Everything was great ... location, house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of information about things to do, local amenities, etc. Fabulous ... if we are in Lincoln againI would hope to be able to stay again

The property was in a quiet street overlooking allotments and 5 mins walk from South Common. It had on street parking. The facilities were good and the accommodation clean and well maintained

We loved our stay at 23! Really handy for walking into the city and perfect for our needs. Fabulous beds and furnishings, spotlessly clean, warm and really comfortable. Nice touches: milk, tea and coffee, shower gel, hand soap etc.

Shower wasn't great. Although beautiful, shiny and new, we found it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature and pressure.

Everything you can possibly think of for a self catering stay is there.

The house was very neat, tidy and clean. Very nice little place to stay.

The stairs were very steep but the rest of the house made up for that.

We liked how clean and tidy the place was. The sofas and beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were provided. They even left milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful! Great view of the cathedral from the front bedroom. We didn't walk into town but caught a taxi for £9. Would definitely recommend and would certainly go again if visiting Lincoln.

A suggestion would be to have blackout blinds in the bedroom.

The shower unfortunately wasn’t great for my daughter, she’s tall & couldn’t fit properly under the shower but everything else was great.

The house was spotless, very cosy, very well dressed, even decorated for Christmas. It was on a quiet street. It was really cold weather for our stay but clear instructions were left as to how to use the heating for it to get warm quickly.

The stairs were a little steep but there was a banister so no problem

Nicely decorated and cozy. Owners were great, couldn't do enough for us. Location was good, a few mins walk to the start of the shops. Parking available and no issues. For a central location it's quiet enough.
