Sterling Breeze est l’un des condos les plus cotés, et le seul condo sur la plage qui autorise les grillades sur le patio! Imaginez griller des fruits de mer et des steaks tout en regardant les dauphins jouer! Il est situé directement sur la plage, avec un grand Golfe-avant, piscine bord débordement et bain à remous. Vous trouverez un café Internet et un bar à vin au bord de la piscine, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, une connexion haut débit à Internet gratuite et un parking couvert sur place. Tout cela et moins de 1/2 mile à pied de Pier Park shopping et manger. Cette unité de coin a des comptoirs en granit, un sol en carrelage de céramique et un grand balcon en coin avec barbecue électrique. Profitez des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon. Il y a deux suites principales et une 3ème chambre avec deux lits superposés. Le canapé est un lit queen. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. Les lits king et queen ont de nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme que nos invités adorent et qui raffolent pour leur confort! Autre nouveauté à l’été 2018 - très grande capacité, chargement frontal, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Nous nous sommes engagés à fournir sur la plage l'unité la mieux entretenue et la plus propre. Nous y avons passé de nombreuses semaines avec nos enfants et nos petits-enfants!

We had a great stay! The condo was well stocked, everything was clean, communication was quick, and the location was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was a refresh in the linens and towels. Many were stained and well-worn, but overall clean and usable.

Great unit and condo. We love Sterling Breeze and this unit is great for our family. Owner, Paula, is great to work with and very responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and 6 children ranging from ages 2 to 16 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and 5 days. We felt the condo was roomy enough for all of us. Having the kids' room down the long hall away from noise and the living room TV was great. It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms with so many people. However, there were no mats to step out onto the floor from the bath/shower, and the instructions stated not to put the towels on the floor. We felt this was somewhat of a hazard, because my pregnant daughter almost slipped twice getting out of the shower in the master bathroom and stepping onto the tile floor. We had enough pots/pans/skillets and utensils to cook in the condo as well as glasses and dishes. Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels and trash bags if you have a large group like we did because you will need extra. Also, there is only a small bar of soap in the bathrooms for hand/body washing but we brought our own body wash/shampoo. There was never a long wait at the elevators and this condo is on the 16th floor. The elevators move fast. The pool area was nice and there is an area by the pool to eat and get drinks. You are just steps away from the beautiful beach too. Having to print your own parking pass is kind of a pain unless you have a printer to do that at home before you leave. An added plus is that this is a corner condo away from everyone so it is quiet. We would definately return!

We stayed the week at this condo to celebrate my granddaughter's 17th birthday. It is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The condo is beautifully cared for and in immaculate condition. Can't wait until our next stay.

We LOVED this property! My primary priorities were cleanliness, comfort, and noise levels to which this condo did not disappoint. We did not know about the air show and the bike rally occurring at the same time as our visit, and yet, it was such a pleasant surprise because of its location. The views for the beach, city, pier, and air show were all incredible. The condo was clean, very quiet (yes, it was surprisingly quiet even with the air show planes flying over!), the beds were comfortable, the check in/out process was so easy, and the condo was close to grocery, restaurants, activities, and the pier. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a wonderful (and super helpful) bonus. Also, the elevator was very fast with minimal wait times compared to other places we have stayed at in the past. From booking to our departure the owners made our overall experience even better by their clear communication and kindness. We'll definitely be returning!

Sterlingbreeze 1601, our family truly enjoyed our stay. We had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it enjoyable. The place was clean, roomy, and so cozy. The balcony views were breathtaking. Such a great place and location to enjoy with family.

Amazing location with a wonderful view right on the beach! Just a couple blocks from Pier Park. We were able to walk the for dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect condo for us. The bunk room was tucked away in the front which was perfect for the teens. They could stay up all night and not keep us awake. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves come in. The condo was clean and and Paula was wonderful to work with.

The condo was very nice and just like the description said. The view was great! There was one tiny issue but the owner was very apologetic and resolved it right away. The only other issue was that the elevators were busy at times. Great weather!

We stayed for the week and we had absolutely nothing bad to say about this condo!! The owner was easily contacted about 1 issue we had and she responded almost immediately answering my questions! She also made last minute accommodations for us that really helped us out! I loved that the kids room was down the hallway because the adults could get up early and stir around in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast without disturbing the kiddos! We loved the space on the balcony also because it is an end unit, it has an oversized balcony!! I would definitely recommend this condo and it’s owner!

Everything was perfect and just as advertised. Loved that the kids bedroom with bunks was at the back of the unit and master suite was at front of unit. Great location! We were able to walk to pier park and several other restaurants.

I just had a 5 week stay at this lovely property. Paula was simply stellar in her prompt replies and responsive to all the issues that arose. I had to work virtually while there, so actually spent a lot of time in the condo. It was comfortable and clean and quiet. I loved being able to pop out onto the balcony and soak up the spectacular views in between meetings. The Sterlng Breeze property itself was very well maintained and other residents and guests were very cordial. Once winter/spring break began in early March things did change. It got very noisy and became much more of a party atmosphere. I think it became more challenging to keep up with the volume of guests and the sand, water and trash that came with them. The elevator(s) were down multiple times my final week as more and more people arrived. I would need to reconsider visiting again during that time of year. My school-aged children visited for one week and loved everything about it. We could walk to Pier Park though the sidewalks are minimal and the traffic is busy. Overall, I was very happy with my stay in the condo and at this particular property. Thank you, Paula, for a wonderful winter retreat!

The absolutely most beautiful view of the emerald coast, condominium and property. The condo is decorated beautifully and well equipped for cooking or grilling. We cooked almost every night enjoying the view of the ocean. The sunsets are to die for and the beds were so comfortable. Paula is an amazing host - we loved our vacation, and accommodations. Staff was very friendly and informative. If I had the option to stay again - I would jump at the chance♥️🏝👙🌊 The dolphin and sea turtles put on quite the show for us on the 16th floor!!🐬🐬🐬🐬🐚🐚🐚 Thank you Paula ♥️

Place was good and roomy, as listed. check in was at 4pm, after a 14hr drive, we arrived at 415 and wasn't allowed in, we had 2 adults and 6 children...housekeeping was still cleaning the place and we had to wait over an hour and it was 96 degrees outside our condo door. We informed the owner. Who said they would check into it. Never heard back to what reasoning there was for it. We were never offered anything for the inconvenience, now it does state that a late checkout would be an additional $50 fee for housekeeping inconvenience...also, if you have 2 vehicles, prepare to pay $86 just for parking permits, we were told $43 only.....there are 2 elevators for all 23 floors and one broken half the week...everyone shows up at 4pm for checking in, we waited in line for over 30 min just to get on the elevator to the 16th floor, to be told our room wasn't ready...

The condo is in a great location to restaurants and activities. It worked well for our family. We had no issues and the elevators worked great with no long wait times.

Great place for family vacation
We loved our stay at Sterling Breeze and Host Paula is the best to rent from.
The place was nice and clean and equipped with everything you needed. The crockpot was a nice addition and washer and dryer. The beach was beautiful and the 2 lounge chairs and umbrella are free to Paula’s renters and if you have kids or grandkids there are floats, boogie boards and games to use while you’re there. We would come again and stay in her place.

Great overall experience. The condo is beautifully updated and one of the most well stocked we have ever stayed in. The layout worked perfectly for us. There was a small mixup with being told the room was ready before check in time, yet when we arrived it had not been cleaned. No big deal, we reached out to Paula, who was wonderful and promptly responded, put our luggage in an empty closet, and headed straight to the beach! The property is wonderful - on the quiet end of PCB and not overly crowded.
