This small, attractive studio apartment had everything I needed for a base for my week in Tucson. It has a well-equipped kitchen with helpful extras like spices and ziploc bags. It was a real treat to have private outdoor space. I was in town for an event that took us to the university and outside of town in all directions. This was the perfect central location. I’d definitely stay there again!

This cozy casita was perfect! My husband and I found it warm and inviting with attention paid to every possible detail. The furnishings and construction were top quality and the Southwestern decor was tastefully done. A wonderful spot for a 2-person accommodation in Tucson!

This property worked perfectly for me. It is extremely clean, private and secure. When I saw the pictures of the inside of this unit, I had high expectations and I am glad to say that it lived up to my expectations - it is a very comfy place to stay. I grilled a steak on the back patio and found that the kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to cook.

Lovely studio with full kitchen, barbecue grill, and patio. Location is excellent for restaurants and hiking destinations. Owners are very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our 4-night stay in Tucson! The check-in process was easy and the space was perfectly clean and comfortable. The patio was great - nice, private, and relaxing! The space had everything we needed and is perfect for a solo traveler or couples. The private, well-lit entry way was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Thank you Mike and Corey! Great communication before my stay and clear communication on the property about details once I was in the Casita. Extremely quiet property and neighborhood, within walking distance to large grocery pharmacy store. This was very handy as the Casita has a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. The hosts have an excellent sense of what guests need when traveling and all equipment was in great condition and working order. The furnishings were perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable, kind of high up but puts you in a perfect position for watching the flat screen! Great lighting. Dining is at the bar with very comfy barstools. The Casita is perfect for a solo traveler or a cozy couple. If you are short and not very agile you may not appreciate the barstool dining or elevated bed, but I think it adds to the cozy charm. I was in town for a football game and decided to Uber to the stadium and the fare was about $9 to the game and expectedly higher afterwards: $17, so the neighborhood was nice enough to begin walking, get away from the stadium and then call Uber. It is about an hour walk. I also looked online and booked a horseback ride at sunset which was about a 15 minute drive from the Casita. Very pleased and I highly recommend

Wife and I stayed for a few days for parents weekend at University of arizona. Located really close to the college. Wonderful hosts beautiful property will definitely be staying again.

The property was great. Everything has been though of.
Good for cooking meals, clean, cozy, quiet. Lots of cookware and cleaning supplies.
There is even a freezer bag for grocery runs.

Great place to stay while I was moving my daughter into U of A. Multiple delicious breakfast places close by. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and extremely responsive. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

Quiet Hideout!
Perfect location for us. Easy access and check in/out. THe Casita was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very well kept & very quiet. Close to the Tucson Botanical Garden, Reid Park Zoo and lots of good food! (Tuk Tuk Thai, Salina Salvadorian, El Corral Prime Rib, El Charro Carne Seca!)

Clean, comfortable, easy
Beautiful work on this casita! It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lighted back patio was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. Mike and Cory were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place close to campus
Highly recommend this bungalow close to the UofA campus. My wife and I rented it for when we picked up our son at the end of the semester. Very convenient, tastefully done, amd in great shape. The owner Mike was very helpful and prompt in communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Casita
Nice studio apt in it's own building with a small outside area (table, 4 chairs and BBQ). We didn't cook any dinners but the kitchen is well equipped. Shower was nice. Tasteful decorations. We really liked the space. It has everything you need.

Very convenient
This casita is conveniently located with easy access to stores, restaurants, and recreation. It is small but efficiently designed. It is also beautifully built and decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and organized. Great thought has been put into meeting all the needs of the guests.

The casita was the perfect spot for us. It was private, quiet and very well kept. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the off-street parking was convenient. We would stay there again if we get back to Tucson.

Spectacular from beginning to end!
This has been one of my absolute favorite places to stay. The host is uber organized, responsive, and has literally thought around personalizing the stay at the “casita” - there wasn’t anything that was missing. Mirrors where you need them, appliances, step stools. It was amazing! I love how neat, clean, private, and such a great convenient location! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
