come fix, both times were late at night. We were majority inconvenienced. We were reimbursed only for one night and the cleaning fee. But most of our time there was spent uncomfortable and cleaning. The house is in need of repairs and upkeep that has been bandaged together. Splinter from decking handrail, no handrails in pool for kids and older adults to get out. Black mold in wood under leaking hot tub. Algae in pool that we had to clean ourselves. We believe good intentions are there, but our expectations and the experience were very let down.

What a lovely home- enjoyed the beautiful great room- dining room living room kitchen with elevated ceilings and large windows- so much light. Kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels everything we needed.Beds comfy. Plenty of hot water. Conveniently close to the Gulf too- we loved that! We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the huge pool., the deck is nice but will need updates in the future ( replace rails- they are secure but wobbly). Tim was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Several fairly major issues with property - Furnishings, carpet, paint, etc is dated and in need of updating and repair. Kitchen- old dishes and cookware, none of the food storage containers and lids match. Listing accuracy- the loft bathroom door had a note “Out of Order” and based on the paper it’s been like that a long time. I dont think there is an HVAC system, the house never cooled when thermostat was adjusted, there are several window units we used but I could never located any HVAC mechanicals. The listing references a geothermal system but again I could not locate any mechanicals. The ceiling in the lower level unit living area had a leak from the ceiling, ceiling fan was flinging water around. Exterior is in poor condition, the deck boards are in bad shape, doesnt really look/feel safe. The volleyball court is overgrown with grass and not usable. Safety- as mentioned in the check-in instructions the garage doors are in manual mode, you can just pull up the door and enter garage and house if the door isn’t locked from garage. Close to beach, nice view and dog friendly however!

Our experience was amazing. The property was clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Everything we needed utensil wise for the evenings we wanted to cook was there, the pool and the hot tub were 100% clean, and it was just perfect. Our friend group had our semi annual reunion here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place.

The house was in a good location, close walk to the beach. There were many things in disrepair in the home, a long list, not sure if I should list here? We did not call for repairs because we did not want our vacation interrupted, but I would not stay at this property again.

This was the perfect house for our family of 14, ages 5 months to 70. It was spacious and well-stocked. The pool was a really big hit as it was so hot the week we were there. The central air conditioning went out, and Tim brought in 4 window air conditioners within 24 hours, so we were comfortable. We so appreciated his quickness in responding to this need. Our family hopes to return someday.

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends and family, this is a great place. It’s walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool, and all the stuff you would need for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was quick to respond when an issue came up. The location of the house to the beach was excellent. Layout of the house and the pool were good. House was infested with "swarmers" (flying termites) and saw a few huge cockroaches during our week. Hot tub was leaking as wood beneath is very wet. Nails on decking are sticking up. Most of the bikes had flat tires. Advertised volleyball/badmitton but equipment not there.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! It had most of the confronts of home. It had great bathrooms and showers and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. It was a perfect short walk to the beach for all that stayed. We were outside most of the time with great weather. We just wished there were better cushions or padding for the outdoor furniture. Lastly, the cleaning fee should be included in the rental payment. Shouldn’t have to worry about leaving cash or a check at the end of our stay. However, overall we would definitely rent again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home; from the spaciousness of the home, the rooms, cleanliness and proximity to the beach were phenomenal. A few not-so-greats were: the pool was cold so we could not use it for the duration of our stay; the cleaning fees should be included in the overall cost to rent the property so when you pay for the rental, everything should be taken care of; the outdoors were not cleaned, there were several kids and adults who were pricked by a weed (unsure of its name) constantly. The yard needed weeding as there were long shrubs that were not included in the initial photo to advertise the property. And lastly, I felt it was a bit inconveniencing and somewhat intrusive that we got a visit late in the night from the owner when the place was dark that inhibited his visibility to repair a few loose floor boards on the deck. Granted, safety is everything and I respect his wishes to ensure the floors were secured. But at night? I offered for him to return in the day but he insisted. Additionally, while there, he asked to use the upper floor bathroom for his sweet grandbaby who, by the way wore diapers, because she “only uses” that particular bathroom. My guests thought that was odd and rather intrusive at the time of our get-together. Granted, I understand, the home does belong to the owner, but time and place and respect of your guests' privacy in the hospitality business are key! We felt as though we were being "checked on." Hopefully, he was pleased that we were taking care of his property and not in violation of anything.

We enjoyed the living area. Most of our time was spent out fishing on a boat with friends so we didn't use the pool or hot tub. Also, we had stormy weather so when we weren't out we were in the house because of weather. Everything worked wonderfully.

Tim is very easy to work with. He called to check on arrival on check in. The house is plenty big enough for 10 people. It is very easy to find and is close to all the busy sections of Pensacola Beach. The pool is good size and we enjoyed using it. The walk to to beach is across one street and has easy access. We would stay here again.

We had 10 adults and 3 kids with us. We stayed for one week. Most of us loved the house. The hot tub and pool was so nice! Each room had a bathroom which was a huge bonus. The house also had lots of extras. They had toys, pool toys, and beach supplies. There was a kitchenette downstairs. They had lots of kitchen supplies to use. There were two washers and driers. The house took longer to clean, but the cleaning crew was so nice. A few things were damaged but in my opinion, nothing out of the ordinary for a rental home (door handles popping off and table lamps not working.) The house was right by the beach and nearby the boardwalk.

The good stuff…location is amazing, house was clean, the room space is great, beds are comfortable, house amenities are good, hot tub is good size and clean. The not so good stuff…the exterior is trashed. The deck is falling apart with soft spots and nail heads sticking up. The outdoor furniture is totally worn and uncomfortable, the backyard has so many weeds and sticker bush like things you can’t step in the sand that is back there without shoes. The volleyball court has weeds all over it so have to wear shoes. The AC went out and thankfully the weather was cooler. Owner did get out quickly to fix. The washer and dryer are on brink of not working. All in all this property needs attention and isn’t a place we would visit again. For $650 a night, we had higher expectations
