Regardez le lever du soleil tropical de chaque pièce! Un condominium de luxe situé à l'Alexander. Notre condo est typiquement muni d'un balcon incroyable qui offre une vue magnifique de la voie navigable inter-côtier de deux Miami et l'océan Atlantique. Maître chambre-grande fenêtre avec vue sur l'océan, lit king-size, TV écran plat HD avec lecteur DVD. Maître salle de bains privative dispose d'une belle mosaïque bain carrelée avec appareil de douche multiples et verre lavabos.
L'hôtel Alexander subit d'importants travaux de rénovation visant à améliorer non seulement la structure extérieure (achevée en décembre 2018), mais également à embellir notre intérieur. Malheureusement, les travaux de rénovation devraient se poursuivre jusqu'en mai-juin 2019. Il y aura un certain niveau de bruit pendant cette période, ainsi que des changements dans les services et les équipements offerts. Nous proposons toujours des déjeuners et des boissons au bar de la piscine. La boutique de cadeaux propose également une variété de sandwichs et de salades fraîches, ainsi que des produits d'épicerie. La piscine inférieure avec deux jacuzzis est toujours ouverte et il y a un accès direct à la plage privée depuis cette piscine. Ce travail sera effectué entre 9 h et 17 h du lundi au samedi. Nous nous excusons pour ce désagrément, mais malheureusement, cela est nécessaire.

We had a nice time at this property and the Alexander has nice pools and outdoor areas. I had read about the extra resort fee in check in, but I paid $600 when I checked in and I really have no idea what the fee breakdown is. More clarity on this in the listing and from the Alexander would be appreciated. There were several things we were missing in the condo- none of which were deal breakers but there were enough that I give it 4-5 stars. No ice trays and after an extremely rude conversation with the front desk where I found out there was no ice to buy or to be had on the property or anywhere in walking distance “this is not a hotel” I ended up emptying my egg carton and using it to make ice. Other things we would have liked to have that weren’t in the condo: extra blanket or throw blanket, broom, only 3 forks in kitchen, no toaster, no extra trash bags but I was able to get them from front desk along with other things which weren’t well stocked like TO and coffee- the pods are EP type, the grocery store , Starbucks, etc don’t have them. The 2nd bathroom shower wasn’t upgraded like the rest of condo and great. Now on a positive note- good location, spacious - right amount of quiet and things going on. love the balcony deck chair and view. We had no big problems and had a lot of fun.

Upon check-in we had 2 surprises. 1. We had to pay extra fee. 2. We did not get the condo we payed for, stating it was under remodeling.
1. Important note to all VRBO clients, upon check-in to resort there is still an extra charge of $250.00. So, what ever you pay on VRBO + $250.00 fee from Alexandr Hotel.
2. Parking is not free, not include. City of Miami manages all parking and that is $28 per day or $150 per week stay - for regular vehicle. Oversize vehicle is $38 per day or $185 per week stay. Parking garage height is 6' clearance, if you have roof cargo it won fit there and thus will be considered oversize vehicle.
3. It is not very kid friendly, if you have kids and go to the pool, they will NOT let you have a cooler in the pool area or any snacks, if you don't obey – they will kick you out. We saw that with our own eyes when they kicked out a mother with child for bringing in the snack to the pool area.
4. You can't cary cooler(s) to the beach through their patio and pool area – which is the access to the beach. They will make you walk out the resort and take a walk around the resort even if you have kids with you – a bit too fascist.
5. Communication with the owner was 0 (zero). When we had a question and asked through VRBO messenger, every time there was no response.
6. Other than that, they have a very nice beach place. Water is beautiful at the beach. To our surprise Atlantic side is usually has more waves, but this time it was very calm and beautiful.
7. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, our room had very dirty bed sheets – with lots of steins. Not sure how we had to handle it when owner never responded to messages.
8. Washer and Dryer – every floor has a public washer and dryer. To use it you have to download WASH Connect app and pay for cycle through app. It is $1.50 per wash and dry.
9. Extra towels – you have to ask at the front desk and they are not free.
Bottomline: Nice beach, lots of good restaurants, lots to do in the area, however, expect to pay for every little thing in the resort.

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Silvia was an amazing hostess. The condo was spotless and I was touched bu the Thank you card and the wonderful bottle of champagne. My husband and I completely enjoyed it! We already agreed to go back!

It was great! Sylvia, the owner was very communicative and helpful prior to our arrival. It was a great week with the family and a beautiful condo. The pools and ocean was such easy access.

I had a great experience staying at this property. It is currently under construction, but there was nothing disruptive about our stay. The condo had a great view and was very clean. Pictures were very accurate and communication with the owner was easy. Would highly recommend!

My favorite wine was waiting for me. I can just go on and on about how great my stay was but I recommend this stay to everyone . The resort is really good it has a bar with food and amazing drink and also private beach access.

Lovely place
This place was nice, my family was very comfortable in it. The only suggestion I would have is have dish towels and hot pads to take things out of the oven. The check in and out was a breeze. The beds were comfy, 2 bathrooms were great, especially with two girls. Silvia was responsive and easy to work with. We loved the view, if you looked 1 way you watched the yachts come in and the other way was the ocean and beach. This was a short getaway for us but it was great. The majority of our time was spent in the pool and beach. We did walk on the boardwalk each night as well, that was really nice too. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Getaway with family
It was a wonderful week with my family in Miami, to enjoy the sun, swimming pool and the beach. Location wise it was just perfect and the front desk was wonderful.
The layout of the apartment is extremely nice for a family, giving some privacy for the whole family. We had a really great time there! Sylvia was very nice!
Now I’ll write the cons: the apartment was dirt. In a way that I took a glass to drink some water and the glass had a lipstick full lips mark on it. Our feet got completely dirt just to walk on bare feet right away when we arrived. Hair ball got stuck on my foot when I was sitting on the couch... I also have to say that it DOES NOT have the Xbox... I did not allowed my teen boys to take their electronic devices relying on the Xbox and then... no Xbox in the apartment. I had to “entertain” them to make up for my decision to forbid them with their devices :(

Beach, pool, and poolside bar were amazing! Overall I would book again. The only negative experience I had was the laundry. Ours on our floor was out of order. I went one floor up, remodeling so again out of order, I went one floor down and there was someone with two baskets that said he wouldn’t be done for a while. I just wish that since it was a private condo there would be a washer and dryer in the unit. That’s all but again, a fantastic stay and Silvia was the best.

Access to the swimming pool through the hotel's rather gloomy basements, impossible for a single woman to go through these basements, which are not at all reassuring.

The finishes of the apartment are not top: bath gaskets, shower screen and shower column to change. Light bulbs were missing above the sinks. The windows were very very dirty, you couldn't see through.
Noisy upper neighbors in the evening (children running around the apartment)
Only positive point: the location, the valet parking system and the hotel lobby.
