Notre unité est dans le bâtiment 9. Nous avons récemment mis à jour tous les meubles de notre condo pour créer un chez-soi loin de chez vous. La chambre principale est joliment décorée avec de nouveaux meubles et draps. Elle dispose d'un lit cal king et d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits, un lit queen et un matelas simple avec tous les nouveaux draps.
Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé d'angle avec une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et d'un blueray, au cas où vous voudriez encore regarder le match ou regarder un film.
La salle à manger et la véranda sont toutes deux configurées pour accueillir confortablement une famille de 6 personnes. Le système sans fil est disponible dans tout l'appareil pour vous permettre de vous reposer tranquillement sur la véranda ou sur un canapé avec votre ordinateur portable.
Nous avons présenté cette unité avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Nous espérons que vous l'apprécierez autant que nous.

We had a perfect stay! Our communication with Steve was excellent. The condo was fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 4 with two teen children. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve’s condo. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location between the pool and beach. The lanai was nice and spacious with a great ocean view to enjoy. We would definitely book this unit again.

This property was top notch from start to finish. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed for fun at both beach and pool. An extremely comfortable, lovely condo. Steve was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s condo. The whole process from booking to confirmation to check in went very smoothly. Steve is very easy to work with and the unit was perfect for our Maui trip. It had more than we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, beach blankets, etc. The location, being across the street from the beach, was fabulous for the kids.

My husband and I took both our parents to Maui and this place was perfect! It was spacious, clean and had a great location right by Kamaole Beach. Steven also shared some local restaurants and sights to see. It was easy to communicate and get ahold of him. We loved the stay overall and would book it again in the future😊

Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home. The location was ideal, and we took advantage of being so close to the beach. We were very happy to have air conditioning, wifi, the washer/dryer, and all amenities. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, with nice touches throughout. The owners care about the property, and it shows. We would recommend for fellow travelers, and will look to return."

The property was well located with easy access to the beach and shops nearby.
This rental is a great base to explore the island. The property is well looked after and has all the things you require for a family day on the beach. They have beach chairs/towels/beach boards making it extremely convenient. The unit is really beautifully renovated on the top floor with view of the ocean. Everything is well organized in the house. Definitely would come back to this unit👍

Absolutely no complaints about Steve’s place! As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The upgrades, comfortability, and location was just spot on. The house was stocked so nicely and we never ran out of the supplies all week! Steve was also very accommodating to check out time which was much appreciated with a late night flight. We would most definitely stay here again! Also the air conditioning was amazing!!

The owners obviously spend time at this property because you can tell they invested in the renovation. It's very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. The place is better in person than in the photos! Aside from being clean and comfortable it has all the amenities one can ask for including efficient A/C and a bathtub (which is something we really wanted to wash a kid).
The location is great! We visited so many beaches and caught as many sunsets at Kam III as possible. So many food options nearby and Steve was helpful answering all questions and providing recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect. Directly across from the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and watching amazing sunsets.
Accommodations were lovely with a large kitchen allowing us to cook meals.
We do appreciated the chairs and boards for the beach. And the reserved parking spot for our vehicle.
Our experience with the on-site staff and the property owner was best in class. Thank you.

Steve's vacation rental in Kihei was absolutely great. The air conditioning was fabulous, we only had to turn it on periodically, but it definitely increased the comfort when indoors on the warmer days. There are three tv's, so great for those families with different TV interests. Steve's place was very well stocked, toilet paper, paper towel, zip-lock bags, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed also. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Steve.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Easy check in. Super clean! Love the kitchen. Condo well supplied with every item you need. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. Walking distance to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again! There was a glitch with the key to open the front door, a bit frustrating. Other than this it's a great place to stay.

Prime Location - Highly Recommend!
Couldn't ask for a better location; steps away from the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset, swim, and take a stroll alongside the water. The condo in itself was super clean, and the host was prompt w/ his responses. I highly recommend this property to anyone who's visiting Maui!

Gréât location, sunniest part of the island during our stay, despite winds picking up after noon every day.
Lots of food near by, beach 1 min away walking distance, sea turtles at times there as well. Reception was nice, site is nice. Condo overall is was great for our stay. AC was a must.

Warm & Inviting place to stay
This condo is literally an extension of our home. This place is warm & inviting. The the newly remodeled kitchen was the best part of the home. The bedrooms was nice & cozy. We were so glad there was central A/C. From checking in & checking out was how we like it, simple $ easy. Communication with the property owner was great! Thanks Steve for letting us stay at your awesome condo on Maui & all the great restaurant suggestions! We would love to stay here again.

Would highly recommend this condo! Beautifully furnished, and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location, across from nice beach and walking distance or short drive to great eateries and food stores. Kihei is centrally located in Maui. Very happy we stayed here!!! Owner was wonderful to work with.

Spacious and well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The condo is will stocked with cooking supplies, bedding, beach items etc. Great location across from the beach- walking distance to stores, restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub area and grassy areas to play. Can’t wait to come back!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. The condo was just perfect for our family of 5. We ate dinner every night on the lanai. We walked to the beach for sunset every evening. Steve provided beach chairs, boogie board, ice chest and beach towels which came in clutch as we explored Maui and the many beaches. This was the first time our kids have ever been here and they all said it was the best trip of their lives. Thank you, Steve! We were extremely impressed.
