2021 Remodeled Victorian in Excellent Location, Close to Beach and Downtown
Excellent emplacement! Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville de Pacific Grove, Lovers Point et le parc Caledonia adapté aux enfants. Très proche de l'aquarium de Monterey Bay et Cannery Row. Ceci est une unité en bas d'un duplex victorien (l'hôte est à l'étage). Le salon dispose d'une cheminée et de chaises de lecture. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres et d'une véranda. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size californien, une commode et un grand placard. Plus petite deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et un placard. Il y a aussi une véranda avec un futon qui est idéal pour lire et se reposer. Vous trouverez des draps pour le futon dans le placard de la chambre. Appartement a une seule salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche.
La cuisine fournit les bases pour les clients à long terme. Du café est fourni pour la cafetière. Il y a un mixeur et un grille-pain.

This house served as the perfect home base for daily walking explorations of the wonderful restaurants, shops and Victorian neighborhoods in the area. We enjoyed different, delicious breakfast restaurants every day and never ran out of walking trails, antique shops and lots of wildlife all up and down the beaches. It was an easy walk to the Monterey Aquarium which was fabulous. So many great dinner options that we didn't really use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped. The whole house was spotless and the beds very comfortable. With this convenient location, we didn't need a rental car. We only used Uber 1 time to return from the north end of Monterey.

I took 2 13 year old’s to Monterey Bay Aquarium for a quick last summer horrah before starting school back up and I could not be more pleased that we found this cute, clean little property.
I’ve stayed nearby before and was a little worried that we would have problems finding parking but the property is just far enough away from the action that there wasn’t a problem at all. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The property was clean and cozy and had everything we would for our stay.

Booking this property was extremely easy through VRBO. The house was just as described and pictured. Extremely clean and beautifully remodeled. There's a great park that the kids enjoyed two minutes away by foot. All of your main Monterey attractions are within a five minute car ride. We highly recommend this house and neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our time at this home in Pacific Grove! You can walk anywhere from this home including Monterey Bay Aquarium. We enjoyed walking around the town and exploring the trail along the coast. We saw otters, seals, birds, and squirrels.
This home has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels and blankets. There were even some beach towels.
This is a great place for quiet time.

The location can’t be beat as it is within walking distance to everything in Pacific Grove and to the main parts of Monterey. The layout and amenities were also perfect for a family of 4, including some fun games, wine and chocolate. We will be back!

Would definitely book again. Loved the history of this neighborhood. Each house so unique. The years built proudly displayed on front of house. Easy walk to Lovers Point. House was brand new. Everything. Lay out of the place was excellent. Two bedrooms and baths on their own side of the house. A family room in the middle. Parking super easy on the street. Super convenient location. Bedding soft with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if u needed. Same for the towels. Fell in love with Pacific Grove.

We really enjoyed stay at this lovely house. I am very impressed by how clean and organized the house is. Kitchen and bathroom are well stock with all the essential items. Even with extra pillows that labeled different softness! We stayed at lots of Victorian homes before and it is definitely one of the best remodel home with plenty of lights and living space. We shall return next time when we are back to PG and Carmel area.

This home was perfect for my family's 4-night stay in Pacific Grove. The home was easy to find, access, and street parking was always available right out front. When we arrived, it was incredibly clean (most clean of any VRBO I stayed at!). The kitchen was stocked (although some cooking supplies like pans and spatulas could be updated) but appliances were updated since pictures were taken which was a nice surprise.
We were a short drive away from so many of the attractions in the area (10 minutes to the Aquarium, 5 minutes Asilomar State Beach, 10 minutes from Whole Foods, 20 minutes from Carmel shopping and restaurants, 10 minutes to Dennis the Menace Park), it was perfect! From the house, we were 2-minute walk to a small playground around the corner and coffee shop down the street.
The owner was accommodating and responsive. We originally only booked the house for 3 nights but wanted to stay an extra night to escape the heat wave in the valley and she quickly responded and let us know it was available the additional night and updated our booking.
This was one of my favorite VRBO stays to date and my husband and 4-year-old would agree. I hope we can come stay again next summer!

This is a great property! My two adult daughters and I went on a girls’ trip up the coast and we stayed in the downstairs unit. It was super clean, beautiful, and had such a smart layout! Everything went seamless and we had zero issues. It was also less than a 5 min. walk to lovers point and to the Beach House Restaurant which I highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again! We have been to Pacific Grove dozens of times over the last 20+ years and this was probably our favorite place that we have ever stayed. We usually stay out by Asilomar beach but this is our first experience near lovers point/downtown and it was great.
The property was nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the California king bed in the master. And the fact that both bedrooms have their own bathroom was great for the family. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to dinner and walk out to the point in the mornings.
All around we couldn’t have had a better trip and we will certainly plan to book this place the next time we are coming to Pacific Grove.

Perfect place for two couples especially since both bedrooms have a bathroom and are on opposite sides of the house. Quiet neighborhood & easy parking. Very clean! Just a quick walk to downtown. We will definitely be back when visiting Pacific Grove again.

My family and I had the best visit here, the house was perfect! It was very clean and ready to use. Sandra was so kind and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had everything we needed and some, it is also super comfortable. We all loved our trip so much, and having this clean home to stay in with our 9 month old made it even better. Cute little house in a perfect location, just a block and a half from Lighthouse Ave, the Main Street in PG and, in the opposite direction, two blocks from the beach. Small but comfortable. Second bedroom has only a double bed. Could use a new sofa in the living room. It sags! But we'd return.

The house was ideal set up (2 BR/2Bath) for our trip and was as cute as could be. It is perfectly situated to walk to the beach/Coastal pathway. It is about a 30 minute walk along the shore to the Monterey Aquarium and Cannery Row, which was a perfect way to spend the day. Owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. Great amenities and instructions at the house, and special extras like wine and chocolates for our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Stayed with my daughter, son-in-law, and 18 month granddaughter. It was perfect for us and felt relaxing and homey. It’s located a short block from the playground which my granddaughter loved and three blocks from the cove at Lovers point and two blocks from restaurants. It was worth every penny. I would stay there again.

Loved the location of the property, didn't realize till i actually booked it, it was a duplex. Wish the title stated that instead of just saying Victorian, my fault for no looking more closely. For a last min trip it worked but you can definitely hear the people above in the smaller bedroom which i wasn't prepared for, but the location was just what we needed

I've rented numerous homes thru VRBO in numerous places, including a few different homes in Pacific Grove, and I have to say that this is probably among my favorites.
It is one of the cleanest/tidiest places I've ever rented, located in the heart of PG. It's a comfortable place to relax and feels spacious despite it's modest size. The interior is very tastefully done, modern, uncluttered. We lacked for nothing, really. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room.
Street parking is very good (we were able to park on the street right near the front door). The neighborhood is quiet and the other homes are all well maintained vintage homes.

We had an amazing time at Sandra’s home in PG. the house was so clean and cozy. Those who stayed on the pull out couch said it was comfortable, and the 2 other bedroom beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the ease of the fireplace, the quick walk to lovers point beach, and utilized the kitchen to make a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much for our stay! We hope to return annually!

My mom and two daughters came to stay and visit the aquarium and Pacific Grove. The house was clean, cozy and the perfect set up for us. My daughters are 13 and 9, so the set up was really perfect. The location was perfect…close to restaurants, grocery stores and the aquarium. We had an issue with the front door lock and Sandra answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!!

This charming two-bedroom unit is within minutes of Lover's Point and about a seven-minute walk to downtown. It is perfect for two couples to get away or a small family. The kitchen was very well equipped, as were the bathrooms. Thoughtful touches throughout and would rent it again and recommend it to friends visiting the area.
