Great location! Beach was just steps away! Property owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend. My family can’t wait to go back!!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was very clean and close to everything! It has everything you need; dishes, ice maker, towels, washer and dryer, etc. You can definitely sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view and it is a short walk to the beach, literally a minute or two. We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!

Nice condo right across the street from the beach. which is nice if you don’t want an bunch of sand in your vehicle. Plenty of room. The view from the balcony was very nice.

I took my granddaughter here for a graduation present along with my son and one of her friends.the property was clean and had everything that was listed in the description. Check in was easy, and the owners were in communication before and during our stay. The condo had a little wear and tear with paint, blinds ect but overall was perfect for us. The location was within easy access to everything Destin has to offer. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, I would definitely stay there again, also worth mentioning it is on the third floor so if anyone has mobility issues you may need to look for something with easier access.

Overall a great stay with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Bathrooms aren’t huge but enough to shower. I would recommend a few more bath towels to keep down on the laundry but there were enough for everyone to use. We had a quick response when needed. The beach is a short walk across the road & the pool is great. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo but it was plenty big enough to cook when needed, sleep & shower. I definitely would stay again.

We specifically asked if there was an icemaker. We were told there was. Half an hour before check-in an email was sent to me saying the ice maker was broke and a new frig was being delivered 4 days into our stay. We went and nought ice. As we unpacked I attempted to cook a lasagna I had brought. The oven took 20-25 to preheat. It was taking so long to bake I cut it in half, put it into glass pans and put it in the microwave. The microwave was broke! I put the lasagna back in the oven. I wanted to make garlic bread. No pans to bake the bread on so I tried to make them on top of the stove with the cracked top in pans that are warped and scratched so badly the non-stick coating came off on the food!! Needless to say that was not safe to eat. I went to wash the dishes and discovered the garbage disposal does not work. If this situation was not so un-funny it would have been laughable. The floor has edges that are coming up and present a danger to bare feet. We tried to contact the owner and went to voicemail for both numbers. We contacted VRBO and they were able to get a hold if the owner. This is close to midnight. The owner apologized and acknowledged the issues and agreed to a cancelation. VRBO's response to this was to tell us to find a hotel room and they would reimburse us for a certain amount (approximately $600.00). It had to be with a hotel they contract with, in the same area, and we had to find it ourselves and pay for it upfront. Of course we ww

Overall had a great time. Room was clean and had a great view from the 3rd floor. Only negative I can give was the ice maker didnt work and I wish they had a full size coffee maker.

What a great location and setting. Able to sit on the porch and see the ocean as well as watch the walking path and pool. Plenty of room for our family when they visited. Great communication with the property owner.

Spacious unit with access to a very nice pool and hot tub. Beach is just across the road and access to the beach is close. The city of Destin is basically a giant shopping mall with a thousand chain stores. If that's what you like you're in heaven, if not, it's pretty boring.

Didn’t receive check-in instruction email, but called the owner and he was readily available and we got right in. The space was great - plenty of supplies, and beautiful view!! Will definitely come back!

This is our second stay in this condo. We absolutely love the location and the pool/hot tub. Could definitely use a few more bath towels. We had a slight issue during our stay, reached out to Allen and it was taken care of right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. We can’t wait to go back next year.

This was our second time staying at this property while visiting Destin. The condo is spacious and accommodates our large family. The location is near the beach so we could walk there. The check in process caused me some anxiety because you don't get the access codes/instructions until a couple hours before check in. Traveling over 11 hours to get there makes that a little nerve wrecking, I like the security of knowing I have a place to stay and all the details are lined out before I get there. The property manager maintained contact during our stay. The bathroom light was not working upon entry, but he quickly had the problem solved. For the $, this location is unbeatable for its amenities. The pool was also great for the kids when they got tired of the sand.

This condo accommodated our family of 8. We could see the beach from our balcony. The view was beautiful. The only mild inconvenience was the flooring/walls seemed thin as the downstairs neighbor kept coming up to complain about our kids who were not being that loud. Other then that, our experience was amazing.

We loved the fact that all the condo's had ocean views and wasn't that far from many things to do.

The Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Was awesome being able to keep in touch with the owner. The owner has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your vacation..

My spouse and I liked looking out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. And raining days cuddling inside watching TV. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay. Property is right across the street from a walkway to the gulf. View from the porch is amazing. There is a pool and hot tub that were wonderful and very clean. The condo itself was spacious and very well appointed. I did contact the owner with a question regarding the access code to the pool and he got back to me immediately. Highly recommend!

Nice location but if you have difficulty with stairs you may have issues it’s on 3rd floor no elevator

We loved our stay! Very easy to get to and close to the beach and other attractions. Owner was very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything.

No elevator, we were on the 3rd floor, ice maker never worked, 2nd bedroom mattresses extremely uncomfortable, one guest had to go to chiropractor while there, Not enough seating in living room for 4 adults let alone 6 adults, Both bathrooms the same and extremely small, toilet in master would continue to run. It was listed as newly renovated, I think the owner really got screwed with the workmanship . Floors had old glue all over them, dishwasher not adherred in cabinet, would pull out everytime it was used and scratch the cabinet and handle next to it. Location was perfect and balcony was great. Perfectly cleaned.

The condo had a great view. It was clean and comfy. Owners checked to make sure our stay was going well. Close to the beach and lots of other activities. We would recommend it for anyone staying in Destin area.

The shower curtain worst molded and there was not enough washcloths

It was a nice place. It was clean except for the ceiling fans, which need cleaned badly. I washed the towels like they asked, but I think that should be the housekeepers job, not mine. I was the guest. It was nice to be so close to the beach, which was beautiful!! All in all, it was a nice place to stay!
