Wonderful Beach Villa in Beautiful Palmetto Dunes
Condo impeccable dans le très convoité Abbington, South Gate of Palmetto Dunes. Accès à 2 piscines face à l'océan, au lagon de 18 km pour faire du kayak et bien sûr à la plage juste en face! Ce 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec canapé-lit gigogne, peut accueillir confortablement 6-8.
Grand salon / salle à manger magnifiquement aménagé avec planchers de bois franc et plafonds cathédrale. Mobilier confortable avec un design côtier facile pour réunir la famille. Une télévision de 40 pouces et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite sont fournies. Les portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur une belle terrasse avec une table et des chaises pour se détendre au bord du lagon.
En entrant dans le condo, vous vous sentirez immédiatement accueilli par le plan d'étage ouvert contemporain. À votre gauche est une chambre d'hôtes invitante avec un lit queen size, placard complet, TV 32 pouces et salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche.
À droite du foyer se trouve une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Apportez vos k-cups pour la cafetière Keurig et vos mélanges pour le blender! Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur sont fournies dans le placard de buanderie situé à l'extrémité de la cuisine.
Juste à côté du salon, vous trouverez la spacieuse chambre principale avec un lit king-size avec matelas et sommiers neufs d'été 2017, des meubles encastrés, une télévision et une grande fenêtre donnant sur le lagon. We love Hilton Head and this condo was perfect for us. In a great location with all the amenities this well maintained and beautifully decorated unit had the best floor plan for our family. The upstairs bedroom worked out great for the kids and having a full bathroom up there was wonderful. We were comfortable and felt safe at the beginning of our stay when a tropical storm was a concern and as the weather cleared we enjoyed the beach and pool. The owner is quick to respond and seems invested in the experience of their guests.

As a family, we’ve outgrown several of the previous rentals in palmetto dunes. This was perfect for us.. so glad I found it, and can’t wait to come back.

We were extremely satisfied with this property. This was a family vacation with 6 adults and the space was perfect! The rooms were nice size and location could not have been better - close to beach and pools. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions….even helpful with restaurant recommendations. Everything about the unit was fine except utilizing the keyless system. There was an error in the directions as to which way to turn the Schlage. However the owner was readily available and patiently walked us through the steps. We did, however, decide to use the old fashioned way - actual keys - for which the owner provided the code. For the two of us, this process was just fine. FYI-

We really enjoyed our stay in palmetto dunes. Larry’s place was in a really nice location. It was great sitting outside on the deck overlooking the lagoon. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Highly recommend.

The ultimate sign of success is the willingness to go again. It is always hard to know from a website what a place is like and this one is no different. The location in Palmetto dunes is great, right next to a path that takes you on a wooded stroll or bike ride along the canal to golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants. Access to the beach is across a small road and parking lot. Having access to pools in two complexes within walking distance is another benefit. Functional kitchen, three full bathrooms and reasonably comfortable furniture was a benefit for young adults. The back deck was a gem, very private, able to watch multiple birds and enjoy the nice weather. The location does have limited windows due to being an inside unit but the weather was so nice we spent much of our time outside anyway. Finally the hosts were very good at communicating, answering questions and making sure we were prepared. Oh and two parking spots was perfect. We loved it, thank you for offering your home to support our vacation.

This property and owner are wonderful! The property was beautiful both inside and out. I am a stickler for clean and this was very clean! We brought our college age daughter and her friend with us, we had plenty of room. It is in a very quiet area and close walk to the beach and pool. The owner was very quick to respond to a question we had upon arrival and that made the property that much better! I would highly recommend and will use it again.

We stayed for a week in August 2022. Family vacation with two college-aged kids. We've been to HHI 15 times in the last 30 years, typically stay at oceanfront condo (across the street) but wanted more space this year. The condo is large and would comfortably accommodate a bigger group. Beds ar comfy, and there were plenty of sheets. Three different rooms offer lots of privacy: one room with king, one room with queen and another room with two standard beds (in the loft). Back porch is nice and looks out on a waterway. Big screen displays are up to date, WiFi works OK, appliances are modern. All in all a very nice place.
Just a few concerns - the construction is framed, not slab on grade and the walls are pretty thin; families with young kids on each side were pretty loud. One of the groups spent a lot of time outside on their back porch talking loudly well into the night. Stereo system is obsolete, thankfully we brought a Bluetooth speaker. In all the times we have visited HHI, we had never had to purchase a parking pass but we had to pay this time, obviously not a big deal but seemed a little ticky tack. We also ran out of toilet paper, which wasn't stocked in the condo, obviously also not a big deal. There are no beach chairs with the condo, make sure to bring your own.

I would recommend leaving more then one dishwasher pod and one laundry pod and one trash bag. It would only help to keep things cleaner.

Great place for family
The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach very much and the pools were great; however, we spent most of our time at the Hampton Place Pool due to being closer to the condo. The property manager, Larry, was very helpful. We got all the information we needed upfront, and we had a few questions when we arrived and he promptly got back with us and answered our questions. I would recommend this property to others and would love to come back some time in the future. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation with our family.

Just as so many before me have said, this property was the perfect place to stay on HHI. Very homey and welcoming. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Love the walking trails surrounding the unit. Truly comfortable. The owner was great to work with and answered any emails or texts promptly. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect Spring Getaway
We traveled from Wisconsin to Hilton Head Island to watch our daughters college tennis tournament being held during their Spring break week. We searched Vrbo for a Villa near the ocean for 5 of us to stay and found this one listed in Palmetto Dunes. Our stay was perfect and the Villa was just as advertised. We were only a 5 min walk from the ocean and a short walk to the bike and fishing pole rentals. My son even caught a nice 29 inch Red fish in the lagoon in our backyard. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Hilton Head in the future.
