Good Staff , good Facility's. Clean. quiet area.

Service of the Staff was a bit slow.

The swimming pool was good and the Hotel looked really good on the outside. It is also close proximity to social amenities

The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The toilet seats had dried urine stains. The fridge was also really dusty and gross. Despite paying for bed and breakfast, the hotel charged for a soda which was taken as an alternative to tea yet during check in we had given meal preferences and they said they would coordinate, last day we also had made a request on check in for our breakfast to be prepared either early or the prior night and we would store it in the fridge because we had to check out early morning and they agreed but this wasn’t fulfilled, upon asking the lady started making excuses saying hotel policy did not allow.

All staff were friendly and helpful especially Atu at the reception.

Good service.

The place was clean, friendly staff, peaceful place, good security and quiet place

There were too many mosquitoes in the room, otherwise the rest were good
