Notre maison de plage est spectaculaire »sur le sable, 'offrant sa propre plage privée, tout en offrant des vues de l'eau blanche et des sons apaisants de l'océan (vous entendez le ressac dans chaque chambre). Il dispose d'un décor lumineux et Beachy un endroit calme - idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre le village de Carlsbad et la jetée à Oceanside (nous marchons sur le sable à la fois).
Cette maison entièrement rénovée est entièrement meublée (nous détendre ici fréquemment) et offre une vue sur l'océan depuis La Jolla à Catalina. Vous pouvez regarder les dauphins jouer ou les baleines bec depuis le salon, la terrasse ou la plage.
La nuit, chez l'un des restaurants de la région ou tout simplement dîner sur la plage en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil sur le Pacifique. Pendant la journée, détendez-vous sur la plage ou profiter des nombreuses activités qui sont uniques à cette destination fabuleuse.

Il existe 3 unités différentes. Unité A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - 6 personnes), Unité B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - 6 personnes) et Unité C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - 4 personnes). Unité A est VRBO # 882233, Unité B est VRBO # 882234, et les 3 unités sont VRBO # 882235.
Les unités sont disposées verticalement avec l'unité A au niveau de la rue, l'unité B au milieu, et Unité C au niveau du sable. Tous les 3 unités face à l'océan, des tabliers en bord de mer, et de partager la plage privée.
Notre maison de plage est «bien soigné» puisque nous personnellement (ainsi que notre famille) rester dans les 3 unités, et nous avons accès à Internet haut débit sans fil. Au fil des ans, nous avons eu 100s de plage aimant ravi les invités.

We loved this place, while yes, the beach down below was missing everyday cause of the tide being high, the sound of the water crash on the rocks and into the yard were great. All the surfers we got to watch and the many dolphins that swam through, with the surfers and jumped the waves were what we enjoyed. Our unit was the smallest but was perfect for the two of us. If we were not sleeping, we were on the front porch or had the French door open and watching from the couches. If you are the bottom unit, you will hear upstairs people, sure it is the same with middle, but really was not that loud. Was able to park right in front every day. I wanted to take the porch and ocean view home with me. We also did enjoy all the military helicopters too. If you get a chance take the whale watching tour, we saw two whales that stuck around us for about an hour and on our way back saw 200-400 dolphins jumping waves and swimming towards us.

We stayed in unit C love the patio area and the little yard. Up stairs was very noisy and made it hard to sleep at night. The Manager was very nice and helpful.I would stay here again but I would stay in the top unit with no one above me.My Truck was hit by someone while being parked in front of the place on the street not a good place to park.

Absolutely loved it here. It was so relaxing and quaint that we barely left the property. We sat outside looking out at the ocean, listening to the waves all day… it was a perfect place to stay for a much needed relaxing weekend. This is a definite do over… again and again. Can’t say enough about this place. Loved it.

This cottage on the beach is slightly worn but totally comfortable and livable. The photographs show a beach between the stairs from the property and the ocean, but recent storms and weather in the area meant that even at low tide, there was no beach. Not a big problem; water levels are typically higher in winter. Stargazing from the deck was a plus. An enjoyable stay!

It was New Year's weekend and the weather was not great but the accomodations were wonderful. The view from the living area is wonderful. All three units share the same yard which I was not aware of when booked and although there were kids staying in a unit above us it wasn't an issue sharing the yard. Absolutely worth the money we paid.

My 9 day stay was a working and relaxation trip. Hearing the waves 24/7 is very soothing to one's soul escecially falling to sleep to the sound of the waves. ....A trip to remember.... recharged. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This property was quiet and private, despite being on the bottom of three floors. The private deck was a great sitting & work out area with a full view of the ocean. The tide was so high on all days but one that there was no beach, but the yard was still beach-like. The owners were there bringing sand back to the yard and chatted with us - very nice people! We walked everywhere we went but it was a mile or more to the more touristy areas. Overall everything was beautiful, clean, safe, and fun and I will be staying here again!

Great Communication from Kelley!
Perfect setting for R&R! You can enjoy the essence of the beach right from the living room. Sleeper sofa was nice and the main bed was comfortable. Great little desk for writing, too! Fire pit and everything you need for a relaxing stay right at your finger tips! Would love to come back 😊

Great, homey place right on the ocean, a great sunset every night, close to lots of great restaurants and large public beaches. Very affordable, and Kelley was super responsive to a handful of requests. Definite recommend!

Perfect for our little traveling trio. I read reviews of a musty smell but we were so close to the beach and when the doors are closed the circulation is not great, so we left the door open and screen closed when we were there to let some air circulate and no smell afterwards. This was such a cute beach house and would definitely stay again. The host were very nice and responded right away when I had questions. I thought parking was going to be my biggest concern but it was not at all.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The unit was clean and well stocked kitchen. It was very relaxing and calming to be able to sit inside or out and watch the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and close to anything you might want to do. Owner Kelley is a real sweetheart and very available and willing to answer or help with anything you might need. She happened to be there when we pulled up to unload the car and she even helped carry our heavy luggage and cooler down 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely visit again.

This property was exactly as described. It’s right on the beach with a lovely firepit and nice sandy area. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean, though a bit musty smelling at first. The property manager was responsive and helpful with my questions. One thing to note, we stayed on the bottom unit. The other units were occupied for a few nights and you can hear muffled sounds from directly above. It wasn’t anything a sound machine couldn’t cover. Overall, the place has a great location and we had an amazing time. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in Unit C for our long weekend away and it was AMAZING!!! Woke up to watch the sunrise while lighting a bonfire and watching the dolphins swim by. We were able to open the French doors and enjoy the sunset with a couple drinks as well. I kept saying “I could live here” and our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer.

This was my second stay here. There’s nothing like having the ocean just a few steps away. We appreciated the upgrades to the property since our last visit!

Such an amazing property and location. Pictures don’t do it justice, as many upgrades have been made. Siding, stairs and railings have been upgraded to provide exceptional views. There are new Arcadia doors, couches and tables. Couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely will be back!

We had the best time! Property was very clean and comfortable. The beach is right outside the back door. Saw plenty of Dolphin pods and even saw them surfing the waves. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay for a small family. The location is beautiful and walking distance from many things in Oceanside. The only downside is there was no beach. The tide went right up to the rocks for most of the day, making walking on the beach impossible. However, our 3 year old was still able to play in the sandy yard.

The condo was cozy and it was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Also it was great to use the private beach area and we enjoyed using the fire pit to make s’mores!

If I'm looking to save a few bucks, I'd go with this choice again, but most likely will spend more for a nicer place next time.

The overall experience was excellent. Everyone loved the location and direct beach access plus the private beach for the little ones. The booking process and communication with the owner was great and she was very responsive. The only thing is the property is old and just needs to be renovated. However, for the price, you get a great value and benefits.

Great views!!. Actually saw a dolphin the morning we left. Beds very comfortable but bed in main bedroom very squeaky whenever you moved. . Cute little place. Felt very comfortable walking at night. Could use a little updating but worked well for us!. We had Unit C which is ground level and could definitely hear the folks above walking around. Next time we would probably book the upper level. Weather was cool but we enjoyed our visit. Thanks!

The property obviosly had some pretty great views, however the enclosed sandy beach pictured was not kept up too well as far as being cleaned & raked. There burs that got in our granddaughters feet, so be really careful. Also, you can only enjoy the ocean during certain hoirs when the tide goes out or it is very dangerously crashing over the rocks and you cannot leave the gate. The inside of the unit was ok, but not really too clean or updated...things were kinda old and worn, especially inside some of the kitchen cabinets. Overall, we probably would not rent there again honestly.
