The property was set back, private in its own space with a fenced garden - ideal if you are taking a dog. It was well-maintained and clean. It was cosy and comfortable and had most of the things needed. Within easy walk of the centre of Sheringham (nice places to eat and friendly service) and the beach. Lovely trails in each direction for our longer dog walks.

There is no parking on the property. It was a busy weekend during our stay and it was very difficult to find a parking space in the road outside. There is a paying car park just down the road. However, a week’s stay at the property was good value.

Lovely accommodation, with a small enclosed garden. We enjoyed our stay thank you.

Lovely place, very central to get out and about. Nice and clean with little touches left out like biscuits, tea bags and milk. Would highly recommend

The property was in a perfect location. Nice and near shops and the seafront. The property was very clean and modern, it was small but cosy. All kitchen utensils/ Cleaning products supplied and even a pint of milk when we arrived. We would definitely return!

I couldn’t fault anything. The bed was slightly on the small side, if I was being really picky!

The welcome tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice touch and both the hosts were very helpful.

Sofa was uncomfortable and check-in at 5p.m is quite late in my opinion. I think a 3p.m check-in is more appropriate.
