I stayed for 4 months - it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good and near many places to eat and buy groceries. Even drive to airport is not too bad. No disturbance and
a nice neighborhood to walk. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Local park and lake and food nearby. Paved running trails away from the roads in the neighborhood. The hosts were great and made our holidays away from home very nice!

Comfortable, clean accommodations with all you need for a long-term stay. Check in and out easy, electronic door lock convenient, everything in good working order but water in one bath was rusty when first running shower. The furniture is dated and the unit needs paint, but the location was great. With some updating this would be a top-notch accommodation and the price was good!

Skip Denver, Stay HERE!
My partner and I spent 99 nights at this property and loved it! I worked in downtown Denver while he worked from home and both of us felt extremely comfortable. The commute was easy with multiple entrances to I25 and the main table was perfect for my partners remote work set-up with great wifi! The rooms were clean and comfortable with much help on what is where from small cute notes left around the apartment. Communication with the hosts was also easy whenever we needed anything. The A/C system was great during the main summer months, especially when you turned on the centeral air fan. All the neighbors are very nice and the parking is right outside the propety with 2 spots just to yourself. We found ease with the Crossfit gym across the street and multiple grocery stores within a mile. This is a perfect home away from home! If we ever find ourselves back in Denver, we will be back!

Convenient and comfortable
The condo was located conveniently for me and was very comfortable and clean. Stores and parks were nearby for shopping and walking. It was a good size for me when I was alone and roomy enough when my husband arrived. The unit was well appointed with all necessities and full of cooking and baking equipment. Don thought of everything at this place. There are games, beach towels, done food stocked, instructions about everything there. The beds were comfy and we felt very much at home there!

Great Location and Impeccable Attention to Detail
This was a home away from home for us. Don was so accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the fridge and cabinets stocked with essentials and there was no detail missed. This was my first VRBO experience and I doubt I’ll ever stay in a hotel again. I highly recommend this home. We even had access to 2 parking spots, laundry, full kitchen. And it was all so seamless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My first time to Denver was very memorable!

Cozy Clean Place
This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and cozy enough room for 6 of us. Beds where very comfortable and had plenty of bedding. Cooked a large meal one night and had everything I need to make it happen plenty of pots and pans. Found everything I needed never had to run to the store for the little things. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Loved how we felt like home.

We loved this condo! The property was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our needs, and the owner provided little extras that were much appreciated. The location is ideal for activities in Denver and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Denver area.

The condo was exactly what was promised. The property was clean and everything in the property was well labeled and easy to find. Great condo with so many amenities
This place exceeded our expectations! First, the condo was incredible clean! There were so many nice touches as soon as we walked in. Everything is labeled, wifi easy to log in. There were yummy cookies on the counter to greet us. The air conditioner and air circulator kept the place nice and cool. The pool was good for a nice dip and the tub was big enough for a good soak after a long day of walking and hiking. We enjoyed our whole stay and would definitely come back!

We had an excellent time staying in Thornton and driving to Estes park, Colorado Springs, and downtown Denver. The townhome was clean and getting in was quick and easy.

A Beautiful Stay!
We were in town so our granddaughter could participate in a Suzuki institute. We had a wonderful experience for our first time renting thru VRBO. It was easy renting our condo and we were very pleasantly surprised at the beauty and cleanliness of the condo. It was wonderful being able to move into a well-furnished home away from home. Our granddaughters especially loved the pool. Condo owner Don Green was great to work with, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We would love to come back next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished very well. There was laundry detergent, soap etc which was very helpful. Also the kitchen was fully furnished and had all the necessary supplies! We will definitely stay here again!

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo with laundry was our home-away from home for one week. It was great to have the space for my five person family of three generations to spread out. Condo is close to lots of local conveniences. Lots of nice touches in terms of coffee, milk, eggs, baking ingredients, and toiletries for our use. Would recommend and will certainly stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful and comfortable condo for a week ( stayed March 2019) visiting family in the area. We have rented many vrbo properties all over the world and this was hands down the best equipped and supplied property we have ever stayed in. The condo was spotlessly clean - always high on my list. Our hosts, Don and Beth have put a great deal of thought and special touches in the condo. They were great hosts and when we had a question, they responded quickly. We will definitely rent this property again if we are in the Denver area. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here - we enjoyed our stay very much.
