Le condo est adjacent à De Russey Park, et le Russey Park Beach De. Ceci est un très bel endroit où les 'Beau' Go. Il ya aussi des courts de tennis gratuits dans le parc avec éclairage de nuit.
Il est à quelques pas de l'hôtel Hilton Hawaiian Village, et le Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace, ou le Sheraton Surfrider Mona; mais il est également très, très, bien de retourner dans le calme de ce condo au Royal Garden, et sortir de tous les gens du commun, et des foules de touristes, et les enfants. Ainsi, vous obtenez le meilleur de tous les mondes, le tout dans une promenade de cinq minutes.
Le célèbre centre commercial Ala Mona mondiale est également à proximité. L'arrêt de bus est 1/2 pâté de maisons. Il n'y a pas besoin d'une voiture. Ce condo de luxe est beaucoup plus agréable que dans une chambre d'hôtel.

This room was a great value while still being in very close proximity to the beach and all of the key attractions. Why pay for a room at a hotel with ridiculous resort fees and higher charges to self-park?

Considering it's location on Waikiki, this place is a great price! As noted in the listing, parking is a challenge, we weren't able to find street parking on any of the days we there. It wasn't a big deal for us since we knew this was a possibility, so we planned to pay for the valet. Make sure you bring cash for the valet, at the time of our rental, they did not have way to take a card for valet parking. The room was perfect for our short stay and we loved being in walking distance to lots of restaurants and amenities like an ABC store. We would happily stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here during our first visit to Oahu. Not knowing where anything was located ahead of time, we learned that this location is kind of tucked away in the back corner of Waikiki- could be a con for some as the walks are a little longer to the beaches/restaurants. Pro- super quiet area and there is some free parking along the canal if you get lucky! We are able to get free parking about half of the nights we stayed. They staff in the building were super helpful. Balcony is super small. Overall it was a great "home base" for us as we explored the island and a great price!

Good location. Basic necessities. You’ll need to go out for coffee but there are many places within walking distance. Hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of the city. Quiet. The room is clean. The only minor recommendation would be to clean the white woodwork around door knobs and light switches. Also repaint the door frame at the entry to the room since it’s the first impression.

Our stay at the Wyndham Resort was very pleasant. The check-in was fast and friendly. During the entire week, the staff was exceptional. Since I can't post pictures, I'll have to describe the room itself (which is actually a private residence). The room was nice-sized, with a comfy king bed. Decor was adequate. Bathroom was nice, but it certainly needed some sanitizing and mopping, as the floors were very sticky; there was hair in the shower strainer, and the shower curtain had a moldy look and smell. Toilet seat cover didn't sit on the toiler properly, as it was clearly from a larger fixture (as was evident from the marks on the floor); the toilet seat was not comfort height, either (we're in our 60's). The water pressure was decent; however, the spray head had seen its days and half the water was simply flowing down the handle's on/off switch.
Now, for the living space: The floors were sticky; white socks were dirtied in minutes. (We sent the owners pictures of paper towels we used to wipe the floor before we found a Swiffer mop; the liquid in the cannister was brownish. Nonetheless, the floors had to be mopped since we do our Tonal On-The-Go programs in-room while on vacay. (There was plenty of floor space, so that was great!) The refrigerator was one of those small, compact ones, but wholly do-able. (Being plant-based/vegan and early-birds, we tend to buy breakfast stuff to cook in-room.) Unfortunately, the freezer portion was a block of ice! We had to use the provided portable hairdryer to melt it down to a removable piece! (Again, we sent pictures to the owners.) With the watery mess that ensued, that's how we realized how truly filthy the floors were. Kitchenware was wholly adequate (although the single, portable cook top meant we had to eat out for the most part). The sofa (as seen in their pictures) nearly broke, as one arm felt like it was about to fall off being very wobbly. (Again, we mentioned this to the owner.) The balcony is inadequate for sitting; it's extremely narrow--like an extended Juliet balcony. The profusion of bird guano and seeds (from an upper unit, apparently) was everywhere. All this said, the owners immediately got back to us and apologized. A HUGE thumbs-up for the FREE laundry room and workout facility!
All this said, we felt an obligation to let the owners know that their cleaning service needed to do better, as they are in CA, and perhaps unaware of these issues. Still recommended!!

We had a great stay overall! The property was nice and the room was it is described. The property and room is a little dated and maybe could use some updates but for us, as long as it was clean that is all that mattered!! The Lanai is small and you can’t really sit out there but it was fine for us and we enjoyed just standing there taking the view in, which was amazing! The area is very nice and we felt safe the entire stay since it was just my daughter and I, that was very important of course! It is only about a 5-7 minute walk to the downtown and Waikiki Beach and everything you would need is close by. We did rent a car and I know some said you don’t need one and in reality you probably wouldn’t but I loved having the freedom to be able to go when we wanted and where we wanted. The parking is expensive but we just parked a couple roads away where there were no meters and that worked out great for us and who doesn’t love free parking! You can do valet at the hotel but it is around 40 per day and the street parking at the hotel is meters and you have to feed it every two hours so I suggest doing what we did and just doing a short walk from your parking spot to the hotel. The only thing we didn’t have enough of would be shampoo and body wash, unless I missed where there was more it was just one small container of each but we brought our own shampoo but not soap so we just picked some up. Wasn’t a huge deal but thought I would let everyone know to bring those toiletries with you or just buy them when you get there, there are plenty of places within walking distance to get them. Loved it had hard surface for the flooring because no matter how hard you try not to, you will bring back tons of sand with you so not having carpet was a major bonus!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is superb, very walkable to the Waikiki area. The room is huge for 2 adults. The balcony is small but ok to stand on it and enjoy the views on both sides.

Checkin was relatively easy. Host was very helpful. Cute finches greeted us on the balcony, do not feed them though. One suggestion for improvement-please provide a box of tissues.

With just 48 hours to experience Honolulu, this was an ideal location. We could walk to parks, beaches, and Diamond Head. Shops and restaurants were all within a few blocks. There was bus and Uber service to get us to Pearl Harbor and the airport. A wonderful introduction to Hawaii.

My husband and I had a great time in Waikiki and this property had everything we needed. Beautiful view, very comfortable bed and just a short walk to the ocean. Air conditioning was much appreciated. We loved the hotel lobby! Only thing we would ask for is a parking spot. It was difficult finding a spot along the canal and the hotel parking was pricey at $40 a day. We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki area. It’s wonderful! Mahalo!

This property was exactly as described. It was spotless. The bedding & mattress were to my liking though I would have loved a mattress pad cover over the State regulated plastic cover. Ample dishes, wine glasses & coffee cups though we never once cooked.
The concierge was so helpful with all my questions. We were picked up at resort for several tours. We took a bus to Diamondhead & a taxi home. We walked to numerous restaurants, shopping & of course the beach. I thought we would rent a car for day or two but did not need it.
A few hints - not complaints, mind you - bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner as there is only enough for one day. There is a coffee pot so bring your own coffee & creamer. There were beach towels & beach chairs. The laundromat was a convenient touch.
Paul was helpful & responded quickly to an inquiry. Simply put, this apartment was an excellent choice!

Very nice accommodations in Waikiki. Had a reasonable view from the 18th floor. Access to laundry was nice. We arrived early and were able to store luggage with the valet. The mini-kitchen was handy for meals you didn't want to go to a restaurant for. Overall, had a very comfortable stay

We stayed in 1803 for 3 nights and it exceeded expectations. It is big enough for a couple for sure. It was clean and everthink worked. Nice city view from the Lanai..and a decent ocean view. The lanai is too narrow for a chair...only standing. AC was great

Very nice condo. We walked or Lyfted everywhere so we didn't need to park a car here. Great location a little off the beaten path but not too far to get where the action is. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Paul!

Great Studio
We were very happy with this studio. It was very clean and had plenty of space. It could have used some pop of color to spruce it up. The plastic mattress cover makes you VERY hot when you sleep. There was an ocean view if you looked to the right from your balcony! Some directions on how to use the A/C unit would have been helpful. Overall, this was a very good place to stay.

Great Stay!!!
You cannot beat the price range for the value of this unit. It is conveniently located in the Waikiki area. My family and I took morning walks on the beach and took advantage of the local restaurants and shopping. We used shared rides for our excursions to avoid the parking fees with a rental. The unit and building are nice. Communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely stay here again as a couple. The owner changed the listing from a three to two person unit, which was the right call. The futon was difficult for my 17 year old to sleep on. Overall great stay.

Overall, good.
The location is great, away from the crowds but close to everything. Our only criticism would be the room could be cleaned more thoroughly, we even felt the need to rewash all kitchen dishes and utensils, the toaster was a mess and needed cleaning before use. The building staff were very polite and friendly. Overall a good stay.

Great condo in Waikiki
The condo is at the top of a high rise right near ala wai blvd. 10 min walk to the beach and Waikiki beach is not far from the fort derussy beach that this place is closest too. Short walk to convenience stores and not much further to more major stores and restaurants. All in all great place to stay. Love Hawaii.

Our Waikiki 2021 Vacation
My wife and I enjoyed our week-long vacation in Waikiki. Our VRBO accommodation had all the amenities as needed to include sufficient appliances to make coffee and hot water. This place was well within walking distance of the main Waikiki attractions. Public transportation was just around the corner. If taking public transportation from the airport (now TheBus #20) be careful though on where the bus driver drops you off. I gave our driver the address and asked multiple times if he was sure we had not passed Olohana St--he dropped us off about 3/4 a mile away. Recommend if using this bus service, to pull the "stop request" wire on Kalamoiku St just before turning right on Kuhio Ave. Note: The bus stop will be about 100 yds on right. When you get off the bus, walk back on Kuhio Ave towards Kalamoiku St and go one block more block to Olohana St and turn right...the Wyndham Royal Gardens will be just ahead on left.

Affordable and comfortable stay in waikiki
This vrbo was great for what we were looking for in Waikiki. It’s inside a hotel and a short (15 min) walk to the beaches and main drag of Waikiki. It was a great price for the air and overall clean and comfortable. The AC was not the strongest (even on a pretty low temp/cold setting) and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It’s on a pretty shaky frame and the mattress was wrapped in some type of plastic so pretty wobbly/loud when you turn over in bed. But you really can’t beat the price, location and cleanliness. The owner was also quick the respond which was helpful.

Perfect location
It’s just a quick walk to the beach and main shopping area. You can see the ocean and the mountains from the balcony. Though the balcony is very narrow and you can’t sit on it I would just pull a chair up to it. The room and bathroom are very clean with the basics you need. We liked the sofa at the end of the bed as it gives you another seating area. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Started off on the wrong foot but...
Aside from walking into the room with water all over floor from a leaky fridge and no TP in the bathroom, it was a good stay. Paul was very responsive and addressed the leaking fridge and TP issue albeit the next day. We didn't spend much time in the room or on the property, but the people were friendly and everything was clean and tidy. It was a great trip and we had a restful nights. What else could you want?
