Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 17e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Our accommodations were perfect, kitchen equipped with needed items. Easy access to pools and beach, the facility on the whole was well maintained and location was perfect for my family. I misunderstood by the info and thought there was a lazy river which there wasn’t. All in all very happy with facility and would stay again

Had a party of 6 adults and the unit had plenty of room to move about.Kitchen was alittle short on utensils for the ladies. Other than that a perfect unit to chill out and do nothing or do everything you wanted. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and spacious. Book thru Phoenix rentals and save the 10% vrbo charges.Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place, everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was not as well stocked as you would expect considering the size of the condo and how nice everything else was. But looking through items, it looks more like there are things missing rather than just not having things. I.e lids with no bottoms, sets with missing pieces, etc. This has no bearing on our satisfaction with our visit, but be aware that parking is $55, which is pretty steep! Other than that we have zero complaints and would definitely come back again!

What a nice place! Everything was great. Loved having the extra ice machine (with small cubes). Balcony was roomy and looked over the pool and beach. Pool & beach were both good. Condo was close to elevator which I liked--no noise issues at all. As the description of the place noted, there were no beach towels or chairs. You could rent chairs at the beach for $45 per day (2 chairs plus umbrella). It would have been nice to have beach chairs to use when only wanting to be at the beach for a short amount of time. The location of condo was great. We were there in early May. . .plenty of parking and not much traffic.

I have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. We picked this condo for its great location.There were a few things we would change, the light bulbs in all the bedrooms were low watts and really need to be changed so you can see better, we weren't given a gate code to access the beach at check in but lucked out and some other guests were there and gave us the number, we would prefer less fancy bedspreads and throw pillows on the beds. We like the bedspreads that are washable with the clean bed quarentee. If those things were changed this condo would be Perfect. We would rent this condo again. It is large and has plenty of storage and a superb large balcony.

Really nice room. Floors got our socks black in just a little while. Bedding didn’t fit very well but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The deck is huge with a great view. The interior is well decorated with high ceilings. Bathrooms are nice too.
No Kleenex and a flimsy trash were the only complaints but who cares - the place is amazing.

what a beautiful unit. it has everything you need for your vacation. the modern look is just stunning. views from the 17th floor will never be forgotten. one of the king beds needs so support replacements and a chair on the balcony needs a new screw. the outdoor pool could use some time of heater for the cooler months. some of the sinks had hair in them on arrival but nothing we couldnt look past due to this amazing place. 5 stars no questions. i hope we get to come and stay again in the years to come. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with others.

The Condo was everything we’d hoped for. Even though we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable, the veranda and view were fantastic. No issues with parking or the elevators. We used Ike’s beach service & Dalton was great.Location was perfect for restaurants & shopping. We’d definitely stay here again; it was a wonderful anniversary. The only change I’d recommend is to replace the huge coffee table to something smaller so the sitting area isn’t so crowded.

The Phoenix is a very nice facility, great location and I had a wonderful time. There was ample parking, elevators were never crowded or a wait and in the condo it was very quiet. I felt the condo itself should have been cleaner. Popcorn and other debris on the floor and under the coffee table, bathrooms floors weren’t clean and patio table was filthy. I bought some cleaning supplies and took care of it. Otherwise a very nice condo. I would return to the Phoenix again.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfy. The view was beautiful facing the gulf. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping stores. The complex was very clean and the people working there were very friendly.

The condo was wonderful with great views. The bedding was dirty. One of the rooms the mattress pad had a big hole and was like plastic. It was fixed for us quickly. The comforters were uncomfortable and there were not additional blankets.
The kitchen supply was the best we have experienced in this type of setting.
The condo was quiet and the beach was wonderful.
It was as if the floors have never been scrubbed. You may want to evaluate the cleaning service.

This condo was a very spacious and clean. However there were a few minor things that could have made things better, the master bedroom lamp didn’t work. The comforter in the master bedroom had a giant stain when I flip it over, so that made me scared so we slept with the blanket provided, but of course we washed it and all the sheets, on all the beds, that’s when noticed the bed liner was disgusting. Other that that we had a great time. I would suggest this spot to friends and family 😍.

From renting to checking in was so easy. The place was so nice and we all loved it. To get up and see the sun rise one way and watch the aunt set the other way. It was perfect. We all had a blast and would tell anyone to rent this property, you won’t be disappointed.

With the exception of 2 of the 3 bathroom toilet seats being very broken upon our arrival to the point of needing replacement by maintenance on a weekend and a few frayed towels, we felt this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was great and suited us perfectly for 3 couples vacationing in GSAL. However, we would suggest the bedrooms have some type of furniture piece (bench, chair, table, etc.) to put things on such as the bed's decorative pillows when not in use versus on the floor.

Me and 4 of my childhood friends came down for a long weekend and stayed in this condo. It was very nice. Everything was clean and comfy! Great location and great property! The dryer stopped working during day 3 of our trip and the owner had a maintenance man there the same day! Highly recommend!
