Visited the villa with 8 people for work and vacation purposes. Really enjoyed the place. Lots of air and room there and very cozy bed in the master room. :) Pool was big enough and clean, the housekeeping spoke English very well and helped us with the dishes and keeping the place clean. :) Small calm lake right next to the villa with some nice greenery and nature sounds. Villa is very close to the main road, only few minutes walk. Surin beach also on 10 min walking distance.

This villa exceeding our expectations in many ways - beautiful views of the lake and mountains, very easy walk to shops/restaurants/beach, the home is much better in reality than in the photos. It's spacious and has lots of different areas to provide privacy for guests (2x second floor terrace areas, deck on the lake, 2x pool areas, games area, as well as various other outdoor and internal seating areas). The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, big fridge, water filtration, etc. The feel of the villa is relaxed and warm and the housekeepers and owners were all super nice and helpful. All the rooms are a good size and well equipped, the younger kids really appreciated the Smart TV, excellent WIFI and big pool. As well as the villa itself, the small development of homes is very nice with clean streets, friendly security and no traffic at all.

In our case our party of 9 ranged from a 3 year old to a 76 year old, and one thing we noticed was that as it's a multi-level property, it could use some railings by the steps here and there as well as steps/rail to enter/exit pool, just to assist very young or old guests. This wouldn't be an issue for a group without young kids or elderly members. The villa layout is far from standard; it's pretty unique and interesting but a little awkward when trying to lock everything up.

We liked the luxury look of the house, it was well furnished with impressive decorations. The location is very convenient 5 min walk to Surin beach.

The swimming pool is in the shade most of the day and the extra charge for electricity consumption over 500 baths (we agree with the concept but we should have been shown the meter on arrival so we could compare it to the meter on departure. We were not given that opportunity)
