I've been in apartments runned by all the different managers. And BY Far this has come as the best decorated and well furnished apartment brand in Montecarlo. And I've been in the terrace units as well. I love the location of the building as it has Alton rd, 71st st and many vital roads to move further from MB while being located beachfront and in a quite sorounding. Although the Deauville construction site is not helping. Building has great staff from front desk to valet parking through the lovely beach guy. I always stay in Montecarlo Building and plan to stay with this operator from now on. The details in the apartment. Little things like having knifes that are actually sharpened, there are a few (fake) plants inside that give the apartment some homewise feeling. Overall A great stay

I was charged 20usd for a little 2hr early arrival valet parking. And was not informed upfront

We are very happy with our stay at 1208. Very cozy, clean and with many details that give us Confidence to rent another time. I recommend it 100%.
